Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work life balance on employee performance at the Gowa Regency Education Office. The type of research used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Gowa Regency Education Office. The sample used in this research was 63 respondents taken using saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is simple linear regression analysis and t test (partial test) which is processed using statistical calculations through the Statistical for the Social Science (SPSS) application version 26. The results of this study show that Work Life Balance has a positive effect and significant impact on Employee Performance at the Gowa Regency Education Office as evidenced by the Work Life Balance (X) regression coefficient value of 0.789 and the calculated t value of 9.785 > t table 0.678 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of competency on the performance of PT employees. Bank Mandiri Micro Banking Cluster Makassar 3. Samples were taken from PT. Bank Mandiri Micro Banking Cluster Makassar 3 had 48 respondents. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data obtained from distributed questionnaires and is related to the problem being studied. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The research instrument uses a Likert scale. Data analysis using applications Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 23. Based on the research results, it is stated that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri Micro Banking Cluster Makassar 3.

Abstract

This research is a type of quantitative research with the aim of knowing and analyzing "The Influence of Attitudes and Work Abilities on Service Quality at the Legal Metrology UPTD of the Gowa Regency Trade and Industry Service". The population in this study is the owners of UTTP equipment (measuring, measuring, weighing, and equipment) who are required to re-calibrate. The total population was 635 UTTP equipment owners using the Slovin formula to determine the sample size, namely 86 respondents. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data obtained from published questionnaires and is related to the problem being studied. Data collection was carried out by observation and distribution of questionnaires. In this research, the data sources used in data collection include primary data and secondary data. The research instrument used in this research was the Likert Scale method. Based on the results of research using statistical calculations through the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 27 application regarding the influence of attitudes and work abilities on service quality at the legal metrology uptd of the Gowa district trade and industry service, it can be stated that attitude has a positive but not significant effect on the quality of service at the Legal Metrology UPTD of the Trade and Industry Service of Gowa Regency with a Tcount<Ttable value of 1.351<1.989 so it can be concluded that the hypothesis is rejected. Meanwhile, the ability has a positive and significant effect on the quality of service at the Legal Metrology UPTD of the Trade and Industry Service of Gowa Regency with a Tcount>Ttable value of 9.338>1.989 so it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

This sample was taken from the Mallawa sub-district office of Maros Regency. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires that are shared and relate to the problem under study. Data collection is carried out by observation and distribution of questionnaires. In this study, the data sources used in data collection include primary data and secondary data. The research instrument used in this study used the Likert scale method. Based on the results of data research using statistical calculations through the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 29 application regarding the influence of education level and work environment on the performance of Mallawa Subdistrict office employees of Maros Regency which has been discussed from the previous chapter, the author draws an important conclusion, namely the level of education and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance..

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Online Presence on Employee Discipline Intensity at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Daya Makassar Branch. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Daya Makassar Branch has 35 employees. The type of research is descriptive quantitative. The data sources used are primary data sources, namely information originating from observations and questionnaires. Meanwhile, secondary data sources are data sources obtained from documentation or literature study. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis using statistical calculations by Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 24 application.The results of the research show that Online Presence (X) has a positive and significant effect on employee discipline intensity (Y) seen from the results of the calculated t value > t table (4,163 > 1.690) and the significant value 0.00 ˂ 0.05

Barru Branch Office which has discussed in chapter before , then writer interesting A conclusion important that is quality life work and burden Work influential positive and significant to performance employee proven with efficient regression quality life work (X 1 ) of 0.300 and load work (X 2 ) of 0.510 and value t count (X 1 ) is 2.020 > t table 2.00 with mark significance 0.047 <0.05 whereas mark t count (X 2 ) is 3,862 > t table 2.00 with mark significance 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of fostering independence and moral development on increasing the capacity building of residents assisted by the Bulukumba Class IIA Correctional Institution. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires distributed and related to the problem studied. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation and distributing questionnaires. In this research, the data sources used in data collection include primary data and secondary data. The research instrument used in this research used the Likert scale method. Based on the results of data research using statistical calculations through the Statistical for the Social Science (SPSS) version 21 application regarding the influence of fostering independence and moral development on increasing the capacity building of residents assisted by the Bulukumba Class IIA Penitentiary. which has been discussed in the previous chapter, the author draws a conclusion, namely that the development of independence and the development of morals have a positive and significant effect on increasing the capacity building of the inmates of the Bulukumba Class IIA Penitentiary as evidenced by the regression coefficient for the development of independence of 0.212 and a thiung value of 4.965 > ttable 1.990 with significance value 0.000 <0.05. Meanwhile, the regression coefficient for moral development is 0.354 and the thiung value is 11,210 > ttable 1.990 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 .

Abstract

HR development is not just about recruitment and training, but also involves career management, performance management, rewards, and inter-employee relations. Organizations that successfully build an inclusive culture and focus on employee development will create an environment where every individual feels valued and has opportunities to grow.The main objective of this study is to analyze the effect of employee selection on work productivity in the hotel industry. By analyzing the factors that influence employee selection as well as their impact on productivity, this research is expected to provide useful insights for HR practitioners in improving employee selection and management strategies. In addition, this research is also expected to contribute to the development of HR management theory. The population in this study was employees of the Reyhan Square Hotel which amounted to 40 people. The population used was also a sample in this study. Where the sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Saturated sampling is a sampling technique when all members of a population are used as samples. The method used in this study is quantitative, quantitative data that focuses on measuring and analyzing statistical number-based data. By using a survey method approach to find the cause and effect. The conclusion of this study, Variable X, namely Selection, has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of Reyhan Square Hotel with a Selection coefficient (X) value of 0.437 and a calculated t value of 2,824 t table 2,024 with a significant value of 0.008 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of human resource competency on the performance of Makassar City Tourism Department employees. The population of this study was 101 employees and the sample was 50 employees at the Makassar City Tourism Office. The sample data collection technique uses the Slovin formula. The type of data used is quantitative data. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires, observation and documentation. In this research, the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The instrument in this research uses the Likert scale method and statistical calculations using the Statistical for the Social Science (SPSS) version 26 application. Based on the research results, it shows that there is a positive and significant influence of Human Resource Competency on the Performance of Makassar City Tourism Office Employees. This was proven by a simple regression analysis test which obtained the results of the human resource competency t test with tcount = 3.091 > ttable = 2.010. In addition, it was found that the significant value of human resource competency on employee performance was 0.003 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that H1 is accepted.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation and discipline on employee performance at the Makassar City Education Office. This research uses a quantitative type of research, where the sample in this research is employees who work in the Education office. Based on the results of the t-test, it can be concluded that motivation variables have a positive influence on employee performance. This finding was revealed through a comparison between tcount and ttable (3.123 > 1.674) and a significance value of 0.003 < 0.05. Therefore, it can be stated that motivation (X1) has a positive influence on employee performance. Based on the t-test analysis, it is concluded that the work discipline variable has a positive influence on employee performance. This image initer fact is based on a comparison of tcount which is higher than ttable (7.946> 1.674) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Therefore, it can be agreed that work discipline (X2) has a positive impact on employee performance. The results of this research show that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that due to work motivation, employees at the Makassar City Education Office are motivated to work because there is a need in life that must be met. The results of this research show that discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This can be interpreted that the higher the employee's work discipline which includes the employee's presence on time, working at the time specified according to the work schedule, the employee's performance level will increase.
