Abstract

ABSTRAKSIDalam penjelasan UU No. 22 tahun 1999 disebutkan bahwa pelaksanaan asas Dekonsentrasidiletakkan pada Daerah Provinsi dalam kedudukannya sebagai Wilayah Administrasi untukmelaksanakan kewenangan pemerintahan tertentu yang dilimpahkan kepada Gubernursebagai wakil pemerintah. Provinsi memang telah ditetapkan sebagai daerah yang dibentukberdasarkan asas Dekonsentrasi sedang daerah yang dibentuk berdasarkanDesentralisasi adalah Daerah Kabupaten dan Daerah Kota. Jadi Undang-Undang No.22tahun 1999 tentang Pemenntah Daerah tersebut memuat Otonomi Daerah dengan penekananpada Daerah Tingkat II, di mana Bupati dan Walikota bukan lagi alat Dekonsentrasisebagaimana temuat pada UU No. 5 Tahun 1974. Bupati ataupun walikota tidak lagibertanggung jawab kepada Gubemur atau secara vertikal ke Menteri Dalam Negeri atauPresiden, melainkan hanya bertanggung jawab kepada DPRD Kabupaten/Kota, sedangGubernur dalam menjalankan tugasnya sebagai Kepala Daerah, bertanggung jawab kepadaDPRD Provinsi namun dalam kedudukannya sebagai Wakil Pemerintah, Gubernur bertanggungjawab kepada Presiden, melalui Mentri Dalam Negeri.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe wage and salary accounting system is a framework of procedures that are interconnected according to a comprehensive scheme for carrying out the main activities and functions of the company, Internal control is an element of the system that includes the organizational structure, methods and measures which are combined to maintain organizational wealth, check reliability and the rigor of accounting data, encourages competence and encourages compliance with management regulations PT XYZ's salary and wage accounting information system is not in accordance with the supporting theory, although it can be assisted with fingerprint software, Ms Office Excel, and the Accurate Accouting System, but related functions are still not ideal, so that internal control in the salary accounting information system and wages can still be increased, namely in the related functions section, where the division and division of duties are dominant in the financial sector, by forming parts that do not exist such as the employment function, PPh21 function, and other functions, in accordance with the prevailing theory. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine several factors that can affect customer retention, including customer satisfaction and trust in brand. Therefore, it is necessary to know how the company, in this case XL as the object of research, applies these factors in order to increase customer retention of XL card users, either partially or simultaneously. The type of research used is research with a quantitative descriptive approach. This research uses samples of 31 XL card users at Labora Management College. Based on the hypothesis test with the t test, it was found that a significant value of Customer Satisfaction was 0.142> 5% (0.142> 0.05), thus to> tα then Ha (alternative hypothesis) was rejected and Ho (hypothesis nil) was accepted. This means that partially Customer Satisfaction has no significant effect on Customer Retention of XL card users at Labora Management College. Likewise, the significant value for the X2 Trust In Brand variable is 0.169> 5% (0.169> 0.05), thus to> tα, then Ha (alternative hypothesis) is rejected and Ho (null hypothesis) is accepted. This means that the X2 Trust In Brand variable partially does not have a significant effect on Customer Retention of XL card users at Labora Management College Based on the hypothesis test with the F test, it is found that the significant value of F is 0.007, meaning <5%, (0.007 <0.05) thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted so that it can be concluded that simultaneously Customer Satisfaction and Trust In Brand have a significant effect on Customer Retention of XL card users. at Labora College of Management. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the equation Y = 4.365 + 0.157 X1 + 0.262 X2 means that if the Customer Satisfaction value is increased by 1 point / unit, then Customer Retention (Y) will increase by 0.157 points / unit, while each increase in Trust In Brand the value is increased. 1 point / unit, then Customer Retention (Y) will increase by 0.262 points / unit Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Trust In Brand and Customer Retention

Abstract

Abstrak Pesawat udara tanpa awak (drone) merupakan benda terbang sebagai wahana nir awakdengan kemampuan melakukan terbang otonom secara penuh dan wahana yangdikendalikan secara jarak jauh oleh manusia yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan suatupekerjaan manusia. Untuk menjaga keselamatan penerbangan Pesawat udara tanpaawak (drone) di ruang udara yang dilayani Indonesia dari kemungkinan bahaya (hazard)yang ditimbulkan karena pengoperasiannya, Menteri Perhubungan mengeluarkanPeraturan Menteri No. 90 Tahun 2015 Tentang Pengendalian Pengoperasian PesawatUdara Tanpa Awak Di Ruang Udara yang Dilayani Indonesia. Apabila dicermati secaraseksama Undang-undang Penerbangan, belum menemukan pendelegasian dari UndangundangPenerbangan kepada Menteri Perhubungan untuk mengatur pengendalianpengoperasian pesawat udara tanpa awak (drone). Akan tetapi apabila ketentuan UUPembentukan Peraturan Perundang-undangan dihubungkan dengan ketentuan UUKementerian Negara serta dihubungkan pula dengan UU Penerbangan, maka secaramateriil melekat kewenangan pada menteri perhubungan untuk melakukan pengaturanpengendalian pengoperasian pesawat udara tanpa awak (drone), dalam bentuk suatuperaturan menteri perhubungan.Kata Kunci : Pesawat Udara, tanpa awak, ruang wilayah, Peraturan Menteri.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra toko, kualitas layanan, dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen Toko Buku Gramedia Matraman. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan di dalam penelitian adalah accidental sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui metode survei dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden. Maka didapat Adjusted R square dengan determinasi berganda sebesar 61,9% dan sisanya sebesar 38,1% dijelaskan oleh variable lain diluar variable ysng digunakan. Untuk nilai regresi berganda didapatkan 10,266 + 0,184 X1 + 0,221 X2 + 0,442 X3 dan Uji F dengan α = 5% didapat nilai F hitung sebesar 51,934 dan Ftabel sebesar 3,09 berarti Fhitung > Ftabel maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Citra Toko, Kualitas Layanan, dan Harga berpengaruh secara bersama – sama terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Kata Kunci: Citra toko, kualitas layanan, harga, dan kepuasan konsumen

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to understand and analyze the influence of advertising, personal selling, and sales promotion toward purchasing decision of ABC sweet soy sauce (case study in RT.13 RW.02 Rawa Buaya Cengkareng Area). The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with SPSS version 21 statistical software. The sampling technique uses the non probability sampling method by purposive sampling. The population in this study were residents of RT.13 RW.02 Rawa Buaya, Cengkareng. The results showed that advertising variables partially has no significant effect on purchasing decisions of ABC sweet soy sauce known from the sig. 0.319 > 0.05. Personal selling variables partially have no significant effect on purchasing decisions of ABC sweet soy sauce known from the sig. 0.052 > 0.05. Sales promotion variables partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions of ABC sweet soy sauce known from the sig. 0.000 < 0.05. While, the advertising, personal selling, and sales promotion variables simultaneously had a significant effect on ABC sweet soy sauce purchasing decisions. This is based on the sig. 0.000 < 0.05. From the regression results, it is known that R is 0.771 which means that there is a strong relationship between the variables of advertising, personal selling, and sales promotion of ABC sweet soy sauce purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the Adjusted R Square value of 0.582 means 58.2% indicates that the independent variable contributes to the influence of the dependent variable. While the remaining 41.8% is influenced by other factors not included in this research model. Keyword: advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, purchasing decision.

Abstract

ABSTACTThe success of the tax amnesty target for property declaration volume I is not proportional to the number of tax amnesty participants. The number is far below the total number of taxpayers which reached 32 million, and the least number of participants came from MSMEs. With the increase in the taxpayer compliance ratio in reporting the 2020 SPT by 78%, even during the Covid-19 pandemic, of course, a breath of fresh air for the success of the second tax amnesty. This study uses data types with systematic analysis methods, qualitative descriptive analysis is used in data analysis. The purpose of the tax amnesty is to increase state revenues, increase basic data, and assess taxpayer compliance in carrying out their tax obligations, although there are opportunities in the implementation of tax amnesty volume II, there are also problems that need to be studied, lack of socialization of tax amnesty, tax amnesty rates that In contrast, the Tax Amnesty endangers honest taxpayers. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between Budget Performance at PT XYZ, with the free variability of the Internal Control System and Budget Participation. Descriptive and quantitative analysis is used as a technique in analyzing research with linear regression tests for partial t-tests and simultaneous F tests, all populations are made respondents as many as 60 employees, questionnaire data uses a linkers scale. The SPSS 28 test equipment, with the test results t variable x1 showing a calculated value of 3.317 > ttabel = 1.879, explaining the internal control variables related positively and significantly to budget performance, the results of the variable test X2, obtained t count = 3.817 > ttabel 1.879, explained that the variable budget participation is positively and significantly related to budget performance From the F result, the calculated F value = 23.626 > F table 3.87, explains that internal control and budget participation are positively related and sympathetic to budget performance. From the results of the R Square Test obtained a value of 66%. Explaining that the relationship of X1, X2 to Y can be explained as low as 66%, the remaining 34% are related to factors that were not studied in this study. Key Words: Budget, Performance, internal control
