Abstract

This research aims to analyze the potential and challenges in developing the tourist attraction of Singosari Temple in Malang, with a focus on historical, cultural and environmental aspects. Through a qualitative approach and case studies, this research identifies factors that influence tourist attractions, such as accessibility, supporting facilities, and preservation of cultural sites. The research results show that to optimize tourism potential, infrastructure improvements, wider promotion and active participation of local communities are needed in the management and preservation of temples. In addition, diversifying tourism products involving educational and cultural activities can enrich tourist experiences and increase visits. Developing educational tourism activities such as historical tours and cultural performances can add value to tourist attractions. The sustainable development strategy is expected to support the preservation of Singosari Temple and have a positive impact on the local economy and the preservation of Indonesia's cultural heritage.

Abstract

This research article explores the application of Islamic business ethics in production practices in Indonesia, a country with a majority Muslim population. Utilizing qualitative research methods, and data collection methods used include journals, books and articles discussing Islamic economic business ethics. After the data sources have been collected, the author will analyze them and then make conclusions about the research. The main goal of this research is to identify how these ethical guidelines influence production processes, increase social responsibility, and encourage sustainable practices. These findings reveal that adherence to Islamic business ethics not only fosters financial success but also makes a positive contribution to the welfare and desirability of environmental society. Key principles such as honesty, justice and social responsibility are understood as important components that encourage producers to create halal and high-quality products. Furthermore, the research underlines the relevance of this ethical framework in addressing contemporary challenges in the global market, thereby reinforcing the importance of ethical considerations in production activities in Indonesia.

Abstract

Effectiveness of Credit File Archiving Using BRImen at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kuanino Kupang Unit. The purpose of this study was to determine how credit file archiving uses BRImen at BRI Kuanino Kupang Unit. The type of research used in writing this paper is qualitative with a descriptive approach that explains about credit file archiving using BRImen. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data, primary data in the form of history, organizational structure, main tasks and authorities and credit file archiving procedures at BRI Kuanino Unit. While secondary data in the form of explanations quoted from books or the internet. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, documentation and interviews. Data collection techniques by observation, namely by conducting direct observations on how credit file archiving uses BRImen, data collection techniques by documentation, namely taking credit file archiving data using BRImen on Microsoft Excel and the BRImen register, and data collection techniques by interview, namely interviewing BRImen officers (Customer Service) regarding the file archiving procedure using BRImen at BRI Unit Kuanino Kupang. The results of this study indicate that credit file archiving using BRImen at BRI Unit Kuanino Kupang is quite effective because it meets several indicators of effectiveness, namely regarding the provision of facilities and infrastructure, effectiveness of program objectives, individual effectiveness in implementing program policies, effectiveness of work units in implementing program policies, efficiency of program operations, and clarity of program objectives. The results of this study are expected to help companies in increasing the effectiveness of credit file archiving using BRImen at BRI Unit Kuanino Kupang.

Abstract

This research explores product innovation carried out by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the era of social media. Social media has become a very important tool in expanding markets, strengthening brands, and supporting the innovation process of MSMEs. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach to analyze the role of social media in supporting the development of MSMEs. The research results show that digital literacy, cross-sector collaboration, and the use of data and social media analysis are key factors in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs. The main recommendations include strengthening the digital capabilities of MSMEs, developing an innovation ecosystem, and optimizing digital marketing strategies for business sustainability.

Abstract

Business development among young people is a growing phenomenon, especially in the creative industry and technology sectors. This research aims to explore the factors that affect the development of young people's businesses, the challenges they face, and the strategies used to overcome these obstacles. The research method used is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and participatory observation of 10 young entrepreneurs in Sumbawa. The results of the study show that personal motivation, such as love for the field and the desire to contribute to social change, is the main driver of young entrepreneurs to start a business. However, the biggest challenges faced are limited capital, lack of managerial skills, and difficulties in managing market risks. Digital technology is a major factor in overcoming these challenges, especially in terms of marketing and market reach. In addition, the role of mentors and entrepreneurial communities proves to be crucial for providing practical support and expanding networks. This research suggests the need to increase access to financing, more applicable entrepreneurship training, and more supportive government policies to create a conducive entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of families in supporting young entrepreneurs, which is often a determining factor in the success or failure of their business. Families can provide various forms of support, such as financial, emotional, knowledge, skills, and access to social networks that can accelerate business development. Using a qualitative research approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews with 8 young entrepreneurs in various business sectors in Sumbawa. The results of the study show that family support, both in the form of initial capital, knowledge guidance, and emotional motivation, has a significant role in increasing the confidence and resilience of young entrepreneurs. Nonetheless, some young entrepreneurs face challenges in convincing families who have a conservative view of entrepreneurship. This study indicates that the family is not only a provider of resources, but also as a psychological factor that can affect the success of young people's businesses. Therefore, the role of the family in young people's entrepreneurship needs to be strengthened through increased understanding and better support from the family.

Abstract

The article discusses the role and strategies of the Central Bank and the Government in maintaining financial system stability, which is crucial for the effective functioning of market economies. A stable financial system is essential for rational decision-making regarding resource allocation and enhancing the investment climate. Historical experiences, particularly Indonesia's financial crisis in 1998 and the global financial crisis in 2008, highlight the high costs associated with financial instability and the importance of implementing both microprudential and macroprudential policies to prevent such crises. The Central Bank of Indonesia (Bank Indonesia) plays a vital role in this regard by regulating monetary policy, overseeing financial institutions, and ensuring a robust payment system. It employs various indicators to measure financial stability, including capital adequacy ratios and economic growth metrics. The article emphasizes that stability in the financial system not only fosters investor confidence but also supports efficient financial intermediation, ultimately contributing to sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of Islamic economic philosophy values in economic decision-making in Indonesia. Islamic economic philosophy, based on the teachings of the Qur’an and Hadith, emphasizes principles of justice, balance, and public welfare. Using a qualitative approach, this research gathers data through in-depth interviews with practitioners, entrepreneurs, and academics involved in Islamic economics. The findings reveal that values such as justice in wealth distribution, prohibition of usury (riba), and the importance of meeting societal needs serve as key guidelines in economic decision-making. Moreover, the application of concepts like zakat, charity (sedekah), and transparent transactions are also essential factors in ensuring a fair and sustainable economic system. The study also identifies challenges in implementing these values, such as low public awareness and lack of adequate supporting infrastructure. However, there is significant potential to integrate these Islamic economic values into modern economic practices to create a more humane and just economic system. Therefore, strengthening education and understanding of Islamic economics is crucial to support better economic decision-making.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of marketing strategies to the number of savings at PT. Bank Sumut Syariah Sub-Branch Office Marelan Raya, knowing the SWOT analysis in the application of marketing strategies to the number of savings, and knowing opportunities and challenges to the amount of savings at PT. Bank Sumut Sharia Sub-Branch Office of Marelanfood. Research is a qualitative type of research, the method of this research arises because there is a change in paradigm in viewing a reality or phenomenon. The data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. For data analysis techniques use data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawings, while triangulation is triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy of savings products in increasing the number of savings at PT. Bank Sumut Syariah KCP Marelan Raya is done with a 7P marketing mix, namely Product (product) Place (place), Price (price), Promotion (promotion), People (people), process (process), and physical evidence (physical evidence The challenge of marketing strategies is the lack of knowledge from the public about what products are offered at PT. Bank Sumut Sharia Parield Assistant Branch Office and its opportunities namely PT. Bank Sumut Syariah KCP Marelan Raya further increases socialization so that the public knows the product of PT. Bank Sumut Sharia Sub-Branch Office of Marelanfood.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of marketing communications and trust on people's interest in using smart Ib savings at Bank Sumut Syariah Kcp Marelan Raya. The research methodology used is quantitative research using a sampling technique using a saturated sample with a total of 100 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire processed using SPSS version 26 for Windows. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. Based on partial research results, the marketing communication variable has a positive and significant effect on people's interest in using Smart Ib savings with a calculated t value of 20,037 > 1.984 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, and trust does not have a positive and significant effect on people's interest in using Smart Ib savings with a value of t count is 0.643 < 1.984 and the significant value is 0.522 > 0.05. And simultaneously it shows that the marketing communication and trust variables have a significant and positive effect on people's interest in using Smart Ib savings with a calculated f value of 205,431 > f table 2.70 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05
