Menara Tebuireng (Jurnal Studi Islam) adalah publikasi ilmiah yang berusaha memfasilitasi artikel akademis dan tulisan ilmiah dari sejumlah studi penelitian empiris dalam bidang Studi Islam. Menara Tebuireng terbuka bagi akademisi, mahasiswa, peneliti, dan praktisi yang berminat untuk berkontribusi dengan pemikiran mereka, terutama dalam bidang Studi Islam. Fokus utama jurnal Menara Tebuireng adalah pada eksplorasi hukum Islam, dinamika penyebaran dakwah dalam penyebaran Islam, studi ilmu sosial, Pendidikan Islam, dan pengembangan pengetahuan Islam kontemporer dalam ranah teoretis maupun praktis, khususnya dalam lingkup lokal, nasional, dan global. Abstract

The association of hijab with the identity of Muslim women remains a subject of debate. Women have an important position in Islam. Islam is very concerned about the dignity and dignity of women. One of the social constructions formed by mass media is the social construction of veiled women. The social construction displayed by the mass media regarding veiled women fosters a certain image in society. Film is an audiovisual medium used to convey messages to groups of people congregating in a particular location. The main topic of discussion in this karya is the plot and specific details that are contained in the movie Merindu cahaya de Amstel. Qualitative research methods were used in this study. The purpose of this study is to describe the signs of the meaning of hijab and the structure of the meaning of hijab in the film Merindu Cahaya de Amstel by Arumi E. Maxstream Original and Unlimited Production. Utilized data collection techniques include document analysis and case study research. To answer the formulation of the problem described above, researchers use a qualitative approach using the semiotic analysis model of Charles Sanders Peirce. As a result, researchers found several meanings of hijab in the film Merindu Cahaya de Amstel: (1) The meaning of hijab as an identity Muslim women. (2) Maintain the social behavior of a Muslim woman. (3) Hijab embodying women with noble morals. (4) Exalting a person Muslimah. (5) Hijab as an obligation for Muslim women. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the message of religious moderation conveyed by M. Quraish Shihab on Najwa Shihab's YouTube channel with the theme of Wasathiyyah Islam, namely the Islamic concept that emphasizes the middle, balance, and tolerance. The purpose of this study is to explore a deeper understanding of how M. Quraish Shihab conveys messages of moderation in the context of the Islamic religion which are applied in everyday life. This research will use a qualitative approach with the Holsti theory content analysis method. The primary data sources obtained in this study were taken from YouTube video uploads of Najwa Shihab, Islam Wasathiyyah edition, Islam in the Middle and secondary data in the form of documents, books related to the object under study along with relevant previous research. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and documentation as well as on data analysis techniques obtained from interviews, field notes and other materials. From the results of the analysis carried out by the researcher, the conclusion was in the form of a message of religious moderation conveyed by M. Quraish Shihab. As for the messages of religious moderation conveyed by M. Quraish Shihab on the Najwa Shihab Youtube channel, the Islam Wasathiyyah edition, Islam in the Middle is associated with the four pillars of religious moderation. Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan KH Hasyim Asy'ari dalam pengelolaan pendidikan di Pesantren Tebuireng, yang terletak di Jombang, Jawa Timur. Dengan memperhatikan posisi strategis pesantren sebagai institusi pendidikan Islam yang berperan dalam membentuk identitas keislaman, nasionalisme, dan budaya masyarakat, penelitian ini mengulas aspek manajerial serta spiritual-karismatik dari kepemimpinan Hasyim Asy'ari yang masih relevan di zaman sekarang. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, serta analisis dokumen baik primer maupun sekunder. Temuan dari penelitian ini ditemukan terdapat empat strategi utama dalam kepemimpinan: (1) sifat kepemimpinan spiritual-kharismatik yang sangat kuat sehingga membangun budaya teladan dan kesetiaan tanpa mengandalkan struktur formal; (2) penggabungan kurikulum berbasis nilai salaf dengan ilmu pengetahuan umum sebagai respons adaptif terhadap tantangan zaman; (3) inovasi sistem madrasah melalui pengaturan kelas, kurikulum berjenjang, dan evaluasi formal; (4) pengembangan kader dan regenerasi ulama sebagai langkah dalam manajemen bakat yang strategis. Analisis tematik menunjukkan bahwa strategi-strategi ini tidak hanya menunjukkan kekuatan otoritas karismatik, tetapi juga memperkuat sistem institusi yang terstruktur dan berkelanjutan. Hasil ini dihubungkan dengan teori kepemimpinan transformasional, strategi manajemen, dan teori organisasi, yang menunjukkan bahwa perpaduan nilai-nilai spiritual, penyesuaian kurikulum, dan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang sistematis dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini tidak hanya menambah wawasan dalam ilmu manajemen pendidikan Islam, tetapi juga memberikan model aplikatif bagi institusi pesantren modern yang menghadapi perubahan sosial dan teknologi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaterblekangi oleh rendahnya keaktifan siswa pada pembelajaran PAI, ditunjukkan dengan minimnya partisipasi dalam diskusi, kurangnya keberanian bertanya dan menjawab, dan penggunaan model pembelajaran yang belum optimal. Model Problem Based Learning (PBL) merupakan salah satu alternatif untuk meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa melalui keterlibatan aktif dalam pemecahan masalah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi PBL dan peningkatan keaktifan siswa pada pembelajaran PAI di SMP Al-Hasra. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deksriptif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari enam informan yaitu guru PAI, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum dan empat siswa kelas VII. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa PBL dilaksanakan melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi yang berbasis masalah kontekstual. guru berperan sebagai fasilitator yang mendorong siswa aktif berdiskusi, bekerja sama, serta mencari solusi. Keaktifan siswa meningkat pada indikator pastisipasi dalam mengerjakan tugas, keberanian bertanya, berdiskusi, evalusi diri, serta penerapan pengetahuan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dengan demikian, PBL efektif meningkatakan keaktifan siswa dalam pembelajaran PAI.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the emergence of social media now that causes changes in community behavior both in culture, ethics and prevailing norms. Advances in technology and information make changes in the lifestyle and behavior of individuals and organizations. So this study aims to determine the effect of the intensity of Instagram use on the spiritual attitude of IIQ Jakarta female students. This study used quantitative research methods in the form of a survey. The respondents in this study were female students in their eighth semester at the Faculty of Tarbiyah, with a population of 113 and a sample size of 88. The data was then analyzed using simple linear regression. The results of calculations using simple linear regression analysis obtained t_hitung -1.880 < 1.987 t_table. So Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted, it can be stated that the hypothesis proposed by the author is rejected. Thus it can be concluded that there is no significant influence between the intensity of Instagram usage on the spiritual attitude of IIQ Jakarta female students.

Abstract

Pendidikan tidak hanya menekankan aspek akademik tetapi juga pembentukan karakter religius sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan nasional. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan adalah melalui pembiasaan shalat dhuha. SD Islam Ruhama menerapkan pembiasaan ini secara rutin terutama di kelas VI. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengenalisis bagaimana implementasi pendidikan karakter religius melalui pembiasaan shalat dhuha pada kelas VI SD Islam Ruhama Cireunde. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, dengan menggunakan metode observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara, wawancara dilakukan kepada 8 orang responden yaitu, Kepala Sekolah, Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), dan 6 Siswa Kelas 6. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, bahwa implementasi pendidikan karakter religius melalui pembiasaan shalat dhuha di SD Islam Ruhama Cireundeu sudah berjalan dengan baik dan sistematis, kegiatan ini dilaksanakan rutin sebelum proses pembelajaran dengan dukungan guru sebagai teladan, pengawas sekaligus motivator. Pembiasaan shalat dhuha terbukti menumbuhkan sikap religius siswa seperti ketaatan beribadah, kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, kejujuran, serta kebiasaan berbuat baik, baik di sekolah maupun di rumah.

Abstract

Abstract— This study discusses the implementation of the self-disclosure technique in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning and how it enhances students’ interpersonal communication skills. Effective learning should not only focus on cognitive development but also on affective and social-emotional aspects. The self-disclosure approach encourages students to express their thoughts, feelings, and personal experiences related to Islamic values, thus promoting deeper understanding and interaction in the classroom. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method using observation, reflective writing, and interviews as data collection techniques. The participants consisted of nine eighth-grade students of SMP Al-Hasra Depok and two teachers (a guidance and counseling teacher and a PAI teacher) who provided supporting information. Data analysis was conducted to describe students’ levels of openness and the impact of the self-disclosure technique on their interpersonal communication skills. The findings revealed that self-disclosure activities, such as reflective questioning, personal writing, and oral sharing, improved students’ confidence, emotional expression, and ability to relate personal experiences to Islamic teachings. Students’ openness levels were categorized into three types: Type 1 (courageous and reflective), Type 2 (reflective in writing but less active orally), and Type 3 (limited openness). Overall, the self-disclosure technique effectively strengthened interpersonal communication and fostered affective, spiritual, and social values in PAI learning. Abstrak— Penelitian ini membahas penerapan teknik self-disclosure (keterbukaan diri) dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dan bagaimana teknik ini dapat meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal siswa. Pembelajaran yang efektif tidak hanya menekankan aspek kognitif, tetapi juga afektif dan sosial-emosional. Self-disclosure membantu siswa berani mengungkapkan perasaan, pengalaman, dan pendapat pribadi mereka dalam konteks pembelajaran yang bernilai islami. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, refleksi tertulis, dan wawancara. Informan terdiri atas sembilan siswa kelas VIII SMP Al-Hasra Depok serta dua guru (guru BK dan guru PAI) sebagai pendukung data. Data dianalisis untuk menggambarkan tingkat keterbukaan siswa serta dampak penerapan self-disclosure terhadap kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknik self-disclosure melalui kegiatan refleksi, penulisan pengalaman pribadi, dan penyampaian lisan mendorong keberanian siswa untuk berbicara, meningkatkan kemampuan mengekspresikan emosi, serta menghubungkan pengalaman pribadi dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Tingkat keterbukaan siswa terbagi menjadi tiga tipe, yaitu Tipe 1 (berani dan reflektif), Tipe 2 (reflektif dalam tulisan tetapi belum tampil lisan), dan Tipe 3 (masih terbatas dalam keterbukaan). Penerapan teknik ini berkontribusi positif dalam pengembangan komunikasi interpersonal sekaligus menanamkan nilai-nilai afektif, spiritual, dan sosial dalam pembelajaran PAI. Abstract

Indonesia, as the country with the largest Muslim population in the world, has vast potential for da’wah. However, the proliferation of religious activities has not fully reflected the success of da’wah in transforming people’s knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors according to Islamic teachings. This study focuses on the da’wah thought of KH. Moch. Djamaluddin Ahmad, or Yai Djamal, a charismatic scholar from Jombang known as a Sufi master and the caretaker of Pondok Pesantren Bumi Damai Al-Muhibbin. The research employs a library research method with a philosophical-qualitative approach to examine his thoughts, works, and da’wah practices. The findings reveal that Yai Djamal emphasizes Sufi-based da’wah through the transformation of Sufistic values along four main pathways: (1) practical Sufi education in daily life, (2) strengthening the role of pesantren as centers of Sufi education, (3) integrating Sufism into formal educational institutions, and (4) da’wah through religious gatherings, tarekat assemblies, and community routines. His Sufi-based da’wah thought has proven effective in shaping a religious society, strengthening spirituality, and fostering better social ethics. Thus, the Sufi-based da’wah of KH. Moch. Djamaluddin Ahmad makes a significant contribution to the development of an Islamic da’wah model that emphasizes morality, simplicity, and sustainable social transformation.

Abstract

Abstract Speaking errors in language use cannot be separated from language competence. From the research conducted, there are several causes of errors, including due to mistakes (accident), lack of competence in the language or lack of proficiency in applying Arabic language rules in particular. Once the error can be identified, it will be easier to focus on handling it. This research uses qualitative methodology and descriptive analysis strategies. Then, there are three types of data collection methods: documentation, interviews, and observation. The data analysis strategy for this research is descriptive analysis. The results of this research show that the four main mistakes made by falsifiers in speaking a language are phonological, morphological, syntactic and semantic problems. Efforts to handle Arabic speech errors: Phonological Focus Training, Contextual and Situational Learning, Use of Error Analysis and Mastery Arabic grammar. Abstract

The Act No. 16 of 2019 amending the Law No. 1 of 1974 on Marriage, changed the age limit for marriage specifically for women to 19 years. In this regard, the government is trying to change the social conditions of the society related to the health of children and mothers, early marriages, educational opportunities and prevention of discrimination. Based on this, the author tries to look at the minimum marriage age in the mental health perspective to prepare the spouses physically, mentally and materially. The results show that being mentally and physically healthy and not experiencing disturbances will have a strong influence on individual behavior, relations with family, relationships with others and relations with their surroundings. All such preparations must be accompanied by understanding and good religious practices to realize the purpose of marriage, namely, sakinah, mawaddah and warahmah.
