Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at the Solear District Office, Tangerang Regency. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling with a total of 57 respondents. Data analysis includes validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis (R2), and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test). Based on the research results, it is stated that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Likewise, the work environment also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Furthermore, work motivation and the work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and workload on employee performance at PT Multi Prima Usahatama Site Serang. The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach, involving 65 respondents selected through random sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using data instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression analysis to test the proposed hypotheses. The results of the study indicate that work discipline has a significant effect on improving employee performance. Similarly, workload is proven to have a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, work discipline and workload together have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination obtained indicates that both independent variables have an important role in improving performance, with most variations in employee performance being influenced by factors other than work discipline and workload examined in this study. Based on these findings, the company is advised to continue optimizing discipline management and workload management more effectively to achieve company targets optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors influencing financial inclusion in rural areas, particularly in Karangmukti Village, Tasikmalaya Regency. The main focus of this research is to analyze the influence of financial technology, financial literacy, and trust in increasing financial inclusion. This study used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey design, with data obtained from 100 respondents aged 30–45 years and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that financial technology, financial literacy, and trust have a positive and significant effect on financial inclusion, with trust being the most dominant variable. The research model has a coefficient of determination of 65.3%, indicating strong explanatory power for the dependent variable. These findings confirm that increasing financial inclusion in rural areas depends not only on digital infrastructure but also on psychological factors and individual financial management abilities. Thus, the results of this study have important implications for developing a more inclusive and sustainable digital financial ecosystem in rural areas.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Current Ratio (CR), Cash Ratio (CaR), Quick Ratio (QR), and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on Price to Book Value (PBV) in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2020–2024. Employing multiple linear regression on 9 companies (45 data points), results indicate all independent variables positively and significantly affect PBV partially (Sig. <0.05) and simultaneously (F=13.310; Sig.=0.000). The model explains 57.1% of PBV variation (R²=0.571), led by CR (β=0.665). Findings align with signaling theory: strong liquidity and asset efficiency signal positive financial health to investors, boosting post-pandemic pharmaceutical valuations. This research fills gaps in prior conflicting studies, offering managers guidance to optimize liquidity and reduce risks, while aiding investors in assessing stock market potential more accurately.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of training and leadership style on employee performance at PT Adis Dimension Footwear, both partially and simultaneously. The approach used in this study is quantitative with associative research type. Sample determination was carried out using random sampling technique with calculations through the Slovin formula so that a sample size of 80 respondents was obtained. Data processing was carried out through several stages of analysis including validity testing, reliability testing, classical hypothesis testing, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing. The research results show that training has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Leadership Style has also been shown to have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Furthermore, training and leadership Style simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on employee perfomance. These findings indicate that training and leadership style simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study. The purpose of this study is to determine how leadership and work motivation affect the performance of employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear. The population and sample of employees used are 120 employees and the sample used is 120 employees. The data collection technique used is SPSS software which will be used for data analysis. The data analysis techniques include multiple linear regression, partial t-test, simultaneous F-test, and determination coefficient test. The research data was collected through questionnaires and analysed using SPSS 25. The research results show that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has also been shown to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, leadership and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy and financial behavior on investment decisions of students in Tasikmalaya. The main focus of the study is to evaluate the extent to which financial understanding and individual financial management skills can improve the quality of investment decision-making. This study used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 student respondents in Tasikmalaya selected using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 27 software. The results of the analysis revealed that financial literacy and financial behavior have a positive and significant influence on investment decisions. The research model achieved a coefficient of determination (R²) of 70.8%, indicating a strong ability to explain variations in student investment decisions that are not only influenced by financial understanding but also disciplined and measured financial management. Implications of this study include the development of more effective financial education programs to increase investment involvement among students.

Abstract

The high intensity of social media usage in Indonesia, which has reached 143 million active users in 2025, has encouraged global fashion companies to optimize marketing content and strengthen brand image to influence consumer purchasing decisions. However, inconsistent findings in previous studies highlight the need for further research, particularly in the context of global fashion brands in the Indonesian market. This study aims to analyze the effect of marketing content (X1) and brand image (X2) on the purchasing decisions of Uniqlo products in Indonesia (Y), both partially and simultaneously. This study employs a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The sample consisted of 200 respondents who are consumers of Uniqlo products in Indonesia, selected through purposive sampling, with data collected via an online questionnaire. The results indicate that marketing content (X1) and brand image (X2) each have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) partially, as well as simultaneously. Therefore, both variables are proven to be effective strategies for Uniqlo in driving consumer purchasing decisions in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job stress on turnover intention with job satisfaction as a mediating variable in village employees in Singaparna District, Tasikmalaya Regency. The study used a quantitative method with a causality approach through Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) using SmartPLS 4.0. The study sample consisted of 55 village employees selected using a census technique. The results showed that job stress had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, meaning that the higher the level of job stress, the higher the employee's desire to leave the job. In addition, job stress had a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, while job satisfaction had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. This study also proved that job satisfaction was able to significantly mediate the effect of job stress on turnover intention. These findings demonstrate the importance of managing job stress and increasing job satisfaction to reduce the turnover intention in village employees in Singaparna District. Abstract

This research is motivated by the rapid growth of the skincare industry and the increasing use of TikTok as a promotional platform that influences consumer purchasing behavior. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of promotion and Brand Awareness on Impulse Buying of Wardah Skincare products among TikTok users in Sukabumi City. This study employed a quantitative method with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who had purchased Wardah Skincare products via TikTok Shop. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, while the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 25. The results indicate that promotion has a positive and significant effect on Impulse Buying, with a t-value of 4.020 > 1.984 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Brand Awareness also has a positive and significant effect on Impulse Buying, with a t-value of 6.529 > 1.984 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, promotion and Brand Awareness significantly affect Impulse Buying, with an F-value of 128.848 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.727 indicates that promotion and Brand Awareness explain 72.7% of the variance in Impulse Buying, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors outside this study.
