Abstract

The success and failure of a company is often determined by the important role of its human resources. There aremany factors that influence employee performance, including transformational leadership issues, job training and compensation. Likewise at Honeymoon Guesthouse Ubud, transformational leadership, job training and compensationare factors that can influence employee performance. There is attention and findings regarding the issues of transformational leadership, job training and compensation in an effort to improve and increase employee performance in accordance with the aim of this research to determine the influence of transformational leadership, jobtraining and compensation on employee performance at Honeymoon Guesthouse Ubud. The population in this study was 45 people. The number of samples in this study was 45 people. The sampling technique used is the saturated sample method. Data analysis in this study used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 application. The research results show that 1) Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employeeperformance at Honeymoon Guesthouse Ubud. 2) Job training has a positive and significant effect on employeeperformance at Honeymoon Guesthouse Ubud. 3) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Honeymoon Guesthouse Ubud.

Abstract

Good employee performance is a step towards achieving organizational goals, so efforts need to be made to improve employee performance. This research aims to determine the influence of leadership, motivation and organizational culture on employee performance. This research was conducted at Zahra Spa Nusa Dua. The sample in this study was 41 people who were employees of Zahra Spa Nusa Dua. The sampling method in this research is the saturated sampling method or census method. Data collection was carried out through observation, documentation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 26 program. Based on the results of the analysis, this research shows that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Zahra Spa Nusa Dua. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Zahra Spa Nusa Dua. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Zahra Spa Nusa Dua.

Abstract

A banking company is a company whose business activities are to receive cash and distribute it back in the form of credit in an effort to increase economic growth and equality and national economic stability which leads to increasing social welfare, this can reflect good company prospects in the eyes of investors. This research was conducted on banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample in this research was obtained using a purposive sampling technique, namely selecting samples using predetermined criteria. Based on this technique, 45 samples were obtained from a total of 47 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. The data analysis technique used in this research is the multiple linear regression analysis method. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that liquidity as proxied by the Current Ratio (CR) has no effect on company value. Solvency as proxied by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a negative and significant effect on company value. Profitability, which is proxied by Return On Assets (ROA), has a positive and significant effect on company value.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of participative leadership, motivation and work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted at Denpasar Coffee Ritual, Bali in East Denpasar District with a research sample of 37 respondents taken using saturated sampling techniques. All data obtained from the questionnaire distribution is suitable for use, then analyzed using multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing (t test and f test). The results of the research show that (1) Participative Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Denpasar Coffee Ritual, Bali, so that the better the Participative Leadership, the more Employee Performance at the Denpasar Coffee Ritual, Bali will increase (2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Performance Employees at the Denpasar Coffee Ritual, Bali so that the more motivation increases, the more employee performance at the Denpasar Coffee Ritual, Bali (3) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Denpasar Coffee Ritual, Bali, so that the greater the Work Discipline, the greater the performance. Employees at Ritual Kopi Denpasar, Bali.

Abstract

Employee performance is very important in the success of a company, one of which is by good leadership, providing employee job satisfaction and maintaining employee work competence. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership, job satisfaction and competence on the performance of PT. Padi Mandiri Valuta Denpasar. The location of this research was conducted at PT. Padi Mandiri Valuta Denpasar with a sample of 30 respondents. The sampling method used in this study is a nonprobability sampling method in the form of saturated sampling. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient test, F test and t test. The results of this study found that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance which means better leadership. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Competency has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Suggestions that can be given in this study are the leaders of PT. Padi Mandiri Valuta Denpasar in order to always be able to provide motivation or enthusiasm for all employees so that they can do work with maximum results, provide job training to employees, and provide traning in advance to prospective employees.

Abstract

Human resources are a very important element in the movement and progress of a organization. Employees who have the ability to carry out their duties and responsibilities well can help the organization to continue to develop. This research aims to determine the influence of organizational climate, competence and communication on employee performance at PT. Bali Santosa My Swing Bali Tourism. The population of this research is all employees at PT. Bali Santosa My Swing Bali Tourism consisted of 60 people, using the census method so that the entire population was sampled. The data sources in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used in this research include observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 26 program. Based on the analysis results, it shows that organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Competency has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of leadership, compensation, organizational culture on employee performance. This research was conducted at the Klungkung Regency National Land Agency with a research sample of 89 respondents who were taken using saturated sampling techniques. All data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires is feasible to use, then analyzed using multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing (t test and f test). The results showed that (1) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Klungkung Regency National Land Agency Office, so that the better the Leadership, the more employee performance will increase at the Klungkung Regency National Land Agency Office (2) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Klungkung Regency National Land Agency Office so that the more compensation increases, the more employee performance will increase at the Klungkung Regency National Land Agency Office (3) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Klungkung Regency National Land Agency Office, so that the better the Organizational Culture, the more employee performance will increase at the Klungkung Regency National Land Agency Office.

Abstract

The very tight competition in the current era of globalization means that many companies have to optimize their performance to be able to compete and survive in the business market. Implementing human resource management well can avoid various problems related to human resources. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the impact of work ethic, work performance, and career development on employee job satisfaction at PT. BPR Urban Bali. In this study, the population taken was all employees of PT. BPR Urban Bali. The sampling technique used was the census method. This was because the number of respondents was not too large, so a sample size of 38 respondents was obtained. Data was collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1–5. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that work ethic (X1), work performance (X2), and career development (X3) have a positive influence on employee job satisfaction at PT. BPR Urban Bali. With the results of hypothesis testing, H1: Work ethic has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (significance value 0.003 < 0.05). H2: Job performance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (significance value 0.023 <0.05). H3: Career development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (significance value 0.000 <0.05).

Abstract

Human resources have a major role in every activity. Without employee support, namely adequate human resources, company activities will not be able to run well. One of the factors that can influence employee performance is work motivation, individual characteristics and organizational climate. This research aims to determine work motivation, individual characteristics and organizational climate on employees performance PT. FIF Group Denpasar Branch. The research objects in this study are work motivation, individual characteristics and organizational climate on employee performance at PT. FIF Group Denpasar Branch. This research used a sample of 60 people. Sampling was carried out using saturated sampling, where the entire population was sampled. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the test results, it can be stated that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance which can be seen from the sig value of 0.005 < 0.05, so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance which can be seen from the sig value of 0.011 < 0.05, so that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance which can be seen from the sig value of 0.039 < 0.05, so that H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted.

Abstract

Profitability is a description of a company's ability to generate net profit from activities carried out in a company's accounting period to generate profits and measure the level of operational efficiency and efficiency in using its assets. This study aims to determine the Effect of Capital, Credit Risk and Liquidity on Profitability at LPDs in Gianyar District in 2020-2022. The sample in this study was LPDs in Gianyar District, totaling 38 LPDs that were still active from 2020-2022, then the data used in this study was secondary data obtained from annual financial reports. Determination of the sample using the purposive sampling method with a total sample of 114 samples. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Profitability has a significant positive effect on Profitability at LPDs in Gianyar District. Credit Risk has a significant negative effect on Profitability at LPDs in Gianyar District. Liquidity has a significant positive effect on Profitability at LPDs in Gianyar District.
