Najah: Journal of Research and Community Services is a scientific multidisciplinary journal published by Kalam Nusantara Center Research as one of the research institution in Universitas Islam Zainul Hasan Genggong . It is at the national level that covers a lot of common problems or issues related to community services. The aim of this journal publication is to disseminate the conceptual thoughts or ideas and research results that have been achieved and or its implication. Journal of Research and Community Services encompasses research articles, original research report, reviews, and scientific commentaries in education, including Education for Human Resources Development, Community Empowerment, Social Entrepreanurship, and nonformal or informal education. Abstract

king this article is to complete the work of the PKM which uses the ABCD method by developing resources in the village that we can further develop and it can also inform the people in Liprak Wetan village that Moringa leaves can also be processed and later the processed results will not only provide benefits for himself and his family can also make money. Indonesia is a country that is rich in spices and vegetables that have been cultivated since ancient times. With so many vegetables and spices, many people use them to make traditional herbal medicine, herbal teas, and other foods that are rich in benefits. We are KKN students whose job is to make a product. It is also not difficult to find what ingredients will be processed in such a way but are rich in benefits. herbal tea with very abundant benefits. However, in our country the processing of Moringa leaves has not spread widely, even in our own country, the processing of Moringa leaves is also still minimal, people know about the abundance of benefits. So far, Moringa leaves are only consumed as vegetables by the public. Indonesia.

Abstract

Coffee plantations are one of the products of natural resources from the plantation and agriculture sectors. The purpose of the service is to optimize the cultivation and production of grafted coffee plants through assistance with the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) approach in Ranugedang Village, specifically in Ledduk Hamlet. The results of the people's coffee plantations are the main commodity, and a source of livelihood for the majority of people in Ranugedang Village, especially in the village of Ledduk. Therefore for growth and for optimal production it is necessary to consider the suitability of the soil and the growth requirements of each plant species, especially coffee, which we will discuss next. In this study the authors used the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach in identifying and mobilizing assets. ABCD is an approach to community development that is in a big stream trying to realize a social life order in which the community becomes the actor and determinant of development efforts in their environment, while the process of implementing the program is divided into 5 (five) stages, namely Discovery (Assessment), Dream (Dream), Design (Procedure), Define (Goal), Destiny (Self Determination). Data collection was carried out using the field study method by conducting interviews with local residents. The results of the service carried out is the facilitation of the community on their own will and dedication, especially coffee farmers in optimizing the cultivation and production of grafted coffee plants. additional knowledge from the internet and credible references.

Abstract

This service aims to: (1) Find out how far the balance of knowledge and character education for children in Wangkal village is (2) Cooperate with formal and non-formal educational institutions in the local village (3) Invite parents to pay more attention to behavior children's morals when outside school (4) Providing advice or input to figures and parents as first teachers to take appropriate steps in order to improve the balance of knowledge gained and morals as a practice in life. This research took place in the Krajan hamlet, Wangkal Village, Gading District, Probolinggo Regency, using the face-to-face method. Starting from the preparation stage, to the implementation stage. And the result is that the difficulty level of the balance between knowledge and practice is a lack of full attention from parents, because character education in schools is not enough to provide learning about ethics and ethics in just a few hours a day. It is parents who should be the first teachers in shaping the personality, mindset, attitude patterns and lifestyle of children. But what happens a lot is that parents hand over their children's moral/moral education to the school at random.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (PKM) aims to analyze the role of community service in priority communities and the influence of innovation internalization and external environmental changes on efforts to improve the performance of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). One very important aspect in the development of MSMEs is business legality. The objective of this community service program is to provide assistance to MSME actors in Sumber Cangkelek Hamlet, Wangkal Village, Gading Subdistrict in creating accounts and obtaining business licenses directly at the Public Service Mall and obtaining business legality, in this case in the form of a business identification number (NIB). The community service activity carried out by group 29 of UNZAH's KKN PKM was due to the lack of enthusiasm among micro, small, and medium entrepreneurs in Sumber Cangkelek Hamlet, Wangkal Village, Gading Subdistrict in obtaining a Business Identification Number (NIB). NIB is a business identification number used by business actors to obtain business licenses and commercial or operational permits. One of the economic assets that is still underdeveloped in Sumber Cangkelek Hamlet is micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). This PKM activity uses the ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development) Approach, which consists of 6 stages, namely: a) Discovery Stage, b) Dream Stage, c) Design Stage, d) Destiny Stage, e) Define Stage, and f) Reflection Stage in data collection, resulting in the collection of 12 MSMEs in Wangkal Village, Gading District, spread across several hamlets, namely Krajan Hamlet, Sumber Cangkelek Hamlet, and Kramat Hamlet. The result of this community service activity was the issuance of Business Identification Numbers (NIB) for two MSME actors in Sumber Cangkelek Hamlet, Wangkal Village, Gading District.

Abstract

(NIB) for two MSME actors in Sumber Cangkelek Hamlet, Wangkal Village, Gading District. Musabaqoh dirosiyyah is a competition event that is held at the Darullughah Wal Karomah Islamic Boarding School every year to welcome the founder's anniversary and haflatul imtihan and in which there are various competitions such as reading books, speeches, Arabic, Arabic poetry, Arabic stories and others. Of the several assets that have been mapped by KKN participants, the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) approach to community service is used as the development of existing assets at the Darullughah Wal karomah Islamic Boarding School, starting with the inculturation stage (introduction), the second stage is the area search stage. is the effort of KKN participants to find physical assets, the third stage is the asset mapping stage in this stage the activities carried out are in the form of mapping the assets that have been found, the fourth stage is the priority scale selection stage in this stage choosing the most assets or the most prominent, the fifth stage is the stage the aspirational discovery of the KKN participant's task at this stage is to develop the assets that have been previously selected, the sixth stage is the define stage, namely facilitating the implementation of the program to be developed, the last stage is the reflection stage which includes evaluating the results of the assets that have been developed. This service uses interview and observation data collection techniques. This service produces a scheme that accommodates students who have the potential in several fields, one for example in the field of reading the yellow book, thus the purpose of holding musabaqoh dirosiyyah will be well achieved

Abstract

Teaching activities, the process of communication between students and educators is very important in order to understand the lesson. Therefore, educators must be able to deliver material using appropriate, creative, and innovative strategies so that learning takes place effectively. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of tajwid learning using the Matching Card strategy at TPQ Qomaruzzaman. The researcher observed a phenomenon occurring at TPQ Qomaruzzaman. The subjects of this study were TPQ Qomaruzzaman students who had reached Iqra 4 and Al-Qur'an levels. The results of this study show that the researcher found tajwid learning using the Matching Card strategy to be very effective because it is easier to understand, easier to memorize, concise, and involves children's activities. The supporting factors for the Matching Card strategy are enthusiasm and good communication between students and educators. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor in the Matching strategy is the mixed ages of the students, which affects their comprehension.

Abstract

Musabaqoh dirosiyah merupakan ajang kreasi santri yang mana setiap individu santri yang berstatus sebagai siswi madrasah diniyah, tidak memandang pendidikan formalnya baik dari tingkat pra RA sampai perguruan tinggi (Ma’had Aly). wajib mengikuti setiap lomba yang telah ditentukan oleh konsultan lomba. Musabaqoh dirosiyah ini merupakan lomba yang melibatkan semua pelajaran seperti pidato bahasa arab, pidato bahasa inggris, drama multibahasa dll. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) menggunakan desain studi kasus yang dilakukan dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui tahap inkulturasi, penelusuran wilayah, pemetaan aset, pemilihan skala prioritas, penemuan apresiatif, define, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Lebih terukurnya potensi setiap individu santri dengan diwajibkannya lomba secara personal, oleh karena itu setiap santri pasti memiliki kesempatan tampil di depan publik, jadi tidak ada alasan bagi santri untuk tidak tampil di depan publik. (2) Menumbuhkan keberanian santri tampil di depan umum, sehingga kepercayaan diri santri dapat terlatih dengan maximal. (3) Adanya upgrade kegiatan musabaqoh dirosiyah melalui sosial media, dengan itu kegiatan ini dapat masyhur di seluruh penjuru dunia.

Abstract

Madin merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang mempelajari tentang ilmu keagamaan. Diantara ilmu keagamaan yang dipelajari adalah ilmu Al-Qur’an, fiqih, hadist dan tajwid. Dalam mempelajari Al-Qur’an, ilmu tajwid sangat berperan penting dalam mempelajari dan membaca Al-Qur’an. Oleh karena itu, dalam pengajaran ilmu tajwid diperlukan metode yang membuat pembelajaran menjadi efektif dan membuat peserta didik merasa nyaman dalam mempelajarinya. Pembelajaran efektif belum bisa diterapkan di Madin Nurul Islam Desa Krucil Kecamatan Krucil. Hal tersebut dikarenakan beberapa faktor, yaitu dari pengajar dan lingkungan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, mahasiswa KKN berinisiatif untuk menerapkan metode Mehisa (Menyanyi Hidayatus Shibyan) dalam mempelajari ilmu tajwid supaya mempermudah santri dalam membaca dan mempelajari Al-Qur’an. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah ABCD (Asset Bassed Community Development). Subjek dalam kegiatan ini adalah santri Madin Nurul Islam di Desa Krucil. Berdasarkan penerapan metode Mahisa dapat dikatakan pembelajaran tajwid di Madin menjadi meningkat, hal tersebut diketahui ketika santri mulai aktif dan lancar dalam menghafal hukum-hukum bacaan tajwid.

Abstract

UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah) di Indonesia menjadi salah satu sektor usaha yang cukup mendominasi dijalankan oleh pelaku usaha. Salah satunya adalah UMKM yang berada di desa Gading Wetan, dengan sumber bahan pisang yang diolah menjadi keripik pisang sebagai bahan jajanan yang disukai oleh semua kalangan. Mudahnya dalam proses pengolahan serta ketersedian bahan pisang menjadi salah satu faktor pelaku usaha di desa gading wetan memproduksinya. Tentu sangat diharapkan hasil produksi keripik pisang yang dihasilkan dapat bersaing dan diterima oleh kalangan masyarakat. Namun, UMKM mengalami tantangan dalam menghadapi persaingan digitalisasi di bidang bisnis agar mampu bertahan ditengah persaingan. Maka dari itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengindentifikasi strategi pengembangan digitalisasi UMKM di Gading Wetan. Mempertahankan harga dan kualitas produk, memperluas wilayah pemasaran, meningkatkan jumlah produksi, membuat desain kemasan lebih menarik untuk para konsumen, memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi sebagai sarana promosi, meningkatkan modal usaha untuk memperluas wilayah pemasaran dan menambah jumlah produksi. Dalam prosesnya peneliti memberitahu cara membuat akun media sosial berupa whatsapp dan instagram serta cara membuat iklan menarik bagi pembeli berupa gambar, narasi, video, dan lainnya kepada pihak UMKM setempat. Hasilnya menunjukkan beberapa pelaku usaha mampu secara aktif menggunakan dan menciptakan media sosial sebagai alat promosi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di laksanakan melalui hasil observasi lapangan bahwa di masjid sunan drajat pondok pesantren hayatul islam sunan drajat yang salah satunya pendidikannya mengutamakan al quran .akan tetapi masih banyak terdapat santri yang kesulitan membaca al quran seperti terbata bata dalam membaca al quran,kesalahan pada makrajul huruf,dan menyebut kan panjang pendek nya maka dari itu kami peserta kkn mengangkat tema yang berjudul penigkatan pembelajaran tpq untuk santri dengan menggunakan metode tartila. Strategi yang digunakan ialah pendekatan ABCD (Aset Based Community Development) yang dilakukan secara kualitatif. Pendekatan tersebut di gunakan untuk menggali pemahaman yang luas dari santri desa khusunya disekitar Masjid Shobiril Iman Sunan Drajat tentang hal-hal yang dilakukan dalam menelusuri dan mengevaluasi data sekunder. Hasil yang dicapai dari program pemberdayaan ini adalah meningkatnya perubahan santri dalam memebaca kitab suci khususnya, mengetehui ilmu agama dan ibadah-ibadah yang lain.
