Abstract

ABSTRACTThe goal of the research was analyzed the influence of motivation of employees, and marketing strategies to increase the amount of visitor of Purna Bhakti Pertiwi museum wheresamples were taken from 100 respondents from amount of population counted 20502 people,those were taken from amount of employees and visitors of Purna Bhakti Pertiwi Museum whowere selected randomly.This research used to descriptive analyze, the result of this research showed that (1) therewas little influence motivation of employee to increase the amount of visitors of Museum andbe accepted (2) there was strong and positive influence of marketing strategies toward toincrease of amount of visitors of Purna Bhakti Pertiwi of Museum. (3) There was the positiveand strong influence of motivation of employee, and marketing strategies toward to increasethe amount of Purna Bhakti Pertiwi of Museum.Key word : Motivation of employees, Marketing strategies, Visitor of Museum.

Abstract

Pancasila as the foundation of the state, and the way of view of the Indonesian nation and Pancasila as philosophy of Indonesia nation, and also as the ideology of the Unitary State Republic of Indonesia, should be able to be practiced consitently, in creative and dynamic manner by all walks of life of communities, in creative and dynamic manner by all walks of life of communities, and groups living and existing in the Indonesian society.Being increasingly consistent, creative and dynamic the Pancasila is to be observed to in reality of life, both by the state officials and the people, then the life of nation and state also would be better, professional then Indonesia will be move developed in order to achieve a just and prosperous society. Furthermore, if Indonesia nation increasingly deepens and comprehend and practice it in a pure and consequence manner, as well as adhering to the 1945 Constitution and all provisions, regulations as well as other legislations enforced in Indonesia the all of them would be very determining in carrying out the improvement in Indonesian Legal system towards a legal state with justice adjusted to the modern science and technology advancements.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objective of this research is to predict return of investment in equitysecurities. Investors have primarily objective to increase return from theirinvestment. Investors buy stock from public enterprise and may get dividend orcapital gain as its return.Focus on dividend as its return, this research was conducted to examine theeffect of variable Current Ratio (CURR), debt to equity ratio (DER), and Return onEquity (ROE) toward Dividend Per Share (DPS), in manufacturing companies thatlisted in Indonesia Stock Exchange.The data in this study were taken from the financial statements of companiesmanufacturing in Indonesia Stock Exchanges in the period study was fromDecember 31, 2008 until December 31, 2010. To Obtain financial statements fromeach company, the researcher got in from www.idx.co.id, to see the companiesincluded into the manufacturing industry seen form www.duniainvestasi.com, and tosee company paying the dividends in cash, the researchers see it fromwww.ksie.com. The samples and data are collected using purposive samplingmethod.Hypothesis test of this research using Panel Least Square (PLS). regressionresult shows that three independent variables used may affect dependent variablesas much as 94,7% and the rest which is 5,3% explained by other variables that notbeing used in this research model. Result of simultaneous test shows that threeindependent variables together can explain amount of DPS.Conclusion of this research is the results of this research with significant level5% also indicate that ROE has significantly affect on the DPS. While, two otherindependent variables doesn’t have significantly impact to DPS, they are CURR andDER.Keyword: Dividend Per Share, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return OnEquity, and Panel Least Square.

Abstract

AbstractThe corona virus or corona virus disease 2019 (Covid-19) has made the global economy contract, including Indonesia's domestic economy. The global economy is certain to slow down, a determination from the WHO which mentions the Corona outbreak as a pandemic. Singapore and South Korea are even experiencing an economic recession as a result of their domestic economic growth which has continued to decline due to the prolonged pandemic. In Indonesia, the government is trying to make various efforts to reduce the impact of the Corona virus on industry, MSMEs and society by conducting social distancing, work from home (WFH) and social assistance from both the government and the community through the Social Crowdfunding Platform that can help small and medium-sized communities maintaining the level of consumption and business activities in an effort to survive amid the current pandemic pressure. Keywords: Covid-19 Pandemic; Online Social Crowdfunding Platform; Public Consumption

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of cash flow, profitability and leverage on financial distress, either partially or simultaneously. Secondary data collected from food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period and journals from previous researchers. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The sample was determined based on the purposive sampling method, as many as 65 samples of financial statements. The data used in this research is panel data (pooled data) which is a combination of time series data and cross section data. The data analysis method used in this study is the random effect model processed using Eviews 10. The results of this partial study indicate that Cash Flow (AK) has a positive and significant effect on financial distress (FD), Profitability (ROA) has a negative effect and significant to financial distress (FD), Leverage (DAR) has a negative and significant effect on financial distress (FD), Cash Flow (AK), Profit (ROA), and Leverage (DAR) simultaneously have a significant effect on financial distress (FD). This is because the value of Prob. (F-statistic) 0.000022 is smaller than 0.05, and Fstatistic is greater than Ftable (22.24587> 2.76), with an effect value of 49.8973% while the remaining 50.1027% can be explained using other variables which were not examined in this study. Keywords: Cash Flow, Profitability, Leverage, and Financial Distress

Abstract

Switching is a connection process, in communicating this switching is responsible for connecting the sender and receiver (Tx and Rx). In data communications there are three known systems of Switching, Circuit Switching, Massage Switching and Packet Switching. Sircuit Switching can also be used for voice communication, but Massage Switching and Switching Packages are not used in voice communication, because the two systems undergo a Store and Forword process. The combination of switching systems can also be carried out in communication networks such as the facsimile communication service network provided by PT. INDOSAT. Customers who are members of the Public Switching Telephone Network (PSTN) network use a Circuit Switching system but after joining the fax network in Indosat, the switching system used has changed to a Packet Switching system. Indosat Fasimili service customers who use the packet switching system will be able to deliver to multiple destinations with one access which will be able to reduce communication costs on the PSTN network and can make delivery schedules according to the customer's wishes. This added value is a communication advantage through Indosat fax services supported by the System Store and Forward (Packet Switching System)
