Abstract

Employee job satisfaction is a very important thing in the organization's efforts to achieve its goals, so it is important to pay attention to the factors that determine employee job satisfaction. Transformational leadership, occupational safety and health are independent variables that can affect employee job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, occupational safety and health on employee job satisfaction at PT. Tirta Investama Mambal in Badung Regency. This research was conducted at PT. Tirta Investama Mambal, having his address at Banjar Gumasih, Mambal Village, Abiansemal District, Badung Regency. The object of this research is transformational leadership, occupational safety and health and employee job satisfaction. The population in this study were employees of the production department at PT. Tirta Investama Mambal in Badung Regency in 2020 as many as 89 employees. Determination of the sample in this study using the saturated sample or census method is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. The number of samples as many as 89 employees of the production division of PT. Tirta Investama Mambal in Badung Regency, Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The result of the research is that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Tirta Investama Mambal in Badung Regency. Work safety has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Tirta Investama Mambal in Badung Regency. Occupational health has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Tirta Investama Mambal in Badung Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the implementation of Good Corporate Governance on the financial performance of banks. Financial performance is measured by return on equity (ROE). The type of research used is the type of quantitative and qualitative research. This study uses secondary data obtained from the annual reports of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 25 program. The results of this study indicate (1) the Board of Commissioners has no effect on the Financial Performance of the Bank. (2) The Board of Directors has a positive and significant effect on the Financial Performance of the Bank. (4) Institutional Ownership has an effect on negative on the Financial Performance of the Bank. (5) Managerial Ownership has no effect on the financial performance.

Abstract

In the era of increasingly fierce business competition, the performance of employees is required to continue to increase. One of the steps to maintain or improve employee performance can be done by evaluating employee performance and making a series of improvements to always improve the quality of the employee so that the company grows and excels in the competition, or at least can survive. This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of motivation, self-efficacy, and workload on employee performance at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Denpasar branch office. The methods used in this research are qualitative and quantitative methods. The number of samples used in this study was 45 using the saturated sampling method. Collecting data using observation, documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and (3) workload had a significant and negative effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The success and success of a company is largely determined by how the company manages its resources. The role of human resources in the company is a very vital factor to carry out functions and achieve company goals. Therefore, companies need to understand and treat employees appropriately. Employee job satisfaction is a phenomenon that is often encountered in a company and employee job satisfaction must also be a concern of the company. Low employee job satisfaction will affect the level of absenteeism, labor turnover, morale, complaints and other vital personnel problems. This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress, physical work environment, occupational safety and health on employee job satisfaction at CV. Bali Image Collection in Batubulan, Gianyar . The number of samples in this study were 46 employees of CV. Bali Image Collection in Batubulan, Gianyar. The sampling technique used in this study is the census/saturated method (saturated sample). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that job stress had a negative and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at CV. Bali Image Collection in Batubulan, Gianyar. While the physical work environment, occupational safety and health have a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction at CV. Bali Image Collection in Batubulan, Gianyar. These results indicate that employee job satisfaction in CV. Bali Image Collection In Batubulan, Gianyar must be maintained and cared for, especially related to work stress, physical work environment, and employee safety and health.

Abstract

Employee performance is an important thing for an organization because good employee performance will affect the progress or survival of an organization in achieving goals. The existing human resources in the company must be utilized as well as possible so that they are able to provide maximum results for the company and can improve the quality of human resources, namely by making every employee have good and quality performance. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, work environment and work culture on the performance of employees of PT. Raditya Dewata Enriches Gianyar Branch. The location of this research was conducted at PT. Raditya Dewata Enriches Gianyar Branch. This research is a quantitative research using primary data sources. Primary data used in the form of distributing questionnaires as many as 32 employees at PT. Raditya Dewata Enriches Gianyar Branch. The sampling technique in this research is saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the influence of leadership style, work environment and organizational culture had a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Raditya Dewata Enriches Gianyar Branch. The suggestions that can be given to further researchers who conduct similar research can use or add other independent variables and further researchers are advised to expand the object of research.

Abstract

Human resources are all the potentials possessed by humans in the form of thinking power, energy, skills, emotions, and other potentials that can be used effectively and efficiently to fulfill their own desires or to achieve organizational or company goals. Human resources are very vital organizational assets, therefore their roles and functions cannot be replaced by other resources. This study aims 1) to determine the effect of communication on employee performance, 2) to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance, and 3) to determine the effect of work climate on employee performance at Tjampuhan Hotel and Spa Ubud. This research was carried out at the Tjampuhan Hotel and Spa Ubud which is located at Jalan Raya Campuhan, Sayan, Ubud District, Gianyar Regency. The population used in this study were 70 employees at the Tjampuhan Hotel and Spa Ubud. Determination of the number of samples in this study was by the census method so that the entire population was sampled so that the number of samples in this study was 70 employees. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used in this study include observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Technique, which is equipped with validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test, determination, F test and t test. The results of the analysis show that partially and simultaneously communication, emotional intelligence and work climate have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Tjampuhan Hotel and Spa Ubud. Suggestions that can be given from the results of this study are company management should communicate directly or face to face when carrying out work so that the message conveyed can be well received, besides that employees should be able to delay pleasure before completing the assigned task and employees should be able to solve problems without involving other people.

Abstract

Kindergarten as an educational institution that develops early childhood skills, of course, must pay attention to the satisfaction of parents who send their children to Kartika Mandala Kindergarten. Because parents' satisfaction with the results of education in kindergarten as a provider of educational services will later determine the number of new student admissions. This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of service quality, price perception, and trust on the satisfaction of parents of students at Kartika Mandala Kindergarten Denpasar. The population in this study was parents of students at Kartika Mandala Kindergarten in the last 5 years, from 2016 to 2020 a total of 277 students. The sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling so that 56 people were used as samples. The analytical tool used is multiple linear analysis, classical assumption test, t test, and F test. The results of this study indicate that service quality, price perception, and trust have a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of parents of students at Kartika Mandala Kindergarten Denpasar. It is recommended to Kartika Mandala Kindergarten Denpasar to further improve the handling of complaints from parents of students, which can be used as input and suggestions to realize better services in the future.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, telecommunications plays a very important and strategic role in social life. Through communication technology, the community can exchange information remotely in a relatively fast and efficient time. The purpose of this study was to determine and explain the effect of brand trust and brand image on the buying interest of IndiHome consumers in Gianyar. The population in this study are consumers17,250 units using IndiHome in Gianyar in 2020. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents using the purposive sampling method, data collection using a Likert scale questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression test. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the t test. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of brand trust and brand image on the buying interest of IndiHome consumers in Gianyar.

Abstract

Realizing how important work motivation and work loyalty are in an effort to improve employee performance, the General Section of the Gianyar Regency Regional Secretariat with all its limitations tries to implement the program. There are concerns and findings regarding the problem of work motivation and work loyalty in an effort to improve and improve employee performance in accordance with the purpose of this study to determine the effect of work motivation and work loyalty on employee performance at the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Gianyar Regency. The sampling technique used the saturated sampling technique with a total sample of 43 employees. Data analysis in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis which data processing is assisted by using the IBM SPSS Statistic 25 application. The results showed that 1) Work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the General Section of the Gianyar Regency Regional Secretariat 2) Work loyalty had a positive and significant impact on employee performance in the General Section of the Gianyar Regency Regional Secretariat. Suggestions that can be given to agencies include: to the leadership of the General Section of the Gianyar Regency Regional Secretariat providing opportunities for employees to attend training and seminars, create more working relationships between employees and superiors and fellow employees in one section or with other sections, in Placement of employees should be adjusted between positions with employee education and pay attention to the accuracy of employee work by carrying out existing work standards / SOPs properly and firmly.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) is a major factor in achieving company goals. One of the important roles of human resources in a company is to synergize other company resources such as humans, machines, money, methods, and materials. So the company will achieve its goals. Employee performance is the result of work achieved by a person or group of people in an organization or company, according to their respective authorities and responsibilities in the context of achieving company goals. The factors that influence employee performance in this study are work discipline, job satisfaction, incentives. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, job satisfaction, incentives on employee performance at the Grand Zuri Kuta Hotel. The population in this study were all employees of the Grand Zuri Kuta Hotel with a total of 58 employees. Samples were taken using a saturated or census sample, so that will be used as a sample in this study is the entire population taken, namely a total of 58 employees. Data collection methods used in this study are observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaire methods. This study used multiple regression analysis techniques with the SPSS version 24 for windows analysis tool. The results showed that partially work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Variables of work discipline, job satisfaction, incentives jointly affect employee performance.
