Abstract

Abstract Violence in household is occurred due to lack of understanding on religion, loss goodcharacter and weak communication in family as well as excessive egoism, lack ofunderstanding on the meaning of marriage, lack of faith and no obedience to Allah(God) the Creator of the Universe, not willing to accept fate and too love of the world(materials). Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, kompensasi, dan promosi jabatan secara parsial ataupun bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan kerja. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Starbucks di Plaza Atrium Jakarta Pusat dan sekaligus dijadikan sampel. Jumlah sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 32 karyawan. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji korelasi dan uji determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, kompensasi, dan promosi jabatan secara masing-masing variabel dan bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hal ini terbukti dari nilai korelasi antara motivasi dan kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,564, antara kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,481, antara promosi jabatan dan kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,590, dan antara motivasi, kompensasi, dan promosi jabatan terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,858. Dan jika dilihat dari uji determinasi, nilai koefisien determinasi motivasi sebesar = 0,318, kompensasi sebesar = 0,231, dan promosi jabatan sebesar = 0,348. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Kompensasi, Promosi Jabatan, dan Kepuasan KerjaTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, kompensasi, dan promosi jabatan secara parsial ataupun bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan kerja. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study to determine the financial performance of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk period 2012 to 2016 based on financial ratio analysis. The method used is descriptive method with quantitative analysis. The results obtained from this research is the Performance of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk based on the liquidity ratio is not good, because the current ratio of companies in 2012 to 2016 less than 100%. In the year 2012 by 67%, 2013 by 70%, 2014 by 71%, 2015 by 65%, and by 2016 by 61%. PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk's solvency ratio in 2012 until 2016 is good because the company's Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio in 2012 up to 2016 is less than 100%. In 2012 by 12%, 2013 by 15%, 2014 by 14%, 2015 by 16%, and by 2016 by 24%. This means that the company is able to guarantee long-term debt with the company's capital. PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk's profitability ratio in 2012 up to 2016 is not good because its operating profit margin decreases. In 2012 by 24%, 2013 by 23%, 2014 by 23%, 2015 by 21%, and by 2016 by 21%. PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk Activity Ratio in 2012 until 2016 is good because the company's receivable turnover is always above angaka at least 12 times only in 2013 under minimum 12 times. 12.12 times for 2011, 10.99 times for 2012, 14.01 times for 2013, 12.92 for 2014, and 12.12 for the year 2016. Keywords: Financial Ratios, Liquidity, Solvency, Profitability, Activity

Abstract

ABSTRACT: Korea was one of the poorest countries in the world in the 1960s. However, by 1995 South Korea had become the 11th largest economy in the world. South Korea's phenomenal economic growth is also known as the "Miracle on Han River" (the Han river is a river that flows across the capital Seoul). Indonesia and South Korea have almost the same start of economic development with the per capita income of the population which is also almost the same but with different achievements. There is a contrast between the economic success of these two countries as seen in the GDP per capita of the two countries which is much different. This study aims to find out what policies they have implemented, what development models they have implemented and what factors influence it. Next, compare the economic development of Indonesia with that of Korea to see more clearly the lessons that can be drawn in developing the country's economy. This research is a library study. The results of the research show 1. South Korea's industrialization policy is carried out consistently while Indonesia is inconsistent 2. South Korea is poor in natural resources while Indonesia is rich in natural resources. The lack of natural resources has made them carry out ambitious industrialization policies by gradually developing heavy industries and hi-tech industries. Therefore, the path taken is to limit foreign investment, protect local industries and strengthen them so that they can compete for exports. Meanwhile, Indonesia, which is rich in natural resources, invites foreign investment in natural resource extraction and exports based on natural resources, but forgets to develop a competitive industry. Keyword: economic growth, development models, foreign investment,

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa tentang gambaran mengenai tantangan pengembangan jembatan udara di Provinsi Papua. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, Provinsi Papua memiliki kekayaan sumber daya alam yang berlimpah namun sedikit sumber daya manusia. Berbagai potensi yang dimiliki daerah sangat banyak sehingga dapat dijadikan sumber acuan untuk menjadikan jembatan udara di Papua semakin berkembang. Untuk penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisa data dengan Metode Kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisa, diperoleh data bahwa Potensi yang dimiliki Provinsi Papua untuk mengembangkan jembatan udara adalah bandara sejumlah 70 (tujuh puluh) termasuk 4 (empat) bandar udara internasional yaitu Bandara Frans Kaisiepo (BIK) di Biak Numfor,  Bandara Sentani (DJJ) di Jayapura, Bandara Mopah (MKQ) di Merauke, dan Bandara Mozes Kilangin Timika (TIM) di Mimika, Papua. Rata-rata kargo berangkat per pesawat dari Biak 140 kg, dari Jayapura 4650 kg, dari Merauke 200 kg, dan dari Timika 930 kg. Angka ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar angkutan barang di Papua berpotensi diangkut dengan pesawat udara kargo tanpa awak  (Drone Kargo) dengan ukuran sekali angkut mulai dari sekitar 150 kg. Dengan demikian terdapat tantangan yang perlu segera dihadapi dengan cara mewujudkan sistem transportasi udara  berupa pengembangan jembatan udara di Wilayah papua dengan memasukkan potensi pemakaian Drone Kargo. Kendala yang dihadapi oleh Papua dalam mengembangkan jembatan udara adalah adanya empat akar masalah yang menjadi pemicu terus terjadinya konflik kekerasan di kawasan Papua. Permasalahan pertama adalah marjinalisasi yang terjadi terhadap masyarakat Papua. Akibatnya, terjadi ketidakseimbangan yang dialami masyarakat Papua dalam sisi hubungan daerah dengan pusat. Kedua, terjadinya kegagalan pembangunan yang bisa dilihat dari ketidaksetaraan hasil pembangunan. Ketiga, persoalan status politik Papua. Adapun faktor keempat adalah masalah pelanggaran HAM. Selain itu letak geografis Papua yang diapit oleh pegunungan dan banyak lereng yang terjal sehingga pembangunan sarana infrastruktur terhambat. Sedangkan upaya yang harus dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut adalah harus adanya upaya perbaikan kerja sama antara Pemerintah Daerah Papua dan Pemerintah Pusat. Saat ini kerja sama sudah terarah lebih baik. Salah satu upaya yang saat ini akan diwujudkan adalah menjadikan Papua sebagai Provinsi yang berkembang dengan menata sistem transportasi udara nasional yang terarah dan berkesinambungan  melalui program pengembangan rute jembatan udara di Papua. Selain itu juga, adanya kerja sama dari dalam negeri dan luar negeri terkait sumber daya alam Papua yang melimpah. Sehingga dengan adanya proyek-proyek tersebut dapat menambah pendapatan daerah dan pendapatan pusat untuk pemerataan dalam pembangunan desa dalam rangka mewujudkan masyarakat yang adil dan makmur.

Abstract

ABSTRACTEmotional intelligence greatly affects human behavior since human being can expressthemselves with their emotion. Emotions can also help human to form their owncharacter. In which, later on will produce the behavior that impossible to differentiate fromthe influence of environment, genetic, and experience. Just try to imagine what wouldhappen if human beings do not have emotions? It is certainly not just the same as living.It is not enough to prepare you for facing the turmoil brought by the difficulties of life.Ample of evidences show that people who are emotionally capable, can understand anddeal with their own feelings. They also tend to be able to read and deal with the feelingsof others effectively, which is a great advantage to have in every area of life. People whohave good emotional intelligence (stable) are able to resolve the issue with a clear mindbecause their logic/reasoning is not affected by their unstable emotion. Thus, they willmore likely to be succeed in life. So, it is clear that emotional intelligence is a greatinfluence for human behavior because through the stability of their emotional intelligence,people can avoid themselves from the behavior that will affect poorly whether tothemselves or their surrounding environment.Keyword : Emotional intelligence and behavior

Abstract

UMKM sector resilience against the economic crisis that hit the Republic of Indonesia in 1998 proved that the UMKM sector was less affected by the crisis. It is due to the UMKM sector engaged in almost all sectors such as trade, services, households and others, and can not be denied that UMKM is the economy foundation of a developing country. In this time we can see UMKM development also demands the development of BPR that has the image of fund provider bank for UMKM. With high market demand and a growing number of competitors automatically makes the level of competition becomes more intense especially among rural banks and other non-bank financial institutions, in a super tight competition as well as in a state of high profit oriented rural banks must have sufficient capital, maintaining asset quality well, managed and operated by the precautionary principle, generate enough profit to sustain their business, and to maintain liquidity in order to meet its obligations at all times. In addition, the RB must always meet the various regulations and rules that have been set, which is basically a variety of provisions that refer to the principles of prudence in banking. Assessment of the soundness of banks in Indonesia implemented by Bank Indonesia is largely based on the method of CAMEL (Capital, Asset Quality, Management, Earning, and Liabilities). These five factors are the factors that determine or describe the condition of a bank. Abstract

Netizens and social media are very important factors in the development of technology and information through information systems as the information conveyed in cyberspace does not only affect the life of a country, it can even affect the world. In anticipating negative factors where netizens are also human beings who have emotions and selfish qualities, it is necessary to process civic education and media literacy to provide knowledge and skills in character building, so that they have ethics in surfing. The purpose of this paper is to discuss how civic education and media literacy can educate netizens by thinking creatively and wisely in conveying information on social media. The data collection method used is a literature review with descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study showed that civic education and media literacy can influence netizens’ way of thinking to be wiser and more ethical before posting or sharing information on social media.Keyword: Civic Education, media literacy, netizen, social media.
