Abstract

AM Farm is one of the egg-laying chicken businesses in Abiansemal District, Badung Regency, Bali and was established at the end of 2020 located in Br. Sukajati, Taman Village, Abiansemal District, Badung, Bali. The tight competition for egg-laying chickens has raised many questions for researchers about how to implement the marketing mix used by AM Farm in order to survive and compete in the increasingly rapid marketing world. The purpose of this researcher is to describe and implement the 7P marketing mix reviewed from the marketing mix aspect at AM Farm. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that AM Farm implements a 7P marketing mix strategy which includes product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence. Chicken eggs AM Farm produces red chicken eggs with 5 size categories, starting from pearl eggs (the smallest size available only when chickens are just starting/learning to lay eggs), small eggs, medium/regular eggs, large eggs, super/jumbo eggs. AM Farm determines prices through market price observations that are adjusted to market segmentation and based on the strategic level of the location. The promotional strategy used is word of mouth, direct marketing and social media. AM Farm has implemented its business until now because it can implement aspects of the marketing mix strategy and continues to innovate so that its business can grow and survive.

Abstract

Human resources are an important factor in controlling the progress or decline of a company. One of the factors that influences a company's success is employee performance. Based on the results of observations and interviews conducted with several employees of PT. BPR Sari Jaya Sedana found a problem that employee performance was not able to provide maximum results. This can be seen from the existence of several employees who are less able to achieve the given work targets. Therefore, this research was carried out to determine the effect of work training, motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. BPR Sari Jaya Sedana. The population in this study were all employees at PT BPR Sari Jaya Sedana, the number of employees was 30 people. The sample selection method used was a saturated sampling technique (census), where all members of the population were sampled, so the total sample used was 30 people. The types of data used in this research are quantitative data and qualitative data, while the data sources use primary data and secondary data. This research uses a number of data collection methods consisting of observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data that has been collected is processed using the SPSS version 25.0 for Window program. To analyze the data, five methods were used which included research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, determination coefficient tests (R2), and also the t statistical test. The results of this research show that (1) job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that if job training increases, the performance of PT BPR Sari Jaya Sedana employees will also increase. (2) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that if motivation increases, the performance of PT BPR Sari Jaya Sedana employees will also increase and (3) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that if work discipline increases, the performance of PT BPR Sari Jaya Sedana employees will also increase.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on gaps in the results of previous research (research gaps). Apart from that, there is also a research problem regarding the fluctuation of employee absenteeism from January to December 2022. This research aims to explain the influence of job satisfaction, organizational communication and work environment on employee performance at Kamaniiya Hotel Petitenget. The research population was all employees of the Kamaniiya Hotel Petitenget. The sample in this study was 48 respondents taken using saturated sampling techniques. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is multiple regression. The research results show that job satisfaction, organizational communication and the work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Kamaniiya Hotel Petitenget. Suggestions for further research can develop this research by adding other variables.

Abstract

Employee performance is a work result achieved by a person in carrying out the tasks assigned to him which is based on skill, experience, seriousness and time. There is a decline in employee performance because one of the leadership functions in terms of evaluation is not carried out well, the work environment is less supportive and high work stress. This research aims to determine the influence of leadership, work environment and work stress on the performance of UD employees. Kencana Lestari Denpasar. The population in this study were all UD employees. Kencana Lestari Denpasar numbers 40 people. The sample was determined using a saturated sampling technique with a sample size of 40 people. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, determination analysis and t test. The test results show that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at UD. Kencana Lestari Denpasar. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at UD. Kencana Lestari Denpasar. Job Stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at UD. Abstract

This research evaluates the influence of servant leadership, work discipline, and job satisfaction on employeeperformance at PT BFI Finance Denpasar Branch. The research used a total sampling technique, involving 36 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression produced findings that servant leadership, work discipline, and job satisfaction positively and significantly influence employee performance. The application of good servant leadership contributes to increased performance, as does a high level of work discipline. Job satisfaction has also been proven to have apositive impact on employee performance, showing that satisfied employees tend to provide better performance. Research limitations focus on specific variables, and suggestions for improvement include leadership style, work discipline, andpromotion policies. Thus, corrective actions are expected to significantly improve employee performance at PT BFI FinanceDenpasar Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, work discipline and motivation on employee performance at PT. Vagabond Solutions Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative, the population in this study is all employees at PT. Vagabond Solusi Indonesia totaled 32 people. The sampling technique used is the Saturated Sampling Technique, where all populations in this study are sampled. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that organizational culture, work discipline and motivation had a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Vagabond Solutions Indonesia. The researcher suggested to the next researcher that they could develop research in terms of adding independent variables, where this step was carried out with the aim of providing other influences when testing dependent variables or employee performance variables. Variables that can be suggested include: suitability of compensation, work environment, internal control system and others.

Abstract

Quality human resources also determine high or low employee performance for the organization to achieve its goals. There are many factors that influence employee performance, including work ethic, work motivation and work discipline. Likewise at the Srinadi Klungkung Market Cooperative, work ethic, work motivation and work discipline are factors that can influence employee performance. There is attention and findings regarding the issues of work ethic, work motivation and work discipline in an effort to improve and enhance employee performance in accordance with the aim of this research to determine the influence of work ethic, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Klungkung Srinadi Market Cooperative. The population in this study was 250 people. The number of samples in this study was 72 people. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling. Data analysis in this study used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 application. The research results show that: 1) Work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Srinadi Klungkung Market Cooperative. 2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Srinadi Klungkung Market Cooperative. 3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Srinadi Klungkung Market Cooperative.

Abstract

Digital printing is a modern printing technology that utilizes computers to directly print digital images onto physical surfaces, commonly referred to as printers. A study conducted at CV. Bali Stars Promosindo, Gatot Subroto Denpasar, investigates the influence of service quality, product quality, and customer experience on purchasing decisions. Data collection involved distributing questionnaires to 90 respondents, analyzed through multiple linear regression analysis. Results indicate that service quality significantly impacts purchasing decisions, suggesting improved service quality leads to increased purchases at CV. Bali Stars Promosindo. Similarly, product quality positively affects decisions, indicating higher product quality correlates with increased purchases. Enhanced customer experience also positively influences purchasingdecisions, suggesting improved experiences lead to increased purchases. Respondents recommend focusing on timely serviceand enhancing employee product knowledge. Future research should explore meeting and surpassing customer expectations for product quality and ensuring defect-free products for improved customer experience. Emphasizing employee responsiveness through training and strategic exploration can further boost purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Employee performance is the result of work, both quality and quantity, produced by the employee or the real behavior displayed in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. The factors that influence employee performance in this research are work motivation, work ability and leadership style. This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation, work ability and leadership style on performance at The St. Regis Bali Resort. The population in this study were all employees at The St. Regis Bali Resort, numbering 341 people. Determining the number of samples using a purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 77 employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that work motivation, work ability and leadership style have a positive and significant effect on employees at The St. Regis Bali Resort.

Abstract

The Share returns in five manufacturing companies experienced a decline. This is indicated by the stock returns obtained by the two companies which are not good, with a decrease in the percentage of stock returns which will influence investment decisions in this sector. This is due to a decline in banking company stock returns in 2021, one of which is caused by the decline in share prices. This research aims to determine the influence of interest rates, inflation and exchange rates on stock returns of banking companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2022. The location of this research was carried out at banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2022. The data type used quantitative data and qualitative data. The data source uses secondary data sources. The population of this research is all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2022. The data collection method uses observation and documentation data. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression tests. The research results show that interest rates, inflation and exchange rates have no effect on stock returns.
