Abstract

Students are creative individuals. They have characteristics that are created to be classified as characteristics of creative individuals. For example, there is a great curiosity in terms of understanding, always asking questions, having high imagination, lots of interests, not being afraid of making mistakes, being brave in facing risks, being free when thinking, being happy about new things, and so on. The implementation of character education carried out at Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah Al Hidayah Sumenep Madura is still being implemented into daily habituation activities at school, but there has been no effort to develop story books that tell stories reflecting character education which emphasizes cultivating 18 characters in children. Research and development uses a model adapted by Borg and Gall. Of the ten development steps, researchers only implemented seven development steps. The results of this development show 1) the module specifications consist of a cover, introductory remarks, table of contents, materials, evaluation questions, and author biodata. The results of the research were 90.6% content experts with good qualifications, 89.3% learning media experts with good qualifications, and 94.6% learning experts with good qualifications. 2) The results of the attractiveness of the module, the researcher conducted a post-test in class on 10 students with an achievement percentage of 91.8% with very good qualifications. This shows that the use of picture storybooks has reached the criteria of being interesting and valid. Data analysis used the Paired Samples T Test with SPSS 16 tools and the results were Sig 0.000 < 0.02, so Ho was rejected, meaning that there were differences in learning outcomes from students who had used picture story books. So it can be concluded that the use of picture storybooks can increase creativity and is based on character education.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the role of the school principal's leadership in improving teacher performance at SD Negeri 3 Lubuklinggau. The research method employed is qualitative. The research subjects include the school principal, teachers, and educational staff. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation. The research findings reveal that the role of the school principal's leadership in enhancing teacher performance consists of providing motivation, guidance, discipline, maintaining neat appearance, offering consultations, giving recognition, conducting classroom visits, demonstrating attitudes, setting exemplary behavior, fostering active, creative, cohesive work, and developing the teaching profession. Meanwhile, the teacher performance is already quite good, as several indicators have been maximally implemented. These indicators include lesson planning, managing learning activities, establishing interpersonal relationships, conducting research, following up on assessment results, and mastering academic studies. Consequently, it can be concluded that the role of the school principal's leadership at SD Negeri 3 Lubuklinggau in enhancing teacher performance contributes positively to the advancement of learning quality, thereby promoting educational quality where the performance of educational staff is one of the keys to success in education.

Abstract

This article discusses the development of student creativity in PAI learning in schools. In the world of education creativity becomes an important thing for students in later days when it is not developed well then will be a negative thing for the students themselves in the future and it becomes a demand to carry out the development of creativity for the mind. With the development of  creativity will make students able to compete in the outside world. The purpose of this research is the implementation and process of development of student creativity through mind mapping in Pai learning in students of Class V in Sdn Suwayuwo I. The methods used in this research are R&D methods (Reasearch and Developmen) with the model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Based on the results of the development of creativity students using mind apping there are several processes and stages in the implementation passed so in this study can result in increased creativity and activity of students in PAI learning through mind mapping, in addition students can sharpen the ability to interact between fellow friends both in terms of collaboration of ideas and pemechan problems, as well as students can interact freely about subjects with educators in the given learning. The development of student creativity in learning can be developed through a method, medium or strategy applied in learning through some deeper processes and stages.
