Journal Business Administration: Entrepreneurship and Creative Industry is a journal that is held by the Business Administration Study Programme which is under the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP), University of North Sumatera. General Scope This journal focuses on a critical look at business issues that include entrepreneurship and creative industries. Given that studies on entrepreneurship and creative industries have become an important issue to discuss. Spesific Scope The focus of this journal is issues related to social, economic, political, and cultural as well as various related aspects. The scope of the theme includes: 1. Business analysis; 2. Entrepreneurship/Innovation; 3. Creative industry analysis; 4. Small Medium Entreprise (SMEs); 5. Human Resource Management; 6. Strategic management analysisi; 7. Tourism analysis The main objective of this journal is to encourage the emergence of various studies and critical thinking about social, economic, political and cultural studies in business related to entrepreneurship and creative industries. All articles in this journal will be reviewed by academically competent experts.

Technological advances in payment systems are slowly shifting the role of cash as a means of payment to more efficient and economical forms of non-cash payments. Therefore, the development of the use of non-cash payment instruments needs serious attention. This study aims to determine how the Effect of Perceptions of Ease and Perceptions of Security on Interest in Using E-money. This study uses quantitative research methods with an associative approach. The population in this study were e-money users in the Medan Baru District area. The results showed that the Ease of Perception had a positive and significant effect of 27.1% on Interest in Using E-money and Perception of Security had a positive and significant effect of 40% on Interest in Using. Based on calculations with the coefficient of determination, the R value is 81.9%, which indicates that the relationship between perceived convenience and perceived security on interest in using e-money is quite close. The Rsquare value of 0.671 indicates that 67.1% of the Usage Interest variable can be explained by the Ease of Perception and Perception of Security. While the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

The porang plant (Amorphophallus oncophyllus) is a member of the Araceae family which is generally known as the corpse flower because of its unpleasant flower odor. Porang is a new commodity that can provide added value for both farmers and companies that manage porang. Based on data obtained and reported from Kominfo, it is known that one hectare of porang land can produce 15-20 tons. Porang had been predicted as a leading export commodity, but when the government determined it as a leading commodity, the price of porang actually dropped even more. Many Porang farmers have complained about falling selling prices. Therefore, the main objective of this research is to see how to optimize Porang as a promising business opportunity, making a superior commodity that is feasible to be developed. This study uses a descriptive qualitative analysis tool, with a case study in the Ngrayun Ponorogo area, East Java. The conclusion of this study is that in fact there are several challenges that need to be considered by the government, including (i) increasing production, especially related to the productivity level of porang; (ii) marketing and (iii) Porang's business market structure which tends to be oligopsonic.

The increasingly advanced digital world also has an impact on shifting the way the world community trades. One of them is promotional media which is increasingly being carried out on social media such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. This research examines various language styles in food reviewers in promoting Eat Sambel. This research data focuses on comparative language styles (personification) and contradiction language styles (hyperbole). The purpose of this research is to describe and explain the style of language used and its meaning by food reviewers in promoting Eat Sambel products. The research method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques use documentation techniques. Based on the results of data analysis found in several food reviewer videos on the TikTok application, the figure of contradiction (hyperbole) was more dominant than the figure of comparative (personification). In other words, these food reviewers prefer to highlight the products they are reviewing rather than comparing them with other products which will later lead to debating.

Work from Anywhere (WFH) is a new concept that was combined after the implementation of the Work Form Home scheme in early 2021 which aims as an effort to minimize the spread of Covid-19 globally. Employees are required to adapt the pattern of working from home that was previously done from the office. In addition, the work environment during the implementation of the WFH scheme is also taken into account for employee performance. This research aims to determine the effect of the Work Environment on employee performance at the State Wealth Service Office and Banda Aceh Auction. This research uses quantitative methods with a correlational approach. The research sample numbered 50 respondents with Nonprobability sampling technique with a saturated sampling approach. The method of collecting data in this study uses questionnaires collected directly by filling out the questionnaire sheet. Data analysis using simple linear regression, test t. accepted hypothesis means that there is a significant influence between Work Environment Variables and Employee Performance Variables. The results of the determination coefficient (R2) test obtained a figure of 31.6%. This means that the variation in the Employee Performance variable can be explained by the Work Environment variation of 31.6%, the remaining about 68.4% is explained by other variables not used in this regression model.

Entrepreneurship is considered as a way out in overcoming the problem of limited employment opportunities and poverty faced by almost all countries, including Indonesia. This phenomenon occurs due to the low motivation and interest of the community to develop an entrepreneurial spirit (entrepreneurship). Based on this, Indonesia still needs to prepare drivers for economic development. The government in each country is obliged to encourage its young generation to build an entrepreneurial spirit, so that they are free from dependence on other parties. Recognizing the importance of working hard with the initial goal of self-prosperity, the field of entrepreneurship is an option that can be realized by all levels of society. E-commerce transactions accounted for 8% of total retail sales in Indonesia in 2018 and are expected to increase to 18% by 2023, according to research conducted by Morgan Stanley, an American multinational investment bank. This is due to the changing behavior of customers, who are more prepared to pay more for greater convenience. This research is a literature review and the result of the researcher's thinking. The type of data used is secondary data with a qualitative approach. Broad market share, easier transactions, increased production, simpler payments, and more varied promotions are some of the benefits of digitalization for Indonesia's economic growth. Negative sides include the possibility of fraud and plagiarism, as well as a lack of labor absorption. In addition, the financial sector, agriculture, culture, tourism, and the creative economy are areas that can thrive in the digitalization era.

The purpose of conducting research is to see the relationship between gender diversity (in the form of female leadership) on financial performance, the influence of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) on financial performance, as well as the effect of gender diversity on financial performance through environmental, social, and governance (ESG). . Stakeholder theory argues that companies should be accountable not only to their stakeholders (such as customers or employees), but also to their secondary stakeholders (such as social communities, local authorities, subcontractors, suppliers, non-governmental organizations. This research is a literature review which was carried out from various journal sources. The research results from the literature review conducted, show that there is a 75% link between gender diversity, ESG and the company's financial performance.

Skilled, qualified, and productive employees play an important role in the performance part of the company. This can be realized with a good work-life balance as well as good health safety. This study aims to analyze the effect of work-life balance and occupational health safety partially on employee satisfaction at PT Indonesia Comnets Plus Medan. This study used a quantitative method involving 58 employees of PT Indonesia Comnets Plus Medan as the research sample. The sampling technique for this study was non-probability sampling and purposive sampling. The data collection used was a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique uses the validity-reliability instrument test, the classical assumption test and the hypothesis test using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that work-life balance has no significant effect on employee satisfaction at PT Indonesia Comnets Plus Medan. Meanwhile, occupational health safety has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Indonesia Comnets Plus Medan. Simultaneously work-life balance and occupational health safety affect employee satisfaction at PT Indonesia Comnets Plus Medan and are able to influence employee satisfaction by 55%, the remaining 45% is explained by variables or other factors.

This study aims to analyse the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at the Business, Government and Enterprise Services Division of PT Telkom Witel Medan. This is motivated by the decline in Telkom's performance as seen from the decline in Indihome Market Share in the last three years. In this case, employee performance can be influenced by many factors, one of which is job satisfaction. When doing their job, positive support directly or indirectly from the company has an impact on the work produced by individuals. So that in fulfilling the required quality, the company provides positive support to support employee satisfaction at work. This research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The primary data collection of this research is by conducting interviews and direct observation at the BGES Division of PT Telkom Witel Medan. Then secondary data is obtained from related literature studies. The results showed that job satisfaction has a great influence on improving employee performance in the BGES Division of PT Telkom Witel Medan such as increasing productivity. The results also show that job satisfaction is very effective in influencing employee loyalty to the company.

This study seeks to determine and provide empirical evidence regarding the impact of private label and price on customer satisfaction and its influence on customer loyalty at Alfamart. This research is a casually associative quantitative investigation. This study's population consisted of all Alfamart consumers who purchased private label products. The sampling technique employs a purposive sampling method that incorporates non-probability sampling of a total of 100 respondents using a questionnaire to collect data. The method of data analysis employed begins with descriptive analysis of research data, discussion of research instrument tests, classic assumption tests, path analysis (Path Analysis), and statistical testing of hypothesis results using version 25 of the SPSS data processing programmed. Private label has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, private label has no significant effect on customer loyalty, price has no significant effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty, private label has a significant effect on customer loyalty via customer satisfaction, and price has a significant effect on customer loyalty.
