Abstract

The research aimed to determine the role of community microeconomic programs in local enterprise community in Rempung with qualitative research approach. The finding shows that the implementation of microeconomic programs channelled through the program of local enterprise community reflected in three pillars. First, KUM activities function as a forum that provides capital loans to local communities. Second, the KUM program is a place of learning to get training and coaching in the developed business units. Third, KUM activities as a forum to develop business partnerships. The significant impact of the independent business group (KUM) program launched by the government can (a) create job opportunities for the community, (b) develop their potential and (c) foster an entrepreneurial spirit.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effects of self-development factor (X1), family background factor (X2), and income factor (X3) partially and simultaneously on women entrepreneurship in East Lombok. Employing a descriptive quantitative, data are categorized into primary and secondary data. Population in this research is business woman in East Lombok with data sample as many as 100 people. The data were analyzed by using double linear regression t-test (partial), and f-test (simultaneous) with the regression formula MWB= 13.760 + 0,008 PD + 0,056 KLG + 0,188 PND. The result shows that the self-development variable with significant degree is as many as 0,024, significant family background as many as 0,030 and significant income as many as 0,035. Thus, it can be concluded that income affects women’s motivation of entrepreneurship in Selong District, East Lombok, since the significance value is < 0,05. The degree of F significance is 0,044 with probability 0,05, thus, it is proven that self-development variable, family background variable, and income variable affect the motivation of entrepreneurship (Y). The variable of self-development, family background, and income affect women’s motivation in entrepreneurship in Selong District as many as 56,7 %, while 58% of them are influenced by other factors beyond this research.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and find out how the trend of halal tourism in the West Nusa Tenggara region and its impact on conventional tourism is investigated. The results of this study show first, the trend of halal tourism in terms of opportunities and challenges, the opportunity for halal tourism in West Nusa Tenggara is very large seeing the intensity of visits every year is so high, especially middle eastern tourists. This is a business investment opportunity for the country's economic income. However, regulations on aspects of halal certification for accommodation and tourism products such as hotels, restaurants and cafes are still an obstacle in the development of halal tourism. Secondly, the presence of halal tourism does not necessarily change and shift pre-existing conventional tourism, but halal tourism is present as a complement and supporter in the expansion of services and facilities to tourists who visit both in terms of accommodation and all the needs of tourists in general.

Abstract

This research aims to elaborate the use of special allocation funds to welcome the acceleration of tourism development through empowerment activities and tourism skills training in Central Lombok district. This research adopts a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collected from primary and secondary sources such as the tourism office as the organizer and training participants as program beneficiaries are processed descriptively based on the participants' narratives. Documents in the form of photos and activity reports also become skunder data to be processed to support primary data. The results showed that the Special Allocation Fund (DAK) allocated by the central order for the development of the tourism industry in Central Lombok district to develop non-physical infrastructure was used for the needs of increasing human resources through various programs that have been successfully implemented. The government collaborates with communities who have high motivation for the development of pariwisaata in Central Lombok. Programs that have been successfully implemented; digitalization, security and safety in tourist destinations, training of tour guides (artificial, cultural and natural), training on tourism village management and training on improving innovation and hygiene of culinary dishes. The empowerment program was initiated to increase the capacity and capability of trained and certified tourism personnel. The acceleration of increasing the capacity of tourism resources in the future can be spread evenly to tourism villages and the time is longer so that the effectiveness of training can be absorbed properly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine public perceptions or opinions related to the development of ocean blue companies. This research was conducted in Pemongkong Village, Jerowaru District, East Lombok Regency starting from January 7 to April 7, 2012. Based on the results of research and the results of data analysis that has been carried out, various perceptions are obtained from the community but still focus on one problem that is important and important and does not go out of the corridor that has been determined. Data collection techniques use frequency distribution techniques, the method used is data processing, data processing is adjusted to the needs of the analysis being done. The analytical techniques used by researchers in this study are descriptive quantitative data analysis techniques and data sources through primary data, namely data obtained from respondents through direct interviews guided by questionnaires (lists of questions) and using secondary data in the form of archives, documents or other written evidence obtained by researchers from Pemongkong Village directly. The results of this study can show the characteristics of respondents who became respondents in this study were the people of Pemongkong Village, Jerowaru District, East Lombok Regency who then obtained samples from this study as many as 38 people.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the price, location, and facilities jointly affect the decision of tourists in visiting the tourist attraction Park Pusuk Sembalun. This type of research is quantitative research with descriptive correlation method. The sample in this study were 40 samples in the tourist attraction of Puskesmas Sembalun Park in Sembalun Bumbung Village, Sembalun Subdistrict. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are test instruments (validity and reliability), multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing. From the results of simultaneous testing shows the variables of factors that influence the visiting of tourists (price, location and facilities) together have a significant influence on the decision of tourists in visiting the tourist attraction park pusuk sembalun. This is evidenced by the acquisition of a calculated F value of 10.345 with a significant level of 0,000 while the degree of freedom value is 3 and 36, so that in F table the value is 2.87. Thus the F value counts 10.345 ˃ F table value (significant). While the partial testing of the price variable has an influence on tourist visiting decisions as much as 0.493 with a t-count of 0.05 and a significant level of 0.002. while location variables and facilities do not have a significant effect. This is evidenced by the value of the location variable of 0.143 with a t-count of 0.05 and a significant level of 0.357 and a variable value of 0.242 with a t-count of 0.05 and a significant level of 0.067.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the distribution of tourism potential and comprehensively examine how the potential of bual tourism is explained based on its strengths and weaknesses. Case studies are research accommodated with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data is collected from reliable sources of information; People who know how aik bual tourism is formed and operates. The informants are village governments, youth representatives, and aik bual tourism activists. All collected data is then analyzed using the SWOT approach to be presented as the final result of the research report. The results showed that aik bual tourism is rich in natural and cultural resources. This power can be an advantage when maximally managed. Limited human resources who understand tourism literacy are important research findings. Therefore, solutive efforts are needed to anticipate these problems, for example through continuous training both by the government and initiated by the community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the effect of management capabilities and marketing strategies on business success. This type of research is quantitative. This research was conducted in the village of voluntary and the village of Rembitan, Central Lombok district, which became the subject of this study. The sample in this study was 300 respondents who are woven cloth entrepreneurs. The data collection technique is done using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that: (1) management ability has a positive and significant effect on the success of the songket woven fabric business by 37.3% with a significance value (p) <0.05. (2) Marketing strategy has a positive and significant effect on business success by 38.7% with a significance value (p) <0.05

Abstract

This study aims to find out the positive effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment on outsourcing employees of commercial banks and to find out external locus of control in strengthening job satisfaction on organizational commitment on outsourcing employees of commercial banks. This type of data uses primary data. The data obtained directly from respondents who are the object of research, consisting of employees of commercial bank outsourcing in NTB province. The sample are 186 respondents from 23 commercial banks in NTB province. The results of this study show that job satisfaction is positively correlated with organizational commitment variables. A positive correlation means that the more outsourcing employees are satisfied with the job, the more committed they will be to the company where they work.

Abstract

Green practices are very important for restaurants to do to reduce the impact of damage to the environment, but it is very unfortunate that Kokomo Resort has not fully implemented green practices for the benefit of environmental sustainability. There are also pros and cons regarding the importance of implementing green practices at Kokomo Resort which can be seen from the results of preliminary interviews conducted by the author. The location of this research was conducted at Kokomo Resort, located in Gili Indah Village, Gili Trawangan, Lombok. This research was conducted for 6 months, from January 2023 to June 2023. The object of this research is the implementation of green action and green food in increasing income at Kokomo Resort. The population in this study were Kokomo Resort managers and their staff, totaling 5 people. The sampling technique in this study used a total sampling technique, meaning that all members of the population are samples. The implementation of green practices at Kokomo Resort as a whole is quite good, with an average percentage of green action variables of 80%, green food of 82%, and green donation of 83%, all of which fall into the good category.
