Abstract

Puskesmas Senen in Central Jakarta, an outpatient health center, recorded the lowest number of patient visits in 2023, with only 80,643 visits among the 8 sub-district health centers in Central Jakarta. This decline may be attributed to a reduction in patient morbidity rates or suboptimal service quality. One way to assess the quality of service is through the SERVQUAL model, which includes responsiveness, assurance, physical evidence, empathy, and reliability. This study aimed to examine how the perceived quality of healthcare services impacts patient satisfaction levels at Puskesmas Senen. The research used an analytic survey design with a cross-sectional approach. A total of 363 respondents were selected using purposive sampling. The results indicated that responsiveness (p=0.044), tangible aspects (p=0.019), and empathy (p=0.008) significantly influenced patient satisfaction. In contrast, factors such as age (p=0.384 and 0.338), gender (p=1.000), education (p=0.720), occupation (p=0.933), assurance (p=0.227), and reliability (p=0.237) did not have a significant effect on patient satisfaction. The study concluded that the empathy dimension had the greatest impact on patient satisfaction at Puskesmas Senen, Central Jakarta.

Abstract

Kidney failure occurs when kidney function suddenly decreases and cannot transport metabolic waste from the body or perform its normal functions. As a result of impaired renal excretion, a substance that is usually excreted from the body accumulates in body fluids. In Indonesia, there is also an increase in cases of kidney failure in children, where according to the Indonesian Pediatrician Association (IDAI) in September 2022 there were 74 cases of Acute Kidney Injury Progressive Atypical that had been reported. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in knowledge, attitudes, motivations and actions after being given education through the KOPILAS (Smart Choice Box) game to students about the risk of kidney failure at SDN 66 Kendari in 2024. The research method used a quantitative approach, a Pre-Experimental design type using a one group pretest and posttest design. The population of this study was 70 students, while the sample was 56 respondents who were taken using a purposive sampling technique using the Lemeshow formula. The results of the Wilcoxon test showed an increase in knowledge, attitude, motivation, and action after the KOPILAS game was given to students at SDN 66 Kendari in 2025 with each p-value of knowledge (0.000) < alpha (0.05), p-value of attitude (0.000) < alpha (0.05), p-value of motivation (0.000) < alpha (0.05), and p-value of action (0.000) < alpha (0.05). This study was conducted for 21 days.

Abstract

Background: In Central Java, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is included in the top 10 causes of death and disease burden. COPD is a respiratory disorder that worsens over time. Benson's relaxation therapy combined with Qur'anic recitation is one of the non-pharmacological interventions that has the ability to affect the rate of breathing. Objective: This study aims to find out how Benson's relaxation therapy and Qur'an recitation simultaneously affect RR in COPD patients. Method: Without a control group, this research employed a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest. The inclusion and exclusion criteria were used to pick a total of 18 samples using the purposive sampling approach. In order to examine the data, the Wilcoxon test and univariate and bivariate tests were used. Result: This research showed that before the intervention, the patient's respiratory rate was above normal, but then normalized after the intervention (p < 0.001). Conclusion: The combination of Benson relaxation therapy and Al-Quran recitation has a significant effect on the respiratory rate (RR) in COPD patients.

Housewives who face financial problems often feel high levels of anxiety. This is caused by various daily demands that arise, causing feelings of anxiety, worry, and restlessness. However, by performing the dhuha prayer regularly, housewives can find it easy to reduce anxiety while facilitating their fortune. This study aims to examine the relationship between the intensity of dhuha prayer and the level of anxiety in housewives who experience financial problems. This study was conducted in Morosari Village, RT 02 RW 05, Sayung District, Demak Regency, and used a cross-sectional method. Data were obtained through questionnaires that were distributed directly to 58 respondents who were housewives. The sampling technique used was total sampling, and data analysis was carried out using univariate and bivariate tests, using the Spearman correlation test for bivariate analysis. The results of the univariate analysis showed that most respondents, as many as 23 people (39.7%), rarely performed the dhuha prayer. In addition, the highest level of anxiety occurred in 27 respondents (46.6%) who were classified as experiencing severe anxiety. Most of the respondents were in the age range of 40-50 years, as many as 27 people (46.6%). Bivariate analysis with Spearman correlation test showed that there was a significant relationship between the intensity of dhuha prayer and the level of anxiety in housewives who experienced financial problems, with a significance value of 0.000.

Abstract

Integrated Patient Progress Notes (CPPT) are activities of health workers (doctors, nurses, pharmacists, nutritionists, and other officers) in recording the results of their activities, in one format together in the patient's medical record related to the patient's care process. This sheet contains the patient's identity, date of examination, examination time, notes from the treating doctor, notes from other clinical staff, and is verified with the initials and name of the officer who filled it in. All actions taken are recorded at the time, date and type of action given and must be signed by the examining doctor. This study aims to see the completeness of the doctor's integrated patient progress notes in the electronic medical record of the IGD assessment at Tarakan Hospital, Jakarta. This study uses a descriptive methodology with a quantitative approach. A sample of 77 electronic medical records of the IGD assessment used random sampling. Research results: from the analysis, the completeness was 90%, not reaching the minimum standard set by the Ministry of Health, which is 100%. Of the 4 components analyzed, the highest level of completeness is in the patient identification, authentication, good recording components of 100%, while the lowest percentage of completeness is in the important report content component of 93%. Several factors that cause poor doctor CPPT are when the doctor has filled in the Doctor CPPT but the system does not save it because an error occurs. It is recommended that the system be monitored consistently to prevent such errors during data entry, and that a special computer unit for doctors be created to minimize waiting time when interacting with other nursing staff.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the health sector is an urgent need, especially with the increasing demands for efficiency, accuracy, and security in managing medical information. This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived ease and perceived usefulness on the intention to use Electronic Medical Records (EMR) with digital literacy knowledge as an intervening variable in outpatient nurses at Koja Regional Hospital. The research method used is quantitative with a cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 104 nurses selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire using a 4-point Likert scale, covering the variables of perceived ease, perceived usefulness, digital literacy knowledge, and intention to use EMR. Data analysis was carried out using Lisrel software. Most of the subjects were female 82.7%, an average age of 41-50 years 40.4%, NERS education 52.9%, and work experience> 10 years 61.5%. Perceived ease and perceived usefulness have a positive and significant effect on the intention to use EMR. Digital literacy knowledge acts as an intervening variable that strengthens the relationship between perceived ease and usefulness on the intention to use. Thus, hospitals need to create a supportive work environment, by providing ongoing training and encouraging a collaborative culture in using new technologies in an effort to improve RME usage skills.
