Abstract

This research is also aimed at answering the question of how consumer trust and security drive consumer satisfaction on E-Commerce and what efforts are being made to increase consumer security and trust in shopping online. This is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews. The interview technique in this research was carried out using a semi-structured method. In this research, researchers interviewed informants, namely consumers of Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada since they are the top three e-marketplace in Indonesia with the most visitors. Thus, source triangulation is applied in this research, namely by exploring data and information from consumers of different e-marketplaces. The result of this research shows that security and trust with indicators of benevolence, abilities, integrity, and willingness to depend is needed in establishing a customer satisfaction relationship between e-commerce and consumers, and especially in making transactions through e-commerce.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the narratives told to peers about sexual harassment in long-term friendships. This research focuses more on finding narratives that emerge for victims of sexual harassment at the dating level. However, it is still difficult for researchers to find empowerment spaces in which to capture these narratives as data for empowerment spaces in order to see the extent to which narratives are able to resonate in this research as qualitative research or as a research method. The results showed that the research subjects had experienced such a long trauma but were still able to speak out, which often became a space for public silencing when it seemed that sexual harassment was considered a taboo culture.

Abstract

The background of this research is to uncover the atmosphere, events and test the stigma that decision makers are men in a family building or institution. The three research subjects in Central Kalimantan wanted to convey that decision makers are often women. This phenomenon is essential and makes a difference between the results of previous research or the existence of a stigma that women's voices are often drowned out when decisions are made in family institutions. This research is a qualitative research with data search through interviews with 3 research subjects who are in Central Kalimantan as well as those from outside Central Kalimantan (Bandung and West Kalimantan). The research data search was conducted by recording, transcribing, and transferring important and relevant transcripts to the discussion results section. The results of this study indicate that consistently with the narratives raised by the three narrators or research subjects, Ykchomhhkahna, Dhckbokra and Mkhcelmatiys, the author found that the decision maker in the family is still dominated by the wife, especially in decision making related to children's needs and household needs. This is particularly pertinent as in some cases men are the decision-makers.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to describe the development and experience of Sunday School teachers in terms of teaching. The authors analyze and describe from the perspective of Immanuel Kant. The opinion put forward by Kant is that morality comes from humans, there is an urge to be obligatory in an action. The research method used is phenomenological quantitative research method and analysis of journals. Kant's rational criticism has great potential in the teaching experience of Sunday school teachers, because basically Kant wants to provide God's workers with an understanding to understand the teachings of a religion with their own morals and logic, in order for the experience gained to have an impact on the surrounding environment and bring good changes to everyone.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to provide a descriptive analysis of music that transcends the boundaries of Friedrich Nietzsche's philosophy, particularly in relation to church music. The study focuses on church music as both a form of worship and a discipline. Qualitative research methods were employed, with data gathered from literature, secondary sources, and published journals that discuss music, Friedrich Nietzsche, and church music. The results indicate that music has a significant role in church music and as a scientific discipline. It is viewed as part of Friedrich Nietzsche's philosophy, which aims to demonstrate the centrality of music in the axiological thermality of worship spaces and daily life practices.
