Abstract

Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pengetahuan Riba terhadap perilaku hutang Piutang pada Masyarakat Desa Geredug. Kabupaten Pandeglang. untuk mengetahui hasul penelitian di atas maka masyarakat perlu memahami arti Riba dan Hutang Piutgan. Riba menurut bahasa Arab adalah Ziyadah yang artinya tambahan, dan secara istilah riba berarti tambahan pada harta yang disyaratkan dalam transaksi dari dua pelaku akad dalam tukar menukar antara harta dengan harta.[1] Hutang piutang dalam bahasa arab disebut sebagai Qard, Al-qard adalah akad yang dilakukan oleh dua orang bilamana diantara dari dua orang tersebut mengambil kepemilikan harta dari lainnya, kemudian ia harus mengembalikan harta tersebut senilai dengan apa yang diambilnya dahulu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka pengaruh pengetahuan masyarakat tentang riba terhadap perilaku utang piutang yaitu: Berdasarkan permasaan regresi sederhana, maka dengan Konstanta sebesar 17,016 artinya jika masyarakat tidak mempunyai pegetahuan riba (X), maka hutang piutang nilainya sebesar 17,016. Dari nilai Koefisien regresi sebesar 0,546, menunjukan bahwa hutang piutang (Y) memiliki hubungan positif dengan pengetahuan riba (X), artinya bahwa setiap kenaikan pengetahuan riba sebesar satu poin maka akan menyebabkan kenaikan perilaku hutang piutang sebesar 0,546. Abstract

Pesantren is an educational institution and social unit where students go to study. The goal of Islamic boarding schools is to produce a generation with noble morals and piety. Through character education, female students are shaped into individuals with noble morals, and Islamic boarding schools serve as a place for cultivating religious character among their students. This research aims to determine the extent to which Islamic boarding school religious and cultural values are internalized in shaping the character of female students. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The research results reveal that internalization has a significant impact in improving religious character, as demonstrated by an increase in: 1). Sincerity, 2). Simplicity, 3). Abstract

In this modern era, religious tolerance is very necessary to create a harmonious and peaceful nation amidst the religious diversity of Indonesian society. IRMA extracurricular is an Islamic spiritual organization in schools which is expected to be an effective means of instilling attitudes of religious tolerance in students. IRMA's extracurricular activities support religious extracurricular activities by providing education, coaching and developing the potential of Muslim students to become people of faith, devoted to Allah SWT. and have noble character. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of extracurricular activities of the Mosque Youth Association (IRMA) on students' religious tolerance attitudes. The research method used is a descriptive analysis method, and the research approach used is a qualitative approach. The results of the research show that the effectiveness of IRMA extracurricular activities has a quite good impact in fostering students' religious tolerance, this is shown by the attitudes: 1) Recognizing everyone's rights, 2) Respecting other people's beliefs, 3) Agreeing in dissent, 4) Understanding each other

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to analyze the implementation of religious programs and student morals at SMK Medina Bandung City. The implemented religious program is a school effort in shaping students' morals. This research uses a qualitative approach, the method in this research is descriptive analytic Data collection techniques use interviews, observation, and documentation, while data analysis uses descriptive analysis with three stages of analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: 1) the form of religious programs: recitation of asmaul husna, tadarus together, dhuha prayer, dzuhur prayer in congregation, tahsin and tahfidz Al-Qur'an. 2) in the implementation of religious programs, some are carried out every day, some are only twice a week. 3) Supporting factors: cooperation between teachers, school curriculum and support from Nahdliyin. Inhibiting factors: limited facilities and diverse family and social environments of students.4). the results can be seen from the emergence of an attitude of monotheism, fear of God, tawakal, refraining from forbidden things, trustworthiness or honesty.

Abstract

This study explores and discovers the relevance of the educational model introduced by KH Ahmad Dahlan in facing the Era of Society 5.0. The research method used is qualitative research with a literature analysis approach to understand the educational principles adopted by KH. Ahmad Dahlan. The results showed that the values of Islamic education instilled by KH Ahmad Dahlan such as honesty, justice, and integrity as well as social care have significant relevance in the Era of Society 5.0. Through a qualitative approach, it was found that the leadership model can positively contribute to the development of the character and competence of the younger generation in facing the challenges of digital transformation. Researchers found that the education taught by KH Ahmad Dahlan is inclusive education where all children from various groups have the right to education. The leadership model of Dr. KH Ahmad Dahlan is a prophetic leadership model in establishing the Muhammadiyah organization.

Abstract

This research aims to see the differences in the Discovery Learning learning model in the History of Islamic Culture subject carried out in three schools by classifying student learning outcomes based on gender. This research was carried out at SMPN 2 Parongpong, SMP Unggulan Al Amin, and SMP Roudlotul Ulum using a quantitative research approach with a sample of 35 students at SMPN 2 Parongpong, 36 students at SMP Unggulan Al Amin, and 33 students at SMP Roudlotul Ulum for a total of 104 students. This research instrument uses a test with testing requirements for data analysis used consisting of a normality test and a homogeneity test using Shapiro-Wilk with the help of SPSS version 26 software. In this study it can be concluded that the learning outcomes in the History of Islamic Culture material using the Discovery Learning learning model at SMPN 2 Parongpong, Al Amin Unggulan Middle School, and Roudlotul Ulum Middle School, there are significant differences in the students' school origins but there are no differences based on gender and interactions that occur between school origins and students' gender. So that for further research, learning can be carried out on Islamic Cultural History material which is reviewed based on student learning outcomes based on school origin and cognitive stage using Analysis of Variance testing to see the differences and interactions that occur using the Discovery Learning model.

Abstract

This research is motivated by productive zakat funds programmed by BAZNAS which have the aim of making the community more prosperous and also have a continuous income. Not in the form of funds given for temporary consumption needs, but the need to produce until finally mustahik becomes muzakki. Capital is given to be developed and become a source of livelihood. With this productive zakat, if managed properly and correctly, it will help the community's economy and also increase economic growth. The formulation of this research problem is: 1) Is there a change in mustahik income before and after receiving productive Zakat at Baznas Kota Serang Banten? 2) How is the effect of productive zakat on HDI in Baznas Kota Serang Banten? This research is a field research The type of research that the author uses is field research, namely research that seeks data directly to the field, In this study the numbers obtained from the questionnaire results were then processed into quantitative data using SPSS 22. Based on the research conducted, it can be explained that: 1) The researcher concluded that there was a change in the income received by the mustahiks before and after receiving productive zakat fund assistance. Previously, respondents were housewives (IRT) where they had no previous income. After receiving productive zakat funds, there is an increase in income generated. So it can be concluded that the rejection of H0 (there is no change in mustahik income before and after receiving zakat at Baznas Kota Serang Banten) and the acceptance of H1 (there is a change in mustahik income before and after receiving zakat at Baznas Kota Serang Banten). 2) Productive zakat has no influence on the Human Development Index (HDI), with a calculated t value of 0.891 with sig. t of 0.379 (p>0.05), so the decision accepts H0 and rejects H1. For this reason, it can be concluded that the productive Zakat variable has no effect on the Human Development Index (HDI) in Baznas Serang City Banten.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah bank Syar’íah menjalankan fungsinya dengan baik atau tidak dapat dilihat dari likuiditas bank atau seberapa besar bank tersebut menyalurkan pembiayaan dari dana pihak ketiga yang mereka himpun. Dalam menjalankan fungsinya, Bank syari’ah dapat memperhatikan keseimbangan antara besarnya dana yang dihimpun dengan dana yang disalurkan, karena jika terjadi ketidak seimbangan akan berpengaruh terhadap tingkat likuiditas bank tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakaan pendekatan kuantitatif, yaitu penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis data yang berbentuk numerik/angka. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan data-data yang berkaitan dengan topik penelitian dengan melihat atau menganalisis dokumen-dokumen yang berkaitan dengan masalah penelitian berupa laporan keuangan publikasi Bank Syariah Mandiri dan Statistik Perbankan Syariah yang diperoleh dari situs resmi Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Pembahsan dalam penelitian ini mencakup perkembangan dana pihak ketiga Bank Syariah Mandiri dari triwulan I 2013 sampai triwulan IV 2018 relatif meningkat setiap tahunnya. Nilai terendah yaitu sebesar Rp47.619.185 sedangkan nilai tetinggi mencapai Rp87.741.843. Sedangkan peningkatan DPK sebesar Rp87.741.843. Selanjutnya, perkembangan FDR Bank Syariah Mandiri pada periode 2013-2018 terpantau fluktuatif persentase tertinggi terjadi pada triwulan 1 tahun 2013 yaitu mencapai 95,61%, sedangkan jumlah persentase terendah terjadi pada triwulan 1 tahun 2018 yaitu sebesar 73,92% kemudian terjadi peningkatan pada triwulan berikutnya di tahun yang sama yaitu sebesar 75,47% (triwulan II), 79,08% (triwulan III).

Abstract

Pernikahan adalah ikatan jasmani dan rohani antara laki-laki dan perempuan menjadi pasangan suami istri, dimana tujuan antara keduanya yaitu membentuk rumah tangga yang bahagia dan kekal berdasarkan percaya satu sama lain dan percaya pada Tuhan. Pernikahan jarak jauh adalah situasi atau kondisi tertentu yang mengharuskan mereka tidak bisa hidup bersama dalam satu rumah, yaitu berada dengan jarak yang cukup jauh seperti antar pulau bahkan antar negara sehingga tidak mungkin untuk bertenu dalam waktu yang di harapkan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dampak negatif dan dampak positifnya dan dari masing-masing informan dapat mengatasinya sehingga dalam rumah tangga mereka dapat menciptakan keluarga yang harmonis dan tetap mengupayakan tujuan menjadi keluarga sakinah. Kata Kunci: Pernikahan, Sakinah, Hubungan jarak jauh. Abstract Marriage is a physical and spiritual bond between a man and a woman as a husband and wife, where the goal between the two is to form a happy and eternal home based on trust in each other and trust in God. Long distance marriage is a certain situation or condition that requires them not to be able to live together in the same house, that is, they are quite far away, such as between islands and even between countries, so that it is impossible to meet within the expected time. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation methods. it can be concluded that there are negative impacts and positive impacts and each informant can overcome them so that in their household they can create a harmonious family and continue to strive for the goal of becoming a sakinah family. Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether or not there is a difference between student learning outcomes using the inquiry model in Islamic Religion Education learning based on the origin of the student’s school towards the implementation of an independent curriculum in their school. This research was conducted at SMPN 1 Cisarua, SMPN 2 Parongpong, and SMPN 2 Ciampel with a quantitative research approach. This research method uses the survey method and Analysis of Variance test analysis with a sample of 33 students at SMPN 1 Cisarua, 35 students at SMPN 2 Parongpong, and 38 students at SMPN 2 Ciampel with a total of 106 students in inferential statistical analysis. In this study, it was found that there were differences between student learning outcomes in Islamic Religion Education using the inquiry learning model at SMPN 1 Cisarua, SMPN 2 Parongpong, and SMPN 2 Ciampel. The differences that occur among the three schools occur in SMPN 1 Cisarua with SMPN 2 Parongpong and SMPN 2 Parongpong with SMPN 2 Ciampel. Meanwhile, SMPN 1 Cisarua and SMPN 2 Ciampel have no difference. Thus, further research is expected that can be done by testing the Analysis of Variance to see the differences and interactions that occur between student learning outcomes based on school origin and gender.
