Abstract

This research aims to understand and analyze the influence of brand image, word of mouth and service quality on purchasing decisions (Study on consumers of Keppo Resto Walikukun Ngawi). Keppo Resto Walikukun, Ngawi is the place for this research. This research uses quantitative methodology. This research was conducted for four months. The population in this study were all consumers of Keppo Resto Walikukun Ngawi. The sample in this study consisted of 100 respondents. This research uses probability Sampling. The research results show that brand image, product diversity and service quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Keppo Resto Walikukun Ngawi. based on the results of the coefficient of determination test, brand image, word of mouth and service quality influence purchasing decisions at Keppo Resto Walikukun Ngawi with variables in the model amounting to 10.6%, while the remaining variables amounting to 89.4% are influenced by other factors not taken into account in this research .

Abstract

i Currently, outsourcing is widely used intentionally to reduce labor costs with the protection and working conditions provided being far below what should be given. The role of outsourcing companies as facilitators in the distribution of labor becomes crucial in connecting job seekers with various available job vacancies. The purpose of this research is to understand the recruitment, selection, and distribution processes as well as to evaluate the performance of these workers at PT. Fumakilla Indonesia. This study uses a Descriptive Qualitative methodology by conducting interviews, observations, and documentation of the research data. The company has a minimum age requirement of 24 years, and the selection process itself involves several tests, namely a written test, a speed test, and an interview. After passing, an agreement letter from the company is made as proof of acceptance for work. Then, once the employees start working, their performance will be monitored to see whether their performance is satisfactory.

Abstract

Human resources are an achievement or advantage for an agency, with good human resources, the agency's achievement is good and benefits. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive methods. In this study the results obtained by researchers show that the performance of the majalaya police crime unit is less than optimal in achieving the targets of various cases that occur in the majalaya police jurisdiction, which is caused by the quantity and quality of the members of the crime unit itself.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility and Good Corporate Governance on the financial performance of technology sector companies listed on the IDX with earnings management as a mediating variable in the 2019-2022 period. The type of research used is a quantitative approach. The number of samples in this study were 13 companies with 4 years of observation period selected using purposive sampling method. The analysis and hypothesis testing used is PLS-SEM using SmartPLS software. The results showed that CSR and GCG variables were able to influence financial performance and earnings management. Earnings management variables cannot affect the company's financial performance. Earnings management cannotmediate the relationship between CSR and GCG on financial performance. The conclusion of this study is that bothCSR and GCG play an important role in improving the company's financial performance. Companies committed tosocial responsibility and good governance mechanisms tend to be financially healthier. On the other hand,earnings management practices are often practiced but do not have a significant impact on financial performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality, product quality, and location on customer satisfaction at Piknik Coffee Eatery Purbalinga. The sample in this study was 110 customers of Piknik Coffee Eatery Purbalingga. This research applies a quantitative approach with a questionnaire as data collection. Purposive sampling was implemented as a sampling technique, with criteria 1). Purbalingga people who have visited Piknik Coffee Eatery at least 2 times and 2). Minimum age 17 years. Multiple linear regression technique using SPSS version 25 software. The results of this research show that Service Quality has no positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and Location has no effect on customer satisfaction of Piknik Coffee Eatery Purbalinga.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of product quality, brand image and price perception on customer satisfaction of Xiaomi HP in Jepara Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents with the sampling method using Non probability Sampling technique and using google form as a medium with a questionnaire method. This research analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research instrument test show that all indicators are valid and all variables are reliable. Based on multiple regression analysis obtained results: (1) product quality has no significant effect on customer satisfaction (2) brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (3) price perception has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze the influence of leader member exchange and job characteristics on performance mediated by job satisfaction in the General Subdivision Personnel of the Semarang Police Academy. The population used in this research was personnel serving in the General Sub-Section of the Semarang Police Academy, totaling 140 people. The sampling method in this research used a census. The data analysis technique uses regression using the SPSS program and the Sobel test. The results of this research can be concluded that LMX has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. LMX has no effect on personnel performance. Job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on performance. Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance. Based on the results of the Sobel test, it is proven that job satisfaction mediates the influence of LMX on performance. Likewise, job satisfaction mediates the influence of job characteristics on performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the factors that influence Taste, Packgaging, Price and Innovation on Teh Desa Purchase Intention among Students in Purwokerto. This type of research is a quantitative method. In data collection techniques, researchers used surveys and distributed questionnaires in Purwokerto. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a research sample of 153 respondents. The results of this study show that Taste has a positive effect on Teh Desa Purchase Intention among Students in Purwokerto, Packgaging has a positive effect on Teh Desa Purchase Intention among Students in Purwokerto, Price has no effect on Teh Desa Purchase Intention among Students in Purwokerto and Innovation has no effect on Teh Desa Purchase Intention among Students in Purwokerto.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the partial and simultaneous influence between work discipline and work environment on the performance of employees of the Karawang Regency Youth Education and Sports Office. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The study population consisted of 80 employees of the Karawang Regency Youth Education and Sports Office, using a saturated sample sampling technique, where the entire population became the research sample. Data analysis was carried out using the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, and Hypothesis Test using the t Test (Partial) and F Test (Simultaneous). The results of this study indicate that there is a partial influence between work discipline and the work environment of the Service with a t table value (7.386> 1.991). There is also a partial influence between the work environment and employee performance with a t table value (2.629> 1991). In addition, the level of employee performance is jointly influenced by work discipline and work environment. This can be seen from the calculated F value (59.873> 2.72.) The magnitude of the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Youth and Sports Education Office is 60.9%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and individual characteristics on employee performance. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The population of this study consisted of 40 employees of the Karawang Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency. The sample of this study used a saturated sampling method, the entire population in this study was sampled. Data analysis was carried out using validity test, reliability test, normality test and hypothesis testing using t test (partial) and f test (simultaneous). The results of this study indicate that there is a partial influence between work discipline and employee performance with a value of 3,557. there is also a partial influence between individual characteristics and employee performance with a value of 2,341. The level of employee performance is jointly influenced by work discipline and individual characteristics. This can be seen from the F-count value of 49,707 which is greater than 2.85. Employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency is influenced by individual characteristics and work discipline by 72.9%.
