Abstract

In Islam, healthcare is a sharia obligation based on the principles of justice and mutual assistance, as stated in Surah An-Nahl, verse 90. However, the implementation of BPJS (Social Security Administering Body) often faces challenges, including procedural constraints, limited facilities, and a suboptimal doctor-to-patient ratio, which often leads to negative perceptions among patients. These issues lead to significant differences in satisfaction levels between BPJS and non-BPJS patients. Therefore, this study was designed to analyze the quality of healthcare services for both groups of patients at Darmawan Dental Clinic Sangatta, from an Islamic economic perspective. This study used a mixed method through a descriptive quantitative approach. Data were collected from 30 BPJS patients and 30 non-BPJS respondents through questionnaires. The results showed that, in general, both groups of patients rated the quality of care at the clinic as good. Although there were some differences in expectations and experiences, further analysis did not reveal significant differences in perceived service quality. The main difference found was in the types of services available; BPJS patients cannot access all types of care available to non-BPJS patients.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of perceived service quality and product completeness on consumer interest in Tiyang Paran Cell Sangatta, a local communications and financial services provider. Facing intense competition, it is crucial to understand the factors that drive consumer interest. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires from 31 respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show a strong correlation (R=0.849) between the two independent variables and consumer interest. The coefficient of determination of 72% (72%) confirms that perceived quality and product completeness significantly influence consumer interest, while the remaining 28% is influenced by other factors. These findings emphasize that to increase competitiveness, Tiyang Paran Cell must continue to improve their service quality and product completeness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Quality of Service, Campus Facilities, and Campus Image on Student Satisfaction at Dharma Andalas University. The population in this study were active students of Dharma Andalas University in 2024, Faculty of Economics and Business, Faculty of Law, Social Sciences and Humanities, and Faculty of Science and Engineering, totaling 1,569 students. The sample in this study was 95 and the sampling was 100 respondents to avoid errors in filling out the questionnaire, with the characteristics of active students, namely students in 2024, class of 2022 to class of 2024. This research is a quantitative research. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The results of the study using multiple linear regression analysis showed that simultaneously there was a significant influence of service quality, campus facilities, and campus image on student satisfaction at Dharma Andalas University.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work skills and communication on employee performance at PT. Hayati Putra Mandiri. The phenomenon within the company shows that employees’ work skills in assembling medical equipment and health building construction remain unstable, and communication between employees and supervisors still faces obstacles. The research method applied is quantitative, using a survey with questionnaires distributed to 35 employees, which represent the entire population of the company. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression along with validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests through SPSS version 25. The results indicate that work skills and communication simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially, work skills significantly affect employee performance, and communication also significantly influences employee performance. Further analysis shows that the F test value was 23.76 with a significance of 0.000, while the R² value was 0.65. The t test results for work skills was 4.12 and communication was 3.89, both significant at p < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of renewable energy, inflation, manufacturing value added, and exports on Gross National Income (GNI) per capita in Indonesia as part of the effort to escape the middle-income trap. The study uses annual time series data from 1987 to 2023 and applies the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) for analysis. The long-term estimation results show that renewable energy and manufacturing value added have a positive and significant effect on GNI per capita, while inflation has a negative and significant effect. Exports show a positive but statistically insignificant effect, likely due to the dominance of commodity-based exports. In the short term, renewable energy has a consistently positive and significant effect across all lags. Inflation has a significant negative effect only in the first lag, while exports show a negative effect in the second lag. Manufacturing value added does not have a significant short-term effect. The significant error correction coefficient (CointEq1) of -0.879844 indicates a strong adjustment mechanism, suggesting that the model tends to return to long-term equilibrium rapidly after short-term shocks. These findings suggest that clean energy transition, strengthening of the manufacturing sector, and inflation control are strategic factors in increasing national income and avoiding the middle-income trap.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of compensation policies and the work environment on employee job satisfaction at the Kawana Hotel. The study was conducted at the Kawana Hotel with a sample of 54 respondents. The research employed a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The data sources used were primary and secondary data, using a questionnaire as a data collection technique. The sample in this study used a saturated sampling method. Hypothesis testing used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS 23 statistical tool. The results showed that (1) compensation policies have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, (2) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and (3) compensation policies and the work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of perceived usefulness and aese of use on students’ intention to use QRIS. The population of this study consists of undergraduate Management students at Dharma Andalas University, Padang, with a sample size of 110 respondents. The data were collected through questionnaires distributed directly to the respondents and were analyzed using SPSS version 25. The findings indicate that both perceived usefulness and aese of use have a significant effect on students’ intention to use QRIS. The coefficient of determination shows that these variables explain 39,1% of the variance in students’ intention to use QRIS, while the remaining 60,9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of content marketing and brand image on the purchase decisions of Azarine skincare products on the TikTok application, with a case study conducted among undergraduate management students at Universitas Dharma Andalas. The background of this research is based on the growing trend of social media usage, particularly TikTok, as an effective marketing medium for skincare products, as well as the importance of brand image in shaping consumer purchasing decisions. The research employed a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale. The population of this study consisted of undergraduate management students at Universitas Dharma Andalas, with a total sample of 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis was conducted through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression to test the research hypotheses. The results show that: (1) content marketing has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decisions of Azarine skincare products on TikTok, (2) brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, and (3) content marketing and brand image simultaneously have a significant effect on purchase decisions. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.699 indicates that the independent variables in this study were able to explain 69.9% of the variation in purchase decisions, while the remaining 30.1% is explained by other variables outside the study. This research provides practical implications for companies to further strengthen creative and relevant content marketing strategies and to enhance a consistent brand image in order to encourage consumer purchasing decisions through social media, particularly TikTok.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has transformed consumer behavior in making purchasing decisions, particularly through the Tik Tok platform, which offers live streaming features and affiliate marketing programs. This study aims to determine the impact of live streaming and affiliate marketing on spontaneous purchase decisions among Tik Tok users in the Special Region of Yogyakarta.This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method with a questionnaire distributed to 210 respondents who have made spontaneous purchases through Tik Tok live. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression tests with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicated that affiliate marketing had a positive and significant effect on spontaneous purchase decisions, while live streaming did not have a significant effect. Simultaneously, both independent variables, namely live streaming and affiliate marketing, significantly influenced spontaneous purchase decisions with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination shows that 48.9% of the variation in spontaneous purchase decisions can be explained by these two variables, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other variables outside the scope of this study. These results imply that marketing strategies through affiliate marketing are more effective in driving spontaneous purchases compared to relying solely on live streaming features. This research is expected to serve as a reference for business practitioners and digital marketers in maximizing Tik Tok features as a strategic promotional tool.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the implementation of public sector accounting basis concepts, particularly cash basis and accrual basis, on the quality of regional financial budget planning in the Malang City Government. The background of this research is driven by the demand for regional financial reform through the application of accrual-based Government Accounting Standards (SAP) as mandated by Government Regulation No. 71 of 2010, which emphasizes the importance of transparency, accountability, and effectiveness in managing regional budgets (APBD). This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method through questionnaires distributed to government officials directly involved in budget preparation. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results show that the implementation of both cash basis and accrual basis has a significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, on the quality of regional budget planning. These findings affirm that consistent implementation of accounting bases in accordance with standards not only improves fiscal data accuracy but also strengthens transparent and accountable financial governance while supporting the effectiveness of regional development.
