Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Penggunaan Metode Jigsaw dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Fiqih di Madrasah Aliyah Daarul Muhajirin Kota Bogor. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dirancang dalam dua siklus. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu lembar observasi kegiatan guru dan siswa, dan lembar tes. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan alisis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dari pra siklus, siklus I ke siklus II, dimana terlihat dari hasil tes belajar yaitu dari 30 orang siswa pada pra siklus yang tuntas hanya 13 orang siswa dengan persentase ketuntasan 43% dan belum memenuhi ketuntasan klasikal, pada siklus I sebanyak 23 orang siswa dengan persentase 76% dan pada siklus II sebanyak 27 orang siswa dengan persentase ketuntasan 90%, ini menunjukan terjadi peningkatan dari pra siklus ke siklus I dan siklus II, serta telah memenuhi ketuntasan klasikal, jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode Jigsaw dapat meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa di Madrasah Aliyah Daarul Muhajirin Kota Bogor

Abstract

Metode belajar dan motivasi belajar merupakan dua faktor penting yang mempengaruhi efektivitas belajar siswa. Metode belajar yang tepat dapat membantu siswa memahami materi dengan lebih baik, sedangkan motivasi belajar yang kuat dapat meningkatkan semangat dan ketekunan siswa dalam belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meningkatan motivasi belajar siswa melalui penerapan metode snowball Throwing pada mata pelajaran PAI dikelas X-DBP 3 SMK Bina Profesi Bogor. Penelitan ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Pengumpulan data dengan observasi, tes, angket, dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan metode Snowball Throwing dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar PAI di dikelas X-DBP 3 SMK Bina Profesi Bogor. Berdasarkan penelitian ini maka proses pembelajaran dikelas dengan menggunakan metode Snowball Throwing dapat membantu siswa aktif dan kreatif saat pembelajaran serta meningkatkan motivasi dalam belajar.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the implementation of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) Cooperative Learning model improves students' learning motivation in the Islamic Cultural History subject at MA Darut Taqwa. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the implementation of the TGT learning model is able to create an active, competitive, and enjoyable learning atmosphere. Students are more motivated to participate in learning, show increased enthusiasm, and are able to work well in teams. Therefore, this model is recommended as an alternative strategy in improving students' learning motivation, especially in IS subjects.

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data analysis was conducted through qualitative descriptive methods. The results of the study indicate that mature leadership strategy planning, implementation with a participatory approach, and strict supervision can improve teacher performance and discipline. Programs that have been implemented, such as supervision, development of lesson plans, MGMP, IT deepening, fingerprint attendance, strengthening character education, and providing rewards and sanctions, have succeeded in creating a better and more conducive educational environment. The supporting factors for improving performance and discipline include visionary leadership, effective communication, resource support, collaborative work culture, consistent rule enforcement, and reward systems. Meanwhile, obstacles faced include lack of resources, minimal training, resistance to change, less supportive organizational culture, and administrative problems. Efforts to overcome these obstacles include increasing resources, developing continuous training, effective change management, improving organizational culture, and administrative reform.

Abstract

Pendidikan akhlakul karimah di sekolah menjadi sangat penting untuk membentuk karakter siswa. Fokus penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh pembelajaran akhlak, kompetensi guru, dan pendampingan motivatif terhadap perilaku siswa. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel bebas memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku siswa. Pembelajaran akhlak (X1) menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dan t hitung 14,624; kompetensi guru (X2) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,004 dan t hitung 3,011; serta pendampingan motivatif (X3) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 dan t hitung 5,536. Seluruh nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05 dan t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (1,995), menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis pertama, kedua, dan ketiga diterima. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran akhlak, kompetensi guru, dan pendampingan motivatif secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku siswa. Ketiganya menjadi faktor penting dalam membentuk karakter dan perilaku siswa di tengah tantangan era modern. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi kontribusi bagi pengembangan pendidikan akhlak di sekolah serta referensi dalam peningkatan kompetensi guru dan strategi pendampingan yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

Budaya panjang mulud adalah sebuah tradisi yang ada di provinsi banten, di kota serang. panjang mulud biasanya di laksanakan dalam rangka tasyakuran hari kelahiran kanjenhg nabi muhammad SAW.yang di sebut juga maulidan, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganggap bagaimana panjang mulud yang ada di provinsi bannten ini umtuk menarik wisata perkotaan yang berbasis masyarakat di kota serang. metode penelitian yang kami gunakan berbentuk kualitatif. pengumpulan data primernya dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan wawan cara secara mendalam. selain itu juga di lakukan studi kepustakaan. teknik analisis datanya menggunakan model interaktif. terdapat tiga alur kegiatan, yang pertama mengkondensasi data, kedua, menyajikan data, ketiga, menarik kesimpulan dan verifikasi. dari hasil penelitian menunjukan tradisi panjang mulud sudah menjadi daya tarik wisata budaya di kota serang. panjang mulud merupakam bagian dari atraksi wisata perkotaan berbasis masyarakat. tradisi masih berupa event lokalan belum mampu menarik lebih wisatawan. sedangkan panjang mulud bisa lebih menarik bila di suguhkan lewat suatu event budaya yang lebih terintergrasi dan menarik dengan melalui sebuah festival panjang mulud. sebagai salah satu cara pelastarian budaya, keagamaan, sosial dan gotong royong, pemerintah kota serang sudah mendukung panjang mulud, dalam bentuk kegiatan tahunan berupa pawai panjang mulud seluruh masyarakat menuju alun-alun kota serang.

Abstract

The results of the study indicate that the madrasah principal plays a strategic role as a mentor, motivator, manager, supervisor, and evaluator. In implementing these strategies, the madrasah principal applies various strategies such as individual coaching, providing ongoing motivation, implementing work discipline, professional training, and providing awards to high-performing teachers. Supporting factors in improving teacher performance include strong leadership, adequate facilities, ongoing training programs, and a fair and transparent reward system. Inhibiting factors include limited resources, disciplinary challenges, lack of relevant training, and fluctuations in teacher motivation. Theoretically, these findings support and strengthen transformational leadership theory, motivation theory, human resource management theory, and teacher professional development theory. The practical implications of this study indicate the need for an integrated strategy in teacher development through training, rewards, discipline management, and effective communication. This research contributes to improving the quality of education and developing managerial policies in the madrasah environment.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze (1) the moral development of Islamic boarding school students, (2) the role of Islamic da'wah character in the lives of Islamic boarding school students, and (3) the process of building character education. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study approach. The results of the study indicate that moral development in Islamic boarding schools is carried out through the example of the caretakers and ustaz, the habituation of daily worship, scheduled religious activities, and the strengthening of moral values through social interaction and intensive supervision. The role of Islamic da'wah character is evident in the behavior of Islamic boarding school students who actively preach through oral, written, and exemplary attitudes, both in the internal and external environments of the Islamic boarding school. The character education process is built through an integrated curriculum, the instillation of spiritual and social values, and the strengthening of discipline and responsibility in daily life. This study provides theoretical implications in the development of an Islamic boarding school-based character development model, as well as practical implications for Islamic educational institutions in designing holistic strategies for developing Islamic boarding school character development. This study has limitations in the scope of a single location and does not include the perspective of alumni in assessing the long-term success of Islamic boarding school character programs.

Abstract

The results of this research BP4 KUA Kecamatan Trawas Trawas emphasized the importance of religious values, responsibility, and social support in building a harmonious family. Meanwhile, Quraish Shihab offers a more philosophical and spiritual outlook, focusing on love, the balance between this world and the afterlife, as well as the importance of psychological and emotional aspects in family relationships. Both have the same goal, which is to create a harmonious and affectionate family.However, BP4 KUA Kecamatan Trawas Trawas is more practical and structural in its approach, while Quraish Shihab emphasizes more spiritual and philosophical aspects. Although their approaches are different, they complement each other in providing guidance towards the sakinah family. The advantage of BP4 KUA Kecamatan Trawas Trawas lies in its practical and structured guidelines that are easy to apply, but may be less flexible and do not emphasize the psychological aspect enough. In contrast, Quraish Shihab offers deep spiritual insights, but his approach can be perceived as too abstract and lacks practical guidance. These two approaches, despite their weaknesses, can complement each other to achieve the goal of a balanced and harmonious sakinah family.
