Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi dunia pendidikan di Indonesia adalah permasalahan lemahnya proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh kompetensi dosen terhadap mutu pendidikan pada jurusan Manajemen di kampus UKIP Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan SPSS sebagai aplikasi pengolah datanya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 73 siswa yang merupakan siswa angkatan 2019 – 2022. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa kompetensi dosen manajemen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pendidikan yang diterima mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen kampus UKIP Makassar. Untuk itu penulis menyarankan agar para dosen yang mengajar di jurusan Manajemen lebih meningkatkan kompetensinya guna meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di UKIP Makassar. Selain itu arahannya lebih meningkatkan pengawasan terhadap kinerja dosen dan terus mengkomunikasikan tugas-tugas yang harus dilaksanakan dosen, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan pembelajaran. Agar seluruh dosen dapat lebih mempertimbangkan tugas yang diberikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Marketing Communication, Experiential Marketing Dan Customer Trust Terhadap Customer Loyalty Pada PT. Andalan Pacific Samudra. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kausal dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan teknik analisis data menggunaka regresi linear berganda.. Populasi dalam penelitian yaitu 32 pelanggan pada PT. Andalan Pacific Samudra. Menggunakan teknik sample jenuh atau sensus dengan demikian jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 32 responden diambil dari seluruh populasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1)  marketing  communication  berpengaruh positif  terhadap customer loyalty. Hal tersebut dibuktikan pada Uji Parsial (Uji T) sebesar 2,467 > 2,045 serta nilai Sig, 002 < 0,05; (2) experiential marketing tidak berpengaruh terhadap customer loyalty. Hal tersebut dibuktikan pada Uji Parsial (Uji T) sebesar 0,956 < 2,045 serta nilai Sig. 0,347 > 0,005; (3)  customer trust berpengaruh terhadap customer loyalty. Hal tersebut dibuktikan pada Uji Parsial (Uji T) sebesar 2,379 > 2,045 serta nilai Sig. 0,024 <  0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Media Promosi Online, Brand Image dan Brand Awareness Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Cozy Arimbi Eatery pada PT. Jaya Kirana Samudra Wibowo”. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kausal dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan teknik analisis data menggunaka regresi linear berganda.. Populasi dalam penelitian yaitu 83 pelanggan pada Cozy Arimbi Eatery. Menggunakan teknik random sampling atau menggunakan rumus pada Ms. Excel secara random. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Media Promosi Online berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, artinya media promosi online yang dilakukan oleh Cozy Arimbi Eatery seperti iklan di social media berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan pembelian konsumen.(2) Brand Image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, artinya citra merek yang dibuat oleh Cozy Arimbi Eatery seperti suasana café yang nyaman berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. (3) Brand Awareness tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, artinya pengenalan produk dari Cozy Arimbi Eatery masih belum banyak dikenal oleh konsumen sehingga tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. (4) Media Promosi Online, Brand Image dan Brand Awareness berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Cozy Arimbi Eatery.

Abstract

Industri makanan dan minuman memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan mengenai pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan Metode Historical Simulation karena tidak memerlukan distribusi return yang normal, dan merupakan salah satu metode pengukuran nilai risiko yang ditentukan oleh return aset yang direalisasikan. Value at Risk (VaR) adalah teknik yang digunakan dalam manajemen risiko untuk mengukur risiko. Tiga metode yang digunakan dalam VaR, yaitu Metode Parametrik (Varian Kovarian), Metode Simulasi Monte Carlo, dan Metode Simulasi Historis. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan Metode Simulasi Historis (Historical Simulation) karena tidak memerlukan distribusi return yang normal, dan merupakan salah satu metode pengukuran nilai risiko yang ditentukan oleh return aset yang direalisasikan. Berdasarkan volatilitas yang sangat kecil menandakan risiko yang kecil pada tahun 2019 sebesar -5,62% dan tahun 2020 sebesar -6,72% terjadi pada saham ULTJ. Sedangkan pada tahun 2021-2022 resiko yang kecil terjadi pada saham ROTI, yakni sebesar -6,94% dan -13,58%, hal ini sejalan dengan indikator standar deviasi yang sangat kecil yakni 0,0091 pada tahun 2019 dan 0.0131 pada tahun 2020 pada saham ROTI. Pada tahun 2021 dan tahun 2022 standar deviasi dari saham ULTJ adalah 0.0086 dan 0.0087 terkecil dari ketiga saham lainnya.

Abstract

Very rapid technological developments and followed by high levels of economic growth and complex demand developments have resulted in the emergence of various kinds of industries that solely answer the needs of society. This makes competition in trade increasingly tighter and sharper, especially between companies that have the same type of characteristics. Based on the background of the problems explained above, the researcher concluded that problems occurred, namely that there were still activities that were less effective in carrying out company operations, mastery of the use of mobile applications that was still not comprehensive for every employee and the efficiency of delivering goods was still not optimal and still needed improvement. . This research aims to find out how mobile applications are used and the efficiency of goods delivery at the ACE Hardware Sidoarjo company. And to find out how big a role the use of mobile applications plays in the efficiency of goods delivery. The factors tested in this research are the use of mobile applications as the independent variable, while the efficiency of goods delivery is the dependent variable. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verification methods. The population in this study is all data from the ACE Hardware Sidoarjo store. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling method. Meanwhile, the data analysis used in this research is simple linear regression analysis at a significance level of 5%. The program used to analyze the data uses the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Ver 19.00. A hypothesis is an opinion, conjecture or theory that is still imperfect, or in other words, a hypothesis is a conclusion that is not final or still needs to be proven and tested for its truth. Therefore, based on research conducted by the author, the author takes a hypothesis. Using Mobile Application Technology can increase the effectiveness of transactions. as well as increasing the efficiency of goods delivery at the ACE Hardware Sidoarjo company. The research results show that the use of mobile applications and the efficiency of delivering goods has shown an increase. Apart from that, the research results also show that the large role of the use of mobile applications on goods delivery efficiency is 19.1%. Based on the results of the t test (partial) in the regression model, the significance value of the mobile application usage variable was obtained at 0.033<0.05. Apart from that, it can also be seen from the results of the comparison between tcount>ttable, namely 2.280>2.074, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted, meaning that partially the variable use of mobile applications plays a role in the variable efficiency of goods delivery.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel Yusro Jombang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian asosiatif kausal yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu 47 karyawan Hotel Yusro Jombang yang berstatus kontrak dan tetap. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis melalui uji t dan koefisiensi determinasi (R2) dengan bantuan SPSS versi 21. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of earnings management and tax planning on firm value with share ownership as a moderating variable. The population and this study are non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2017 – 2021. The sample selection used a purposive sampling method. The company objects used in this study are 591 non-financial companies. Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) is the data analysis method using Statistical Program for Social Science or SPSS version 20 tools. The results showed that the earnings management variable had a significant positive effect on firm value. Tax planning has a significant positive effect on firm value. institutional ownership cannot weaken the negative effect of earnings management on firm value. Meanwhile, institutional ownership can strengthen the positive influence of tax planning on firm value. Future researchers are also expected to be able to add years of research over a longer period of time in order to provide more valid results or results that are closer to actual conditions.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the impact of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on the Turnover Intention of production employees at PT. Sayap Emas Gemilang. The method used in this study is explanatory, with data collection conducted directly in the field. The population and sample involve all employees at PT. Sayap Emas Gemilang, totaling 43 individuals. Data analysis was performed using Multiple Linear Regression, Hypothesis Testing, and the Coefficient of Determination. The findings indicate a significant negative effect of Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention at PT. Sayap Emas Gemilang; meaning, the lower the job satisfaction, the higher the Turnover Intention. Furthermore, Organizational Commitment also has a significant negative impact on Turnover Intention, where a decrease in Organizational Commitment increases the level of Turnover Intention among employees.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of independent variables (brand image and social influence) on the dependent variable (purchasing decisions). The population in this study were consumers of the Honda Dwitara Surabaya Dealer who use or have used Honda Vario motorbikes. The sampling technique uses the Probability Sampling method, namely a sampling technique that provides an equal opportunity for each element (member) of the population to be selected as a sample, the sample size is 50 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire whose validity and reliability have been tested. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the research show that: (1) Brand Image has a partial effect on Purchasing Decisions proven with a significant level of less than 0.05 (0.010 ≤ 0.05), (2) Social Influence has no partial effect on Purchasing Decisions proven with a significant level of more of 0.05 (0.175> 0.05) and, (3) Brand Image and Social Influence have a simultaneous influence on Purchasing Decisions, proven at a significant level of less than 0.05 (0.000 ≤ 0.05).

Abstract

The growing number of restaurants has resulted in intense competition to attract restaurants. Pizza Hut MERR Surabaya is one of the big restaurants in Surabaya. It is located on The Road Dr. Ir. H. Soekarno Kel. Kedung Baruk Kec. Rungkut Surabaya. Pizza Hut MERR Surabaya has many visitors in addition to having a large building area, this restaurant also has complete facilities. Pizza Hut MERR Surabaya is surrounded by other magnificent buildings such as fast food restaurants, star hotels, companies, large malls, apartments and elite housing. The location affects consumers who come to Pizza Hut MERR Surabaya. Consumers are dominated by the upper middle class with a sufficient economy. This study aims to analyze the effect of quality of service positively on customer loyalty at Pizza Hut MERR Surabaya; to positively analyze the effect of quality of service on customer satisfaction at Pizza Hut MERR Surabaya; to positively analyze the effect of satisfaction on customer loyalty at Pizza Hut MERR Surabaya; and to analyze the effect of quality of service positively on loyalty through customer satisfaction at Pizza Hut MERR Surabaya. The type of research used in this research uses quantitative methods and Path Analysis Techniques. The sample population is 105 customers at Pizza Hut MERR Surabaya. The analytical technique used in this research is Path Analysis. The results of the analysis can be concluded that the quality of service positively affects customer loyalty at Pizza Hut MERR Surabaya; The quality of service positively affects customer satisfaction at Pizza Hut MERR Surabaya; Satisfaction positively affects customer loyalty at Pizza Hut MERR Surabaya; and Quality of service positively affects loyalty through customer satisfaction at Pizza Hut MERR Surabaya but customer satisfaction is not an intervening variable.
