Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari rasio Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan pertambangan sub sektor logam dan mineral yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2019-2023. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan jenis data sekunder, pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel terdiri dari 9 perusahaan pertambangan sub sektor logam dan mineral yang telah memenuhi kriteria. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Selanjutnya, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi data panel, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien determinasi (R2 ) dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji f . Variabel penelitian ini dibagi menjadi variabel independen yaitu Return On Asset (ROA) ,Return On Equity (ROE). Sedangkan variabel dependen yaitu Harga saham. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial Return On Asset (ROA) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan pertambangan sub sektor logam dan mineral yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2019-2023 , sedangkan Return On Equity (ROE) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan pertambangan sub sektor logam dan mineral yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2019-2023. Secara simultan variabel Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan pertambangan sub sektor logam dan mineral yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2019-2023. Dan hasil uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,07 . Hal ini menunjukan bahwa variabel Return On Asset (ROA) ,Return On Equity (ROE) tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan pertambangan sub sektor logam dan mineral yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2019-2023 sebesar 7%. Lalu sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain. Keywords: Return on Asset, Return on Equity Harga Saham

Abstract

The research method used is action research with a design process using the WebQual and Epic Model methods. Website creation application using the WordPress CMS. This research involved 20 respondents consisting of 2 web design experts and 2 computer experts who would provide an assessment of the criteria for good website design, as well as 15 consumers or potential consumers and 1 staff member from Travel Tour.OK who would provide an assessment of the effectiveness of the website design. Meanwhile, the data collection methods used were observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The questionnaire results were analyzed using the Likert scale method. The results of this analysis indicate that the website design created is in the "Good" category as a company profile website on Travel Tour.OK. This is proven by the calculation results of the WebQual Index (WQI) score of 0.71 and the Epic Model score of 2.97 which is included in the "Effective" assessment category. This score shows that the website created as a company profile at Travel Tour.OK is suitable for use.

Abstract

Rosya Singosari Malang is engaged in the herbal sector. UMKM Rosya advertises its products via Whatsapp, Instagram, and also introduces its products through events in the city of Malang. However, the content on social media owned by UMKM Rosya, is still less interesting. This research aims to develop product video content on Instagram so that the quality of advertising increases. The research method used was action research involving 15 respondents consisting of 2 computer experts, 1 owner, and 12 consumers or potential consumers. Meanwhile, the data collection methods used were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed using the EPIC Model to measure the level of effectiveness of product videos. The research results showed that the level of effectiveness of product videos was in the very effective category with an EPIC model score of 4.2. These results indicated that the product video developed was suitable for use. From the results of this research it can be concluded that the product videos developed are very effective to be used as advertisements on Rosya UMKM Instagram.

Abstract

Pada penelitian dengan judul Pengaruh Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Sejahtera Tridaya Prima, dengan jumlah sampel yang berjumlah 68 orang responden PT. Sejahtera Tridaya Prima. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan instrumen penelitian kuisioner yang disebar kepada karyawan di olah dengan menggunakan SPSS Versi 24. Penelitian ini di laksanakan di PT. Sejahtera Tridaya Prima. Variabel Pelatihan (X1) dan Pengembangan Karir (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) diolah dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi, analisis regresi, uji t, uji f, serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dari variabel Pelatihan (X1) menunjukan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y), variabel Pengembangan Karir X2) berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how Training and Competency affect employee performance at the DGT West Java Regional Office III. In this study, a quantitative method was used with sample determination using the slovin formula which means using random sampling techniques. Data was obtained through a questionnaire with the Likert Scale, a sample of 109 employees of the DGT West Java Regional Office III was obtained. The data analysis techniques used in statistical test analysis are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Test (t), Hypothesis Test (f), and Determination Coefficient Test using the help of the SPSS application program version 26. Based on the results of the tests carried out, it can be concluded that Training and Competency have a significant effect partially or simultaneously on Employee Performance at the DGT West Java III Regional Office.

Abstract

Having Internet Network acces makes it easier for people to carry out various activities such as doing bussines or selling. Answear stuff is a second-hand brand chloting store that uses Instagram social media as a tool to market its product. Marketing communication strategis carried out on Instagram are a way to make it easier to do bussines and sell via social media. This research is to determine the marketing communication strategy for answear stuff via Instagram social media. Meanwhile, the theory used is marketing communication theory with 7P Marketing mix. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method which will discus marketing answear stuff through social media Instagram, answear stuff utilizes Instagram in carrying out marketing communication strategies by utilizing the features available on instagram.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how demographic factors and financial efficacy can influence investment decision choices (Survey of Economics and Business Faculty Students in Tasikmalaya City). The method used is a quantitative method through a survey approach. With a sample of 102 students in Tasikmalaya City. The data used is primary data. The data obtained was then processed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and statistical analysis tests. The research results show that demographic factors and financial efficacy can simultaneously significantly influence the investment decision choices of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business. Demographic factors can partially influence the investment decision choices of students in the City of Tasikmalaya significantly, and financial efficacy can partially influence the investment decision choices of Economics and Business Students in the City of Tasikmalaya significantly.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of leadership style and work incentives on employee performance at SMK Boash One Bogor Regency. The population used in this study was 155 people, using the simple random sampling method and the slovin formula with an error rate of 10% obtained a sample of 61 people. This research is quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis methods processed using the SPSS 26 statistical application and the data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, questionnaires, and library documentation. The results of this study indicate that leadership style partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work incentive variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance partially. Leadership style variables and work incentives simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. It can be concluded that leadership style and work incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at SMK Boash One Bogor Regency partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on various economic sectors around the world, including the technology and e-commerce sectors in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the differences in profitability of e-commerce companies listed in the technology sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) before and after the COVID-19 pandemic, with a study period of 2016 - 2023. The population in this study is e-commerce companies in the technology sector. The sampling technique used purposive sampling which obtained 11 e-commerce companies in the technology sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. By using a different test (Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test), the results of the Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) variables did not have a significant difference in profitability in e-commerce companies in the technology sector before and after the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of growth opportunity, leverage, liquidity, and firm size on hedging decisions in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019-2023 period. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample selection was carried out using purposive sampling technique, where 15 companies that met the criteria were selected based on characteristics relevant to the research objectives. The research method used is logistic regression analysis because the data used are metric and non-metric. The results of simultaneous testing, based on the Omnibus Test of Model table, show that there is a significant influence of growth opportunity, leverage, liquidity, and firm size on hedging decisions in banking companies. Partially, the growth opportunity variable has no effect on hedging decisions in banking companies. The leverage variable has a significant effect on hedging decisions in banking companies. The liquidity variable has a significant positive effect on hedging decisions in banking companies. The firm size variable has a significant positive effect on hedging decisions in banking companies.
