Abstract

This type of research is quantitative research with survey methods, a cross sectional approach, and an explanatory research level. Data was obtained by respondents by filling out questionnaires using closed questionnaire techniques. With five dimensions of service quality as independent variables and patient satisfaction as the dependent variable. The population in this study were outpatients at RSAU Lanud Sulaiman, Bandung. The sample used was 94 people. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis which includes: multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The research results show that service quality in terms of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy dimensions together (simultaneous) have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction . The multiple linear regression equation shows the variable relationship pattern.  The partial analysis results show that the variable reliability with P value of 0.00<0.05, responsiveness with  P value of 0.027<0.05, assurance with  P value of 0.000<0.05 and empathy with  P value of 0.000<0.05 which shows positive and significant influence on patient satisfaction, however tangible variables have a positive but not significant influence on patient satisfaction, as indicated by the P value 0.324>0.05. The results of the Standardized Coefficient Beta test show that the variable that has the most dominant influence on patient satisfaction is the empathy variable with  β value of 0.691. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination test shows that service quality influences patient satisfaction by 87.6%, and the remainder is influenced by other factors not studied.

Abstract

The growing interest in tourism opens up opportunities for developing tourism as a recreational industry and an economic circulation opportunity. The Kaldera Toba Nomadic Escape, a tourism destination development initiative by Indonesian government, is envisioned as a world-class recreational industry combining natural attractions, Batak culture, and artificial features. This study delves into the intention to revisit and the components influencing tourists' interest. The research uses SMART PLS to analyze survey data collected from tourists. The findings indicate the attraction component is the main reason tourists return. Although accessibility and amenities are essential, they do not receive much attention from tourists and must focus more on needs, changing trends, and tourist demands.

Abstract

The Muhammadiyah Amil Zakat Organization (LAZISMU) stands as a beacon among Indonesia's official zakat bodies, dedicated to the noble task of gathering and disbursing zakat, infaq, and sadaqah (ZIS) from the generous hearts of the community. Within its halls, LAZISMU employees are the artisans shaping the destiny of their organization, tasked not only with collecting funds but also with igniting flames of hope through empowerment initiatives, thereby kindling the welfare of society. In the verdant landscapes of East Java, a study unfolds, seeking to unravel the intricate dance between compensation, work discipline, and the performance of LAZISMU employees. Surveying fifty dedicated souls, the study's findings unveil intriguing truths. Compensation, it seems, holds no sway over the performance of these diligent stewards of charity. Yet, amidst this revelation, a beacon of hope emerges: the torchbearer of work discipline. Here lies the key, for as discipline tightens its grip, so does the flame of performance blaze brighter. It is a testament to the power of dedication, the fuel that propels LAZISMU forward on its noble quest to uplift the community it serves.

Abstract

Sustainable tourism development (STD) is important for developing tourist destinations with the specifics of small islands such as Atauro Island, Jaco Island, and Timor Island in Timor-Leste. This research aims to obtain several variables for sustainable tourism development based on positive and negative impacts on economic, social, and environmental goals, and to form an analytical conceptual framework through the As6 variable applied to the sustainable tourism development on small islands in Timor-Leste. This research adopts the systematic literature review (SLR) to investigate impacts of the As6 variable. This research considered the methodological process of developing an analytical framework for STD with an initial search process using the keyword impact of tourism development, 60 papers were identified, followed by the next combination of keywords, the impacts of sustainable tourism development on small islands, resulting in 29 papers, and in the third stage of the search continued by using the keyword impact of sustainable tourism development on the small island of Timor-Leste combined with variable As6, only 7 papers were identified. This research has temporarily resulted in the formation of an analytical framework concept which can be concluded that sustainable tourism development with all its impacts describes complex interactions between humans and environmental, social, and economic systems from an AS6 perspective.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is a viable solution to address economic challenges, so fostering entrepreneurial interest among the younger generation is crucial. In actuality, younger people aren't all that interested in entrepreneurship right now. Employing quantitative techniques with causal associative types, this study seeks to examine how students' interest in entrepreneurship is influenced by economic literacy and their familial environment. Saturated sampling technique was used by taking the entire population of eleventh grade Economics students at Khadijah High School in Surabaya, totaling 92 people. This research provides results that partially economic literacy does not have a significant effect on students' entrepreneurial interest, whereas the family environment has a significant influence on students' entrepreneurial interest. Simultaneously, economic literacy and the family environment together influence entrepreneurial interest. These findings suggest that the family environment has a greater impact than economic literacy in shaping students' entrepreneurial interest
