Abstract

This research focuses on the study of the role of social workers in the assessment of the development of social entrepreneurship in the context of empowering the community as a tactic to achieve social change. This paper applies Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by following the PRISMA protocol, through identifying, selecting and analyzing academic literature to look for the eventual role of social entrepreneurship which contributes to social changes and community welfare. Here, we show that the review findings indicate the importance of social entrepreneurship in the economic potential, skill sets, and social ties of marginalized populations. Social workers also serve as facilitators to connect communities to resources and economic opportunities, as educators to offer entrepreneurial skills training, and as advocates for inclusive policies. Social entrepreneurship is promising in many aspects, but there are still challenges to be faced, such as limited resources and dependencies of the communities on external assistance. The preliminary findings of this study will inform best practices in social entrepreneurship, including into how social workers can best develop their competencies and strengthen cross-sector partnerships, as well as how cross-sector partnerships can develop robust impact indicators.

Abstract

This article examines the evolving legal frameworks governing data privacy and cybersecurity in the contemporary digital landscape. As technological advancements continue to reshape how personal data is collected, processed, and utilized, legal systems worldwide are confronted with unprecedented challenges in balancing innovation with individual rights protection. Through comparative analysis of major jurisdictional approaches including the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and emerging regulatory frameworks in Asia-Pacific regions, this study identifies key convergence points and divergences in global data protection regimes. The research further explores the legal implications of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, biometrics, and the Internet of Things (IoT) on privacy and security paradigms. Findings indicate that while regulatory fragmentation remains a significant challenge, there is growing international consensus around core principles of transparency, consent, data minimization, and security by design. The article concludes by proposing a harmonized approach to data privacy and cybersecurity regulation that accommodates technological innovation while ensuring robust protection of fundamental rights in the digital age.

Abstract

Every individual has the right to have private property rights where these property rights cannot be taken arbitrarily by anyone. Looking at a historical overview before the UUPA was born, with regard to agrarian regulations in Indonesia there is still a dualism of regulations that apply. As we know, the term girik is often heard in the land sector. Girik is a letter for a land including related to land tenure from generation to generation or custom. Girik land is generally inherited or from his family. Thus it can be said that in general, girik land does not have an official certificate. Of course, the unofficial nature of the certificate will create the potential for problems to occur in the future. This research uses the type of research used is normative juridical. This research is a legal research conducted by examining literature which is referred to as secondary data. The formulation of the problem included in this research is related to how is the existence of girik certificates as proof of ownership of land based on agrarian law in Indonesia? and how to change the status of girik land into a certificate of ownership in Indonesia? So the results of the study stated that the UUPA does not recognize girik as proof of ownership of a land. This was confirmed in the Decision of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia. No. 34/K/Sip/1960, dated February 19, 1960, it was also emphasized that a petuk/girik letter was not proof of land rights. Just as a starting point.

Abstract

Social inclusion for people with impairments is a vital step towards creating an equitable and fair society. Using the Comprehensive Literature Review technique, this study will examine the policies, problems, and supporting factors in the implementation of social inclusion for people with disabilities in Indonesia. The findings demonstrate that Indonesia already has a number of supportive laws, such as Law No. 8/2016 on Persons with Disabilities, however there are still gaps in their implementation. The primary barriers are a lack of accessible infrastructure, a shortage of qualified personnel, and a persistent societal stigma associated with persons with impairments. Government commitment, the engagement of civil society organisations, and the deployment of adaptive technology all help to promote social inclusion. The report also examines social inclusion methods in other countries, such as Sweden and Japan, where progressive policies have been effectively implemented via government-private sector partnership. The findings of this research emphasise the need of a multidisciplinary approach to social inclusion, as well as the need for more systematic tactics such as greater policy supervision, technology optimisation, and cross-sector cooperation. With these approaches, social inclusion for individuals with disabilities in Indonesia may be achieved in an efficient and sustainable manner.

Abstract

Cross-sector cooperation and a synergy between social service administration and public policy are necessary to reduce poverty. The purpose of this essay is to pinpoint the elements that make government, business, and civil society collaboration on poverty reduction initiatives successful. Research shows that for social programmes to be effective, new approaches are needed, such as digital technology and community-based methodologies, together with cross-level cooperation and policy alignment. The private sector offers capital and access to markets, while the public sector plays the role of regulator and enabler. Civil society mentors and empowers the community. This synergy is impeded by bureaucratic red tape, limited local competency, and policy fragmentation. However, the adoption of integrated information systems and strategic partnerships with cross-sector stakeholders may improve the long-term viability of social services and programme effectiveness. To ensure poverty reduction synergies, this study recommends harnessing digital innovation, improving human resource capabilities, and strengthening cross-sector cooperation. With long-term and effective partnerships, social activities are expected to dramatically increase community welfare and reduce extreme poverty in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study discusses the reconstruction of regulations regarding coordination among intelligence agencies to enhance national security in Indonesia. The primary focus is on the dual authority between the State Intelligence Agency (Badan Intelijen Negara, BIN) and the Police Intelligence and Security Agency (Baintelkam) following the enactment of Law No. 17 of 2011 on State Intelligence. The research approach used in this thesis is normative juridical with a multidisciplinary approach that combines the disciplines of law and management. The findings indicate that overlapping authority and the lack of an integrated information-sharing mechanism lead to policy fragmentation and delayed responses to national security threats. The study’s main recommendation is to revise Law No. 2 of 2002 on the Indonesian National Police to align the strategic role of BIN with the operational duties of Baintelkam. Furthermore, clear implementing regulations are needed to establish coordination and information-sharing mechanisms, ensuring an effective, efficient, and integrated intelligence system to address increasingly complex threats in Indonesia.
