Abstract

Nowadays the management of University headed to the system of management that colled Total Quality Management, or Integration Quality Management. Basicly the system of management is controller of all organization in university activity. Application of Total Quality Management, means all of the Committee Responsible of education quality. The university is not so different with the company organization, it also has “costumers” who are the user of the product. “Costumers” are “internal costumers” who are the subject of product process, and “eksternal costumers” who are the user of the product.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to dig deeper into the ability of students at Tawasalna Islamic High School in reading the Koran, the effectiveness of BTQ learning, the BTQ learning process on the ability to read Al-Quran surah Al-Baqarah. This study uses a case study method with a qualitative research approach, data sources are BTQ Teachers and Students, data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation, data analysis is by data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research on the ability of students at Tawasalna Islamic High School in reading the Koran from four students, three of whom are already able to read the Koran and one of them has not been able to read the Koran, 2) Learning Process by listening to the reading, repeating reading , and use the Asyarah method.

Abstract

The tight competition in today's business world requires every shop owner to be active in attracting and retaining customers. The problems that arise in the Mandiri Electronic Shop Kadubera are more directedat providing quality goods and setting the selling price. The problem formulations of this study are: 1. Is there an effect of product quality and price on consumer buying interest in the Kadubera electronic independent shop? 2. How much influence does product quality and price have on consumer buying interest in Kadubera electronic independent stores?. The objectives of this study are: 1. To find out whether there is an effect of product quality and price on consumer buying interest in kadubera electronic independent stores, 2. To find out how much influence product quality and price have on consumer buying interest in kadubera electronic independent stores. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach, This study concluded that the Fcount for the independent variables (Product Quality and Price) was 37.911 with a significant level of 0.000. While the Ftable value at α = 0.05 is 3.08, then the Product Quality and Price variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Purchase Interest (Y) at the Mandiri Elektronik Kadubera Store. Furthermore, the results of the coefficient of determination show that R2 is 41.3% independent variables (Product Quality and Price) explaining the dependent variable (Consumer Purchase Interest) and 58.7% influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

Abstract Abstract This research is intended to explore the concept of integration of science and religion as well as the idea of Islamization of science so that it becomes one of the basics for perfecting the design of Islamic Education in Indonesia. The relationship between religion and science is not always harmonious, as explained by Barbour, a scientist who researches and classifies the relationship between science and religion into four approaches, namely conflict, independence, dialogue and integration. All four are based on the premise that both science and religion recognize each other's cognitive claims in descriptions of the physical realm. The connection with the concept of integration is the idea of the Islamization of science considering that so far knowledge (science) has been viewed as neutral, universal and value-free. It is important to examine both of these problems in order to find their benefits for the development of Islamic Education as stated in the results of this study.

Abstract

This research is expected to provide stronger and more accurate evidence regarding the effectiveness of inquiry-based learning strategies in improving students' critical thinking skills. This research method uses correlation analysis to see the relationship between the independent variables, namely students' critical thinking and the dependent variable, namely student learning outcomes using the inquiry learning model in Islamic Religious Education courses. The population of this study were fifth semester students with a sample of 28 students at Darul Falah Islamic High School, West Bandung. Testing the requirements of the data analysis used consisted of a normality test and a linearity test with the hypothesis used, namely the correlation and regression tests. The results obtained in this study where there is a strong relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable because the Correlation Coefficient value is 0.775 and is found in the interval 0.60-0.79 while the significance value of the Correlation is 0.000 which means there is a correlation between students' critical thinking and student learning outcomes using the model Inquiry learning in Islamic Religious Education courses.

Abstract

Pengembangan Kurikulum ini mendeskripsikan secara terperinci tentang konsep pengembangan kurikulum PAI, yang dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pengembangannya. Kurikulum yang dikembangkan dapat digunakan sebagai pedoman untuk merancang, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi hasil kegiatan pembelajaran. Keberhasilan pengembangan kurikulum tidak terlepas dari peran guru sebagai pelaksana implementasi kurikulum, karena guru bukan saja sebagai pengajar, tapi dituntut mampu merencanakan pembelajaran dengan baik agar dapat tercipta proses belajar dan mengajar berjalan efektif dan efisien, sesuai dengan tujuan dalam pengembangan kurikulum. Terdapat tiga konsep tentang kurikulum, kurikulum sebagai substansi, sebagai sistem, dan sebagai bidang studi. Konsep pengembangan kurikulum dapat diklasifikasikan atas teori-teori yang lebih menekankan pada isi kurikulum, pada situasi pendidikan serta pada organisasi kurikulum. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang yang dapat mempengaruhi pengembangan kurikulum yakni Filosofis, Psikologis, Sosial budaya, Politik, Ilmu dan Teknologi (IPTEK). Terdapat 5 (lima) tahapan dalam mengembangkan kurikulum pendidikan agama Islam melalui pendekatan rekonstruksi sosial, yakni: tahap analisis, tahap desain, tahap implementasi, tahap evaluasi dan umpan balik

Abstract

Islamic education is not oriented to the formation and development of aspects of human knowledge, but also the formation and development of spiritual aspects based on Islamic values ​​so that the process of Islamic education can give birth to humans who have noble character. For this reason, in the context of theology, there must be a balance between dhikr (spiritual) and fikr (intellectual) in the process of Islamic education. For this reason, this paper is intended to analyze the integration of dhikr and think about its implications for Islamic education. This study uses a qualitative research approach using library research techniques. The results of this study indicate that humans who are able to meditate and contemplate will reach a level that is able to understand and appreciate the wisdom behind phenomena in the universe is a form of God's power. In order for this goal to be achieved, the balance between dhikr and fikr must be maintained. In maintaining a balance between fikr and dhikr, the material in Islamic education must contain elements of mind education, physical education and heart education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali dan membuktikan tentang profesionalisme guru Al-Qur’an yang mengajar di SDIT Al-Izzah Serang Banten. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis data dilakukan dengan menyusun data, mengorganisasikan dalam kategori, menjabarkan ke dalam unit-unit, melakukan sintesa, menyusun pola, memilih yang penting dan membuat simpulan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profesionalisme guru SDIT Al-Izzah Serang sudah baik dalam aspek penguasaan landasan ilmu pengetahuan kependidikan, penyusunan program pengajaran, pelaksanaan program pengajaran, penilaian hasil dan proses belajar mengajar, penyelenggaraan administrasi sekolah, layanan bimbingan dan konseling, persepsi terhadap diri sendiri, penilaian guru terhadap diri, keyakinan terhadap diri dan orang lain, kepribadian, kedisiplinan dan kesejahteraaan guru. Sementara itu, aspek kelemahan terletak pada guru yang tidak khusus, penguasaan bahan pengajaran dan kemampuan membaca dan menyampaikan baik aspek makharijul huruf, sifatul huruf dan keseragaman cara pengajaran

Abstract

The aim of the research is to explore Islamic spiritual activities in schools and to improve students' morals as a whole and gain a deeper understanding of the teachings of the Islamic religion and be able to implement them in everyday life. The research uses field research, namely data collection is carried out in the field, such as in the community environment, social institutions or organizations, and government institutions. The data collection technique is through observation, interviews and documentation. The results and discussions obtained from spiritual formation show that there are several values that are expected from the implementation of express Islamic boarding schools, namely: First, the instillation of moral values, faith and devotion as well as good morals. Second, applying the discipline of togetherness and developing creativity, directed at student independence. Third, develop social solidarity and social solidarity. Apart from that, efforts are also made to establish a friendly relationship between the instructor and the students.

Abstract

Abstrak: Sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan di Indonesia pernikahan baru dapat dilakukan pada saat calon pengantin minimal berusia 19 tahun, namun di masyarakat yang masih menikah di bawah umur, sehingga tidak legal secara aturan negara, sehingga muncul dispensasi nikah di pengadilan agama. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis penetapan permohonan dispensasi nikah di pengadilan agama Pandeglang Kelas 1B dari tahun 2020–2022, analisis tersebut untuk mengetahui latar belakang permohonan dispensasi nikah di Pengadilan Agama Pandeglang Kelas 1B dan untuk mengetahui pertimbangan hakim dalam mengabulkan penetapan dispensasi nikah di Pengadilan Agama Pandeglang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Kualitatif bersifat yuridis-empiris dengan pendekatan kasus (Case Approach). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu metode studi dokumen dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2020 terdapat 15 (lima belas) perkara, kemudian di tahun 2021 sebanyak 17 (tujuh belas) perkara, sedangkan penambahan kembali terjadi pada tahun 2022 sebanyak 21 perkara permohonan dispensasi kawin. Alhasil jika ditotalkan dari tahun 2020-2022 berjumlah 53 (lima puluh tiga). Banyaknya angka kenaikan tersebut dilatarbelakangi oleh berbagai macam faktor seperti faktor lingkungan, pendidikan, bahkan orang tua.
