One of the exports that utilizes natural resources to be processed and then traded is the furniture industry export, although the total furniture exports are not higher than other processing industry sectors, the furniture industry has great potential in the future. Furniture exports are one of the important sectors in the Indonesian economy, which contributes significantly to state revenue and job creation. The purpose of this study is toTo analyze the influence of the Dollar exchange rate, GDP and Credit Interest Rates in the long term and short term on the volume of furniture exports in Indonesia. This study uses quantitative data with a time span of 30 years, namely from 1994-2023 using the Error Correction Model (ECM) analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the Dollar exchange rate variable in the long term has a positive and significant effect on the volume of furniture exports in Indonesia, while in the short term it has a positive and insignificant effect on the volume of furniture exports in Indonesia. The GDP variable in the long term has a negative and significant effect on the volume of furniture exports in Indonesia, while in the short term it has a positive and significant effect on the volume of furniture exports in Indonesia. The Credit Interest Rate variable in the long term and short term has a negative and significant effect on the volume of furniture exports in Indonesia.

Abstract

The focus of this research is on the Implementation of Web-Based Applications Online Single Submission Risk Based Approach (OSS-RBA) in Public Services at the Sungai Ambawang District Office, Kubu Raya Regency. In the implementation of the Online Single Submission Risk Based Approach (OSS-RBA) web -based application in public services at the Sungai Ambawang District Office, Kubu Raya Regency, there are obstacles. These obstacles include the variable characteristics of the implementing agent, where initially the business actors refused to process business licences online or through the Online Single Submission Risk Based Approach (OSS-RBA) application . Another obstacle is the variable of facilities and infrastructure resources, where computer office equipment is outdated and the internetnetwork is sometimes not smooth so that the Online Single Submission Risk Based Approach (OSS-RBA) web-based application cannot be accessed quickly. The purpose of this study was to describe and analyse how the implementation process of the Online Single Submission Risk Based Approach (OSS-RBA) web-based application in public services at the Sungai Ambawang District Office, Kubu Raya Regency. As an analytical knife to examine this research, the author uses the theory of Donald S. Van Meter and Carl E. Van Horn, which explains that there are five variables that affect implementation performance, namely 1) standards and objectives; 2) resources; 3) inter-organisational communication and strengthening activities; 4) characteristics of implementing agents; and 5) social, economic and political conditions. This paper is analysed using a descriptive method through a qualitative approach. Research results were obtained through field observations and interviews with key informants and supporting informants as well as using documentation techniques. The target output of this research is to contribute suggestions to the Sungai Ambawang District Office of Kubu Raya Regency so that the implementation of the Online Single Submission Risk Based Approach (OSS-RBA) web-based application in public services at the Sungai Ambawang District Office of Kubu Raya Regency can be effective and efficient.

Abstract

This study covered the effects of Spilanthes filicaulis flower-head and leaf extracts on liver function and histology in Wistar albino rats. Forty-two rats were divided into seven groups, with groups receiving varying doses of MESF leaf or flower-head extracts. Liver function was assessed through serum levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), and bilirubin fractions. Histopathological analysis of liver tissues was performed to detect structural changes. The results indicated that neither the leaf nor flower-head extracts caused significant alterations in serum ALT and AST levels, suggesting no major hepatotoxicity. Although some variations in ALP activity were observed, these changes did not correlate with liver damage in histopathological examinations. Bilirubin levels remained stable across treatment groups. Histopathological analysis revealed no significant deviations from normal hepatic architecture, though some cases of macrovesicular steatosis were noted. The study concludes that supplementation with MESF leaf and flower-head extracts does not induce significant liver damage in Wistar albino rats, suggesting that these extracts may be safe for liver health at the administered doses.

Abstract

Human resources are important and primary in every company because if the company experiences an increase, it is based on competent human resources. Strategic human resource management (HRM) must allow adaptation of HRM practices, namely knowledge and behavior in employees based on organizational needs. In this study, there is a phenomenon in which employees work suboptimally and feel unable to complete their performance, which results in decreased performance. In addition, the results of inconsistencies in previous studies examined employee performance. Thus, this study contributes to analyzing the influence of training and development, work-life balance, and happiness at work on employee performance. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the proposed hypothesis. The number of data used was 130 employees in peanut manufacturing in Pati, Central Java, Indonesia. The findings show that employee performance is affected by training and development, work-life balance, and happiness at work. Employees feel that these programs help improve their performance and increase their satisfaction, pride, and motivation to work more effectively. Therefore, organizations must continue to strengthen these programs to improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Profitability (ROE), Company Size (SIZE) and Dividend Policy (DPR) on Company Value (PER), the role of Covid-19 (C-19) and CSR Disclosure (CSR) in weakening and strengthening Profitability (ROE), Company Size (SIZE) and Dividend Policy (DPR) on Company Value (PER). The population of this study is consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2014-2023. The sample of this study using the purposive sampling method obtained 11 consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2014-2023, resulting in a total of 110 observation data. The data analysis method uses Eviews12. The findings of the study indicate that ROE has a negative impact, while SIZE and DPR have no effect on PER. C-19 strengthens the relationship between ROE and PER, but does not moderate the effect of SIZE and DPR on PER. CSR actually weakens the relationship between ROE and PER and does not moderate the effect of SIZE and DPR on PER. The novelty of this research is that it uses a 10-year period to examine company value.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Country of Origin (COO) on Price and Purchase Decisions, both directly and indirectly, with Price as a mediating variable, focusing on Xiaomi products. The findings reveal that consumer perceptions of a product's country of origin significantly influence their evaluation of price. However, perceptions of the country of origin do not directly impact purchase decisions, as consumers prioritize product quality and features. Price emerges as the primary determinant of purchase decisions, with competitive pricing aligned with quality driving consumer purchases. Additionally, perceptions of the country of origin indirectly influence purchase decisions through price. This research provides strategic insights for Xiaomi to manage brand image, optimize pricing strategies, and enhance competitiveness in the global market.
