The position of theory is very important in science, this can be seen from the task of theory, namely deepening the problem being studied. The existence of a theory can strengthen what previously stood alone, so that they reinforce each other and questions that are not yet clear are explored more deeply. In any field that is a field of legal science, theory can be a practical guide that explains how to approach the subject matter to be studied. Legal theory generally follows the flow of positive law, namely the search for just law. Law is an order issued by a sovereign authority, addressed to the government and given sanctions if violated (Austin). Pure law is a necessity that regulates human behavior as intelligent creatures (Kalsen). The application of legal theory emphasizes that a positive legal system will operate effectively if it follows the rules and norms of society. The combination of the three judges, certainty theory and utility theory is the right way to apply it in Indonesia.

This research aims to analyze the impact of worry/anxiety, family function, and depression on the quality of life of hemodialysis patients, using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. Data was collected from 58 hemodialysis patients at RSUD Dr. R. Soedjati Soemodiardjo Purwodadi Grobogan used a questionnaire that included an anxiety scale, family function scale, depression scale and quality of life scale. Data analysis was carried out using the SEM-PLS technique to test the relationship between variables. The results showed that anxiety had a significant influence on the patient's level of depression. This influence is a unidirectional influence, meaning that if the patient's anxiety increases, the level of depression also increases. Anxiety also has a significant influence on the quality of life of hemodialysis patients. This influence is a negative influence, meaning that increasing anxiety causes the patient's quality of life to decrease. Conversely, if anxiety decreases, the patient's quality of life increases.

The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between self-acceptance and people pleaser in late adolescents who experienced their parents' divorce. Sampling was carried out using the snowball sampling technique, totaling 134 adolescents aged 17-22 years who had divorced parents. People pleaser was measured using the Disease to Pleaser Triangle scale from Braiker (2001) and self-acceptance was measured using the Self-Acceptance scale based on aspects of self-acceptance from Sheerer (1949). The results of hypothesis testing using Spearman rho correlation analysis show a correlation coefficient value of r = -0.574 and a significant value of p < 0.01. This means that there is a negative relationship between self-acceptance and people pleaser in late adolescents who experienced their parents' divorce. Thus, the lower the self-acceptance, the higher the people pleaser of adolescents and vice versa. It is hoped that the results of this research will allow teenagers with divorced parents to increase self-acceptance as an effort to reduce the level of people pleaser.

The development of computer technology has undergone a significant evolution from the outset as a mechanical tool for calculating and storing data into systems capable of performing tasks with artificial intelligence. Digitization of data and processes has driven efficiency in various aspects of life, while the development of artificial intelligence enables machines to learn, adapt, and perform tasks that normally require human intelligence. The research method in this research is the study of literature by finding the theory in accordance with the context of penalty. The results of this research reveal that the development of computer technology has driven major innovations in a variety of fields, including industrial automation, development of autonomous cars, and the application of artificial intelligence in health. However, while these developments bring positive benefits such as improved efficiency and ease of access to information, there are also new challenges such as concerns about privacy and the impact of artificial intelligence on everyday life. The development of computer technology continues, and in the future we will probably see more innovations that will affect the way we live and work. It is therefore important to ensure that these developments are managed wisely, considering their impact on society and finding the right balance between technological progress and the general interest.

This research aims to develop a decision support system (DSS) for selecting laboratory assistants using the Weighted Product (WP) method to support more effective decision making. The WP method was chosen because it is able to handle a number of different criteria and weights in the selection process. This study will identify the relevant criteria for the selection of laboratory assistants and assign weights to each criterion based on its importance. Next, the system will implement the WP method to calculate the total score for each assistant candidate based on the predetermined criteria and weights. The research results showed that K-6 with a score of 0.1284 got the highest ranking results and was followed by second place, namely K-8 with a score of 0.1269 and in third place with K-1 with a score of 0.1251. It is hoped that research can help and contribute to increasing efficiency and accuracy in decision making regarding the selection of laboratory assistants.

The death of parents is a very sad event for adolescents because then the family is no longer intact, there will be many changes and adjustments that occur. This also does not rule out the possibility of causing conflict in adolescents due to the grief crisis. This study aims to construct a model of communication psychology that is relevant for adolescents after grief by using an explanatory qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. This approach seeks to describe the meaning of individual life experiences of adolescents according to their own worldview because in the act of reinteraction individuals are active in interpreting and displaying social behavior subjectively. The findings explain that adolescents feel psychologically comfortable through social support from people around them, namely family and peers, because there are shared experiences, emotional reinforcement is felt so that they feel loved, cared for, valued and even a teenager feels mutual need and belonging in any condition through intense interpersonal communication.
