Abstract

The COVID19 pandemic has shocked the world, including in Indonesia. This pandemic has an impact not only on the health sector, with many people exposed and even dying, but also in other sectors, one of which is the economic sector. Low economic growth, in fact there was a recession with a negative growth rate, many companies had to close, workers were laid off, people's incomes tended to decline, and many other changes. The government is also actively involved in regulating this, such as implementing Large Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB), implementing social distancing, even for workers, students and university students, so activities are carried out from home. The impact of all these things has made the Indonesian people more creative in carrying out their daily lives and activities. Including company managers or entrepreneurs or business people, it is necessary to restructure their operational activities and business management. Indonesia needs human resources who are more skilled, more creative, and more able to improve competence and performance than what was done before this panddmi. Thus, each company is expected to be able to manage its business more competitively, both large and SME businesses. The Bina Amanah Cordova School of Entrepreneurship, Tangerang, is one that has also felt the impact of this pandemic. This school is a school dedicated to developing aspiring entrepreneurs. This school produces prospective business people who later they can help the government in increasing its contribution to the economic sector. realize that there is a need for their students and alumni who are already in the SME business to develop the further knowledge and skills needed to manage the challenges faced by any business due to the Covid-19 outbreak. Many students and alumni who are already business people are very aware of this changing situation. They need information, knowledge, related to how to maintain their business in this pandemic era, especially how to increase the competence of business people so that their performance can also increase and this is an effort to maintain the business they run.The Faculty of Economics and Business, Trisakti University through its community service program strives to facilitate the needs faced by students and alumni of the Cordova School of Entrepreneurship. The FEB Usakti Community Service Team (PKM) has conducted training to improve the performance of human resources to remain competitive in a sustainable manner in facing business challenges due to Covid-19, for students and alumni of the Bina Amanah Cordova School of Entrepreneurship, Tangerang. The results of the training evaluation show that students and alumni have been able to significantly improve their performance in increasing competence, especially in terms of how to improve the skills and knowledge needed to survive in running their business (MSME sector), so it can be concluded that the training provided has successfully fulfilled its objectives. .Keywords:  Covid-19 epidemic, competence, performance, UMKM

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship of leader member exchange on organization identification and turnover intention. Data in this study able to collect 100 questionnaires to all employees at PT Mitra Powerindo Sejahterah Jakarta. Research tools used is Structural Equation Modeling. This study found the relationship between the leader member exchange and turnover intention is mediated by organizational identification. The better leader member exchange and supported by organizational identification, will reduce the employee intent to commit turnovers.Keywords: leader member ex-change; organization identification; turnover intention

Abstract

Pengetahuan mengenai Organizational Citizenship Behavior menjadi sesuatu yang menarik untuk dikaji dalam kaitannya dengan Job Satisfaction, Workplace Spirituality & Effective Leadership sehingga penelitian ini akan berusaha menelaah pengaruh dari Job Satisfaction, Workplace Spirituality & Effective Leadership pada Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Sampel diambil dengan random dan sebanyak 87 karyawan RSUD Kota Kisaran berpartisipasi sebagai responden. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan menghasilkan Organizational Citizenship Behavior dapat dipengaruhi dengan positif oleh Job Satisfaction, Workplace Spirituality & Effective Leadership. Job Satisfaction yang baik dan dukungan dari pemimpin dan kesejahteraan di lingkungan kerja sangat mendorong tercapainya perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior karyawan dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan di RSUD Kota Kisaran.

Abstract

The role of humans in company organizations cannot be ignored, even though they already have quite sophisticated technology and infrastructure. Therefore, human performance in the organization must be optimal so that performance in the organization is good, so Organizational Citizenship Behavior is needed. Knowledge about Organizational Citizenship Behavior is something interesting to study in relation to Job Satisfaction, Workplace Spirituality & Effective Leadership so this research will attempt to examine the influence of Job Satisfaction, Workplace Spirituality & Effective Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The sample was taken randomly and as many as 87 Kisaran City Regional Hospital employees participated as respondents. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression and produces that Organizational Citizenship Behavior can be positively influenced by Job Satisfaction, Workplace Spirituality & Effective Leadership. Good Job Satisfaction and support from leaders and welfare in the work environment really encourage the achievement of Organizational Citizenship Behavior of employees in carrying out work at the Kisaran City Regional Hospital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh green rsecruitment and selection, green training, dan green intellectual capital terhadap kinerja karyawan UMKM di Jakarta. SDM merupakan elemen strategis dalam pencapaian keberlanjutan organisasi, khususnya di sektor UMKM yang menghadapi tantangan global. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode deskriptif, penelitian ini melibatkan 263 responden yang dipilih secara random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner berbasis skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa green training dan green intellectual capital memberikan pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara green recruitment and selection tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan secara individual. Namun, secara simultan, ketiga variabel berkontribusi secara bermakna dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Green training membantu meningkatkan keterampilan dan kesadaran lingkungan, sedangkan green intellectual capital memperkuat kreativitas dan inovasi berbasis keberlanjutan. Sebaliknya, green recruitment and selection memerlukan penyempurnaan untuk lebih efektif dalam mendukung kebutuhan karyawan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi strategi ramah lingkungan dalam manajemen SDM dapat meningkatkan daya saing UMKM. Disarankan bagi UMKM untuk meningkatkan program pelatihan berbasis lingkungan dan mengelola green intellectual capital secara strategis untuk menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh self-efficacy, pemberdayaan (empowerment), dan service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior (SO-OCB) terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan di PT XYZ, sebuah perusahaan transportasi. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berbasis skala Likert dari 84 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh masing-masing variabel terhadap komitmen organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, yang berarti pemberian otonomi dan tanggung jawab yang lebih besar dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan terhadap organisasi. Sebaliknya, self-efficacy dan SO-OCB tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan merupakan faktor kunci dalam membangun komitmen karyawan, dibandingkan faktor lainnya seperti keyakinan diri atau perilaku ekstra dalam layanan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi perusahaan transportasi untuk memprioritaskan pemberdayaan sebagai strategi utama dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. Namun, penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan, seperti cakupan yang terbatas pada karyawan PT XYZ, desain cross-sectional yang tidak dapat memberikan dinamika jangka panjang, serta variabel penelitian yang belum mencakup semua faktor yang relevan. Penelitian lanjutan disarankan untuk memperluas cakupan sektor industri, menggunakan desain longitudinal, dan menambahkan variabel seperti kepuasan kerja atau budaya organisasi untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis manajemen strategis pada Sinergis Jakarta, sebuah komunitas pemuda yang berkomitmen untuk membangun dan mengembangkan kota Jakarta. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam dan analisis strategis melalui matriks IFE, EFE, dan QSPM, penelitian ini bertujuan memahami dinamika internal dan eksternal organisasi. Dengan visi "Jakarta Baru, Jakarta Maju!", Sinergis Jakarta memperoleh skor faktor internal 2,95 dan faktor eksternal 2,94, menunjukkan karakteristik organisasi yang kuat dalam menghadapi tantangan. Analisis QSPM merekomendasikan strategi kolaborasi strategis dengan pemerintah/swasta sebagai pendekatan terbaik, dengan skor 6,60. Penelitian menyarankan penguatan struktur organisasi, diversifikasi pendanaan, dan pengembangan sistem evaluasi dampak untuk mendukung keberlanjutan dan efektivitas Sinergis Jakarta dalam menjalankan misinya.

Abstract

The present study aims to analyse the effect of pay satisfaction, benefits satisfaction, and occupational stress on hospital employees' turnover intention, with organisational commitment as the mediating variable. The study's background is rooted in the significance of employee retention in enhancing productivity and organisational sustainability. It also acknowledges the paucity of research that has concurrently examined the internal and external factors that influence turnover intention. The present study employs a conceptual framework that integrates the theories of job satisfaction, job stress, organisational commitment, and turnover theory. The results of the literature review demonstrate that satisfaction with salary and benefits is associated with increased organisational commitment and decreased turnover intention, while job stress is associated with decreased commitment and increased turnover intention. Organisational commitment has been demonstrated to play a significant mediating role in the relationship between salary satisfaction, benefits, job stress, and turnover intention. The findings of this study are expected to assist hospital organisations in the design of effective retention strategies by paying attention to aspects of compensation, benefits, the management of work stress, and the strengthening of organisational commitment, with a view to reducing turnover rates and increasing employee loyalty.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the aviation industry requires technical capability enhancement, innovative leadership, and employee agility to support technology-driven performance. This study examines the effects of digital leadership, digital capability, and employee dynamic capability on employee digital performance at PT Apex Aviation and PT Prima Air Charter. A quantitative approach using SEM-AMOS was applied to data from 100 ground handling staff. All five hypotheses were supported at the 99% confidence level: digital capability → dynamic capability (β = 0.390), digital leadership → digital capability (β = 0.450), dynamic capability → digital performance (β = 0.319), digital capability → digital performance (β = 0.367), and digital leadership → digital performance (β = 0.336). Findings highlight that successful digital transformation demands coordinated investment in technology, leadership development, and strengthening of dynamic capabilities to achieve superior digital performance in ground handling services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing Innovation Performance, consisting of several predictors. The research design applies hypothesis testing to examine the effects of Deliberate Innovation Practice, Opportunity Perception, and Platform Digitization Capability on Innovation Performance among employees of BCA Prioritas branches at KCU SCBD, BEJ, Senayan City, and Santa in South Jakarta. A quantitative research approach was employed. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the aid of AMOS 22 software. Prior to hypothesis testing, a goodness-of-fit test was conducted. The research findings indicate that Deliberate Innovation Practice, Opportunity Perception, and Platform Digitization Capability all have a positive influence on Innovation Performance. The novelty of this research lies in its focus on Innovation Performance within the banking sector, while previous studies have predominantly observed companies in the business and tourism sectors. Additionally, this study introduces Platform Digitization Capability as a rarely examined predictor.
