A supply chain based on technology is very important in Industry 4.0. Unfortunately, several manufacturing companies have not been using optimally this technology. However, big manufacturing companies are. This paper proposes a solution providing good insight based on the digital supply chain. The aim of this study is to provide acceptable digital supply chain implementation, especially for manufacturing companies which still not using the technology in their supply chain process. This research used RBV theory in order to compare the prior study with the current situation. In this research, all the variable studies are positively affecting the supply chain performance. In this study, the implementation of digital supply chain can improve supply chain performance by combining with supply chain quality management practices. Especially with Supply chain agility as a mediating process.

This research on plans to take a gander at monetary reports with respect to the improvement of exhibition of agribusiness organizations recorded on the Indonesia Stock Trade throughout recent years from 2018 to 2022 utilizing Current Ratio (CR), Quick Ratio (CR), Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Assets (ROA),, Return On Equity (ROE), Total Assets Turnover (TATO) Fixed Assets Turnover (FATO),. Overall, the research reveals that agricultural companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange have varying financial ratios, with some having very high ratios and others having very low ratios.

The purpose of this study is to examine how situational leadership styles and job satisfaction impact employee performance at TB. Santia Jaya Karawang. The research method employed a quantitative approach involving 60 employees from TB. Santia Jaya Karawang as the study sample, utilizing a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with F and t-tests, with a significance level of 5%. The research findings indicate that situational leadership style (X1) significantly influences employee performance at TB. Santia Jaya Karawang, with a t-table value (2.735 > 2.002) or t-statistic > t-table. Additionally, it was revealed that job satisfaction (X2) partially affects employee performance at TB. Santia Jaya Karawang, with a t-table value (3.956 > 2.002) or t-statistic > t-table. Overall, situational leadership styles and job satisfaction collectively impact employee performance (Y), as indicated by an F-value of 21.509 > 3.16. Therefore, the combined effect of situational leadership styles and job satisfaction on employee performance at TB. Santia Jaya Karawang is 43%, while the remaining 57% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

The implication for Mahalona Kopi is that it needs to design more competitive marketing strategies and offer products or services to potential markets. This research aims to formulate a marketing strategy for Mahalona Kopi and take advantage of opportunities and overcome challenges so that the coffee shop business can continue to operate and generate profits. The data processing method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, with the analysis process using SWOT analysis. Data sources include primary data and secondary data, obtained through direct observation and in-depth interviews related to opportunities and challenges in the coffee shop business. The matrix results show that Mahalona Kopi is in cell IV (Grow and Build). The appropriate strategy for this cell position at Mahalona Kopi is an intensive strategy, such as market penetration, product development, and market development.

Es Teh Tali Pinggir is a beverage business that is quite popular with many people, because the price is affordable and refreshing when drunk. This business venture already has many branches, one of which is located in Teluk Jambe Karawang. The aim of this research is to understand the influence of taste and service quality on customer satisfaction. The analytical method used includes a quantitative approach. The target sample is customers who are buying products from Es Teh Tali Pinggir. The samples collected were 96 people and the samples were determined using the lemeshow sampling technique. The data collection technique for this research is to use questionnaire data collection which is filled out by Es Teh Tali Pinggir customers. Based on research findings, research on taste has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, while research on service quality also has a positive and significant influence. In addition, research on the combined influence of taste and service quality has been proven to have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. This research shows that customer satisfaction with Es Teh Tali Pinggir is more influenced by taste.

Cafe is one of the business places that has increasingly developed in recent years, one of which is Cafe Gusta and Co in Karawang. The aim of this research is to determine the appropriate marketing strategy position in developing the Gusta and Co cafe through social media to survive and compete with other business actors in the current digital era. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, using SWOT analysis, IFAS and EFAS analysis, quadrants and SWOT matrix. By conducting interviews with the Gusta and Co cafe manager and 7 consumers to provide assessments on the questionnaire via Google form. The results show that Cafe Gusta and Co is in quadrant II, namely being in a strategic diversification position as a strategy that can be carried out by utilizing its strengths to face threats, such as its location strategy, having a spacious and modern place, good quality and taste, this can be and is maintained for attracting a lot of new consumer interest as well as efforts to increase sales.

Coffee shops, as retail establishments that specialize in offering various types of coffee and related beverages, play an important role in meeting consumers' growing needs for a unique and quality coffee experience. This study aims to analyze the effect of self-service service system and store atmosphere on customer satisfaction at Dali Coffee Shop in Karawang. This research uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to customers who visit the store. This study uses a sampling technique that uses non-probability sampling techniques with a purposive sampling approach, namely purposive sampling by determining the number of respondents as many as 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the self service system and store atmosphere have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The conclusion in this study is that the variables of self service system and store atmosphere have a good influence simultaneously on customer satisfaction at Dali Coffee Shop.

Fashion trends that develop every year create different consumer behavior every year. Sneakers, which are included in fashion, are currently increasing their market expansion. The researcher's aim is to find out how much influence country of origin and consumer motivation have on purchasing decisions for local brand sneakers, quantitative methods with descriptive and verification are used in this study. This study applies purposive sampling techniques from a specific population. The Hair et all formula is used as a formula for calculating the sample size. The SPSS application is used by researchers as a multiple linear regression analysis tool. The final results of this study are shown by the country of origin variable which has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and the same is the case with the consumer motivation variable which has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of this research show that the variables of country of origin and consumer motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.

The development of the sharia economy in Indonesia has not been carried out optimally, even though based on The Sate of Global Islamic Report (SGIE) 2023/2024 report, Indonesia is ranked 3rd out of several OIC countries which look at various aspects of the sharia economic and financial market sector as well as the halal value chain.. Therefore, in this research, a study was carried out on strategies for utilizing digital technology in the effectiveness of sharia economic and financial education and literacy in the city of Bandung. The number of respondents from this research was 481 people using the technique of distributing questionnaires and in-depth interviews. This research uses the TOWS approach or analysis. The results of this research show that the use of digital technology to increase understanding of sharia economics and finance can be optimized through a combination of "SO", "WO", "ST" and "WT" strategies. This strategy is obtained by combining internal and external potential or by filling each other's deficiencies with existing potential.

This research was conducted to see the influence of financial literacy and financial attitudes on the financial management of UBP Karawang management students moderated by gender. This type of research is quantitative research where there is theory testing. The population in this study were 2020-2021 UBP Karawang management students totaling 897 students. The sample was 109 people representing UBP management students. The method used is purposive sampling. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires via Gform. The analysis technique used is moderated regression analysis. The results of this research are that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial management. Financial attitudes can significantly influence the financial management of UBP Karawang management students. Financial literacy and financial attitudes simultaneously influence the financial management of UBP Karawang management students. Gender cannot moderate the influence of financial literacy towards the financial management of UBP Karawang management students, gender is unable to moderate the influence of financial attitudes on the financial management of UBP Karawang management students.
