Abstract

This research aims to determine and try to analyze the influence of product quality and brand reputation on purchasing decisions with price as an intervening variable at Miss Glam Make Up, Gunung Pangilun Branch, Padang City. This research is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The population and sample of this research is Miss Glam Make Up, Gunung Pangilun Branch, Padang City. The research results found that there was a positive and significant influence between product quality and price. There is a positive and significant influence between Brand Reputation on Price. There is a positive and significant influence between Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions. There is a positive and insignificant influence between Brand Reputation on Purchasing Decisions. There is a positive and significant influence between price on purchasing decisions. Price is able to mediate product quality on purchasing decisions. Price is able to mediate Brand Reputation on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi bisnis yang diterapkan oleh Richeese Factory dalam proses ekspansi global dan mengevaluasi tantangan serta keberhasilan yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini menganalisis data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan tahunan, artikel bisnis, serta laporan riset pasar yang terkait dengan ekspansi perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Richeese Factory menerapkan beberapa strategi utama dalam ekspansi globalnya, antara lain penyesuaian produk dengan preferensi pasar lokal, pemasaran digital yang efektif, model franchise sebagai metode ekspansi, serta pemahaman mendalam terhadap regulasi internasional. Meskipun demikian, tantangan utama yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan adalah persaingan ketat dengan merek global yang telah mapan, kesulitan dalam menyeimbangkan adaptasi produk dengan identitas merek, serta tantangan logistik dan pengelolaan rantai pasokan internasional. Meskipun menghadapi berbagai hambatan, Richeese Factory telah berhasil memperluas pasar di Asia Tenggara dan mendapatkan penerimaan positif dari konsumen internasional. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar perusahaan terus berinovasi dalam strategi pemasaran digital, memperkuat kemitraan franchise, serta memperbaiki efisiensi rantai pasokan untuk mendukung pertumbuhan berkelanjutan di pasar global.

Abstract

This study examines the role of the Indonesian Waqf Board (BWI) in promoting Islamic philanthropic da’wah, particularly through the distribution of waqf as a strategy for empowering the Muslim community’s economy in Indonesia. Waqf, as one of the core instruments of Islamic philanthropy, has substantial potential to reduce social inequality and improve community welfare. However, low public literacy about waqf, the lack of professionalism among waqf managers (nazhir), and limited use of digital technology remain key challenges. Using a qualitative approach through literature studies, observation, and document analysis, the study finds that BWI has implemented a transformative da’wah strategy by optimizing cross-sector collaboration, digital technology utilization, and community education. The results reveal that BWI's collaboration with Islamic financial institutions, government ministries, and civil society organizations has enhanced public engagement and the distribution of cash waqf, productive waqf, and waqf-based MSME programs. Moreover, the use of social media, mobile applications, and the waqf information system has expanded outreach and improved management transparency. This study concludes that the integration of da’wah, technology, and collaboration is essential in strengthening waqf as a viable tool for Islamic economic development. Moving forward, regulatory reform, comprehensive digitalization, and local community empowerment must become strategic priorities to sustain the national Islamic philanthropic ecosystem.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and E-Service Quality on the interest of FEBI UIN KHAS Jember students in making transactions at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). The approach used is quantitative with associative research type. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 86 respondents selected using the Slovin formula. The results of the study showed that both GCG and E-Service Quality partially and simultaneously had a significant effect on students' interest in making transactions at BSI. This finding reinforces the importance of good governance and digital service quality in increasing students' interest as a digital generation in choosing Islamic banking services.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas peran strategis generasi muda dalam mendorong inovasi kewirausahaan berbasis budaya di Bali sebagai bentuk pelestarian identitas lokal yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan zaman. Dengan menggunakan metode studi pustaka, tulisan ini menggali dinamika kontribusi anak muda dalam mengembangkan usaha yang memadukan nilai-nilai tradisi dengan pendekatan kreatif dan teknologi digital. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa generasi muda memiliki potensi besar dalam menciptakan model bisnis budaya yang inovatif, meskipun masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan seperti keterbatasan akses permodalan, kurangnya edukasi kewirausahaan, dan minimnya dukungan struktural yang berkelanjutan. Ekosistem pendukung seperti pemerintah, lembaga pendidikan, komunitas kreatif, dan sektor swasta terbukti memainkan peran penting dalam membuka peluang kolaborasi dan memperkuat daya saing usaha budaya di pasar lokal maupun global. Diperlukan sinergi lintas sektor yang lebih erat serta kebijakan yang berpihak pada UMKM budaya agar potensi kewirausahaan generasi muda dapat berkembang secara maksimal dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi kontribusi awal dalam mendorong arah kebijakan dan praktik kewirausahaan yang berbasis pada kearifan lokal dan inovasi generasi muda.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Return on Assets (ROA) at Bank Panin Tbk for the period 2013–2023. The research method employed is quantitative with both descriptive and verificative approaches. Data were obtained from the annual financial statements of Bank Panin and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that DAR has a significant negative effect on ROA, while DER does not have a significant impact. Simultaneously, DAR and DER significantly influence ROA. These findings imply that effective management of debt structure can enhance the financial performance of Bank Panin.

Abstract

This research examines the impact of service quality and trust on customer loyalty at BMT NU Cabang Mayang Jember. The study aims to identify significant relationships between these variables. A quantitative approach was used, employing questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The findings indicate that service quality has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty, while trust does not significantly influence loyalty on its own. The combined effect of both variables shows a substantial impact on customer loyalty. This study contributes to understanding how service quality and trust can enhance customer loyalty in microfinance institutions.

Abstract

Based on the investment feasibility analysis of the Dimsumku.PLW business, which combines qualitative and quantitative approaches using primary data from observation, interviews, and documentation, positive financial results were obtained. The calculation of the Payback Period (PP) shows a figure of 2.2 years, Net Present Value (NPV) of IDR 7,477,959, and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 45.52%. These findings confirm that the investment can be recovered within 2 years and 2 months, indicating that the business is financially viable and has potential for development in Palu City, Central Sulawesi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and human resource development on employee performance at Sentra Medika Cibinong Hospital. The population and research sample were 97 respondents. The sampling technique used Random Sample and Quota Sample techniques. Data processing in this study using the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) software programme version 26.0. The research method uses a type of quantitative method research through an associative approach. The results of the research on the Training variable (X1) show the results that there is an effect of training on employee performance at Sentra Medika Cibinong Hospital. Based on the results of the t test (partial test) which shows the value of t count> t table and significant <0.05, namely; 2.958> 1.985 and significant 0.004 <0.05. In the Human Resource Development variable (X2) shows the results there is an influence of human resource development on employee performance at Sentra Medika Cibinong Hospital. Based on the results of the t test (partial test) which shows the value of t count> t table and significant <0.05, namely; 3.684> 1.985 significant 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously shows the results of the effect of training and human resource development on employee performance at Sentra Medika Cibinong Hospital. Based on the results of the F test (simultaneous test) which shows the value of F count> F table and significant <0.05, namely; 24,721> 3.09 significant 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The phenomenon of turnover intention, or employees’ intention to leave their organization, has become a critical issue in modern human resource management, particularly among Generation Z who are increasingly dominating the workforce. This generation is characterized as dynamic, critical, and strongly oriented toward achieving balance between personal and professional life. High turnover intention has significant negative implications for organizations, including increased recruitment and training costs as well as decreased overall productivity. One factor influencing turnover intention is mental health, as employees’ psychological well-being greatly affects their loyalty and job satisfaction. Another important factor is emotional intelligence, which refers to the ability to recognize, regulate, and manage one’s own emotions as well as the emotions of others, thereby enabling employees to adapt to workplace pressures and conflicts more effectively. This study aims to analyze the influence of mental health and emotional intelligence on turnover intention among Generation Z employees. This research employed a quantitative method with a survey approach, involving 100 respondents who are alumni of Dharma Andalas University, categorized as Generation Z, and currently employed. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, while data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS. The results revealed that: (1) mental health has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, (2) emotional intelligence has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, and (3) mental health and emotional intelligence simultaneously exert a significant effect on turnover intention. These findings suggest that the better the employees’ mental health and the higher their emotional intelligence, the lower their intention to leave their current organization. This study provides practical implications for organizations, emphasizing the importance of providing mental health support programs such as employee wellness initiatives, as well as emotional intelligence training and development programs to reduce turnover intention among Generation Z employees.
