Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of swallow nest cultivation on increasing community income in the perspective of Sharia Economics (case study in Siwa village). This research is descriptive qualitative research and tends to use a case study approach analysis. This research explores a problem with detailed limitations, in-depth data collection, and includes various sources of information. This research was conducted in Siwa Village, Wajo Regency for 3 months from February to April 2021. Data sources are parties who are considered to be able to provide information about swallow nest cultivation with a business age of more than 5 years, namely 3 people. The results showed that swallow's nest cultivation greatly influenced the increase in income of the Siwa Village community, seen from the lifestyle of the people who began to increase after the cultivation of swallow's nest.

Abstract

Mixue, a brand known for its ice cream and tea drinks, has grown rapidly in the Asian market, especially in Indonesia. This research aims to analyze the factors that contribute to Mixue's popularity, the marketing strategies implemented, and the challenges faced in expanding its business. Data was obtained through consumer surveys, interviews with Mixue management, as well as analysis of social media and related literature. The research results show that Mixue's success is driven by a combination of affordable prices, product innovation, strategic location and effective digital marketing. However, challenges such as intense competition and changing consumer preferences remain major concerns. This study provides valuable insights for similar companies seeking to understand the dynamics of the ice cream and tea drinks market in Asia.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how the learning motivation of teenagers in Curug Village is related to how intensely they play the Mobile Legends game. The popular online game that requires strategy and cooperation is called Mobile Legends. To obtain research data, a qualitative approach was used, such as observation and interviews. The research results show that the intensity of playing Mobile Legends influences teenagers' learning motivation, with varying impacts depending on the duration and frequency of playing. Adolescents who play for a long time tend to experience a decrease in learning motivation, while those who play for a limited duration do not show a significant decrease in learning motivation. The findings of this research can be a guide for parents, teachers, and legislators in managing teenagers' gaming habits to reduce the negative impacts and increase the positive impacts on their academic performance.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the impact of the online game PUBG on the learning motivation of teenagers in Bakan Maja Village. The PUBG game has become a popular phenomenon among teenagers, but its existence also influences their learning motivation, both positively and negatively. This study used a qualitative approach with a constructivist paradigm, involving in-depth interviews and observations to collect data from 15 teenagers who were addicted to playing PUBG. The research results show that the intensity of playing the PUBG game has a negative impact on teenagers' learning motivation, as seen from a decrease in academic grades, changes in social behavior and health problems. However, some teenagers also show increased motivation to learn through the social interactions that occur while playing games. In conclusion, there needs to be supervision and restrictions from parents to reduce the negative impact of addiction to the PUBG game. This research provides in-depth insight into the phenomenon of online game addiction and its implications for adolescent learning motivation, as well as offering recommendations for increasing learning motivation among adolescents.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pentingnya kebijakan pro-rakyat dalam mengatasi ketimpangan pendapatan di Indonesia. Meski kemiskinan ekstrem global menurun, ketimpangan pendapatan masih menjadi tantangan besar, terutama dalam mencapai target pengentasan kemiskinan ekstrem pada tahun 2030. Ketimpangan di Indonesia meningkat pesat sejak tahun 2000, tercermin dalam peningkatan Indeks Gini. Analisis ini menunjukkan bahwa ketimpangan ekonomi dan pembangunan manusia berdampak negatif pada akses terhadap kebutuhan dasar seperti kesehatan dan pendidikan, terutama bagi mereka yang berpendapatan rendah di pedesaan dan sektor informal. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengusulkan beberapa langkah untuk mengurangi ketimpangan, termasuk peningkatan mutu kesehatan dan pendidikan, penyaluran bantuan yang tepat sasaran, serta pelatihan bagi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) di sektor informal. Kesimpulannya, mengurangi ketimpangan pendapatan memerlukan kebijakan yang tepat sasaran dan keberlanjutan dalam pelaksanaannya untuk mencapai kesejahteraan yang lebih merata di seluruh lapisan masyarakat.

Abstract

Good digital skills make it easier for students to follow any learning process. Learning outcomes are an indicator of learning success in an academic environment. The aim of this research is to explore the research landscape related to digital literacy and learning outcomes from the Scopus database. The method used is bibliographic analysis. Based on the findings, the number of publications related to digital literacy and learning outcomes increases every year from 2018 to 2022. Most documents in the United States, most documents in institutions or universities, London School of Economics and Political Science with 281 citations, 2 documents in the Journal of Information Technology Education: Research Published. , followed by the most cited paper, namely research conducted by (Falloon 2020). The second research focus is digital competence, blended learning, and technology. The third research focus is on outcomes, digital technology, and information literacy. The three research priorities above can be used as a reference for future researchers to determine research topics. The new theme keywords are digital storytelling, blended learning, artificial intelligence, technology, critical thinking, and creative problem solving.

Abstract

The research discusses the development of the Laundry service business in increasing marginal income from an economic perspective. The main problem in this research is how business development is carried out to increase income in the Amara Laundry business. The research aims to determine the business development carried out by Amara Laundry, The contribution of business development carried out by Amara Laundry in increasing household marginal income, and the economic perspective on business development carried out by Amara Laundry. The type of research used is qualitative research with an economic approach. The subjectog this research were Amara Laundry employees, while the research object was the influence of job satisfaction and work motivation on the organization behavior of Amara Laundry ESMES employees. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation methods. The collected data was then processed and anallyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of job satisfaction and work motivation on employee organizational behavior at UMKM d'SRUPUT Lubuk Begalung Padang. Job satisfaction and work motivation are seen as internal factors that can influence how employees interact and contribute in the context of small and medium organizations. The research results show that there is a positive relationship between job satisfaction and work motivation and employee organizational behavior. This means that the higher the level of job satisfaction and work motivation of employees, the better the organizational behavior shown by them at UMKM d'SRUPUT Lubuk Begalung Padang. The implication of this research is that it is important for MSME management to pay attention to these internal factors in an effort to improve overall organizational performance.

Abstract

This study examines the primary challenges encountered by SRC FIO Store, a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) involved in the retail of essential commodities. Based on case studies and field observations, three primary issues were identified: inefficient stock and sales management systems, insufficient data for pricing and marketing tactics, and expensive unsold inventory. The research suggests that implementing a digital inventory system, doing sales data analysis, and utilizing forecasting methodologies can address these issues and enhance the profitability and competitiveness of SRC FIO Store.

Abstract

Tax is one of the sources of state revenue that is formally used to sustain the development of a country. In this case, taxes can be said to be the main pillar of development, including to finance civil servants, buy combat equipment, build infrastructure, and others. Unfortunately, the tax taken from the people is often misused in its implementation as a support for development and is only enjoyed by a handful of people. Abu Yusuf, an economic thinker and faqih in the Abasid dynasty, has written this tax theory in his book Al- Kharaj which discusses the basis of the tax applied, and the reasons for the use of funds in society so that it can be accounted for. In this study, it will be known things related to taxes applied by Abu Yusuf that can be applied in modern human life today. Regarding the types of taxes and how they are implemented in today's contemporary taxation system. So that it can be a solution for a country to manage its income from taxes and use it as well as possible.
