Abstract

The Muslim population in Indonesia represents a large potential consumer base for food products. Obtaining a halal product certificate adds value for businesses, enabling them to produce and sell halal products that align with the consumption values of Muslim consumers. Additionally, the government mandates that food and beverage products from MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) must obtain halal certificates. Ciseeng Village, located in Bogor Regency, West Java, is home to many MSMEs that produce food, yet relatively few have halal product certificates. The aim of this Community Service Activity is to help develop the potential of MSMEs in the Ciseeng area by increasing the competitiveness of their food product businesses. One key effort in this development is the issuance of halal certificates for MSME food products. A major obstacle is the lack of knowledge among MSMEs about the criteria for halal products and the procedures for obtaining halal certificates. To address this, the YARSI University Community Service Institute offers education on halal products, workshops on the self-declaration process for halal certification, and direct assistance with registration on the Halal Information System (SIHALAL). As a result of this activity, there was an increase in understanding of halal products, and of the 15 MSMEs that registered for halal product certification, 8 successfully obtained halal certificates from BPJPH.

Abstract

The younger generation represents the future of the nation. They demonstrate considerable potential for growth and development. One such area of focus is the enhancement of financial literacy, particularly among younger demographics, which has the potential to foster a more financially aware and stable society. The youth organization Bambu Larangan Ampera is comprised of young people who act as both catalysts and role models for their peers. Most of these individuals adhere to the Syariahc faith; however, they demonstrate a lack of comprehension regarding financial planning, particularly in the context of Sharia-compliant financial planning. This is a significant consideration, as it can be a crucial element in financial planning, both in the short and long term. Accordingly, a needs assessment was conducted as part of the community service programme, which identified a need to enhance comprehension of sharia financial planning. The training was implemented by providing relevant materials and opportunities for hands-on practice. The effectiveness of the training was evaluated through the administration of pre-test and post-test questionnaires to each participant. The results demonstrated an average increase in each indicator of understanding of Perencanaan Keuangan Syariah, indicating that the training was successful. However, there is still a need to improve the financial literacy of the younger generation.

Abstract

Mobile banking training for the Bojongmangu Village community aims to prepare them for the era of society 5.0. The training focused on strengthening the understanding of digital financial technology, efficient financial management, and utilization of digital banking services to expand access to Islamic finance. The service method applies training and education in understanding material related to Islamic banking with a series of practical and interactive sessions. Participants will be equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to optimize the benefits of digital financial technology in their daily lives and also an introduction to Islamic bank products. The results of community service activities in mobole banking training are to increase financial inclusion at the village level and help the Bojongmangu community to become more financially independent in the rapidly growing digital era and attract public interest in opening accounts at Islamic banks.

Abstract

As social creatures, humans rely heavily on each other both during life and after death. In Islamic societies, the community has the responsibility to organize funerals. However, many people don't know how to do it, so they have little intention of doing it. The method used in this corpse burial activity is through lectures, question-and-answer demonstrations and evaluation. The results of the service showed that there was an increase in the knowledge and understanding of youth organizations regarding the procedures for handling corpses, and the youth also became enthusiastic about the presentation given by the researcher, giving rise to new cadres in the Medalkrisna village environment. Through the active participation of the village community, especially the teenage youth of Karang Taruna, it is hoped that the results can be contributed by the amil in Medalkrisna village in order to improve the development of the village's own human resources. The aim of this research is of course to guide young teenagers to increase their knowledge about corpse burial so that later they can even understand corpse burial in Islam itself. It can be concluded that the implementation of this activity, especially in community service, can certainly increase knowledge and increase understanding, especially the procedures for intermenting corpses, as well as religiously training the youth of local youth organizations so that they can understand more about intermenting corpses.

Abstract

The increasingly widespread moral crisis, especially among teenagers, requires a strategic solution to save the character of the nation's next generation. One effective effort is through Islamic values education and the active role of parents in shaping noble morals. This service aims to educate the people of Karangreja Village about the importance of studying as a Muslim obligation in order to create individuals who are morally upright and able to make a positive contribution to the surrounding environment. The service method used is an educational approach through counseling activities, group discussions, and training based on Islamic values. This program involves various elements of society, especially teenagers, to understand the essence of knowledge in distinguishing between good and bad, and encourages them to share useful knowledge as recommended by Islam. The results of the service showed an increase in community awareness about the importance of knowledge in building a strong character and preventing social problems. Youth in Karangreja Village began to actively participate in faith-based activities, and showed more positive and productive behavioral changes. This program not only strengthens Islamic values, but also instills collective awareness of social responsibility in maintaining the morals of the younger generation. This effort is expected to contribute to creating a harmonious and religious community environment.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role as economic drivers in Indonesia, proven to be able to survive even in conditions of economic crisis. However, the MSME sector still faces major problems related to capital, especially in obtaining credit from banks with high interest rates and material collateral requirements that are difficult to meet. The development of various Islamic banking provides an opportunity to meet the needs of MSMEs, with a profit-sharing system that is different from conventional banking. This community service aims to provide understanding and increase the literacy of MSME actors regarding financing opportunities through Islamic banks. The service method applies socialization in the development of MSMEs by applying for financing at Islamic banks in Sukamukti Village. The results of the service show that MSME players can take advantage of the potential of Islamic banking to develop their business, increase better understanding of Islamic financing mechanisms, MSME players can overcome capital challenges and encourage economic growth.

Abstract

In implementing the tri dharma of higher education, namely community service in sharing knowledge that has been obtained at Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi. Against the background of the problem of lack of teacher variation in using learning models in classroom learning activities. Therefore, there is a need for additions and changes in learning styles or learning methods. One of them is with training in making quiz questions by utilizing technology such as using the Kahoot website application, it is hoped that teachers can understand and understand in operating the Kahoot website as an alternative in learning variations in the classroom. The purpose of this program is that teachers can use technology as a supporting medium in learning activities and become competent in facing the world of education today has entered the era of society 5.0. The output of this program is to make a positive contribution to teachers at SDN Karangmulya 01 Karangmulya Village regarding variations in learning models using quiz question forms through the Kahoot website application which can later be applied as variations in learning methods.

Abstract

Islamic religious education is an effort and method designed to help educators and students consistently understand correct moral knowledge. Apart from the scientific aspect, Islamic religious education is also considered a guide to human life. The results of problem analysis through observations and interviews regarding community service activities in Ridomanah Village, found that there was no teaching about Hadith. The community service program in this activity is about implementing Hadith memorization for TPQ children in Ridomanah Village with learning media in the form of hand puppets using a short story line method entitled "Don't Be Angry" which contains the Hadith saying good, the Hadith don't be angry, the Hadith the virtue of smiling. The aim of this research is to teach children about the importance of memorizing the Prophet's hadith, and develop their imagination through the use of hand puppets. The results of this community service activity are (1) Sharpening children's imagination from listening to short stories using hand puppets, (2) Increasing children's confidence in practicing stories using hand puppets, (3) Can increase knowledge about daily Hadith, and can memorize daily Hadith.
