Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of digital disruption on consumer preferences in product or service selection. This study utilizes the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) model. The results indicate that digital disruption significantly affects consumer preferences. Changes in consumer behavior triggered by digital advancements, such as the ease of shopping through online platforms, are crucial factors influencing consumer preferences. However, in this context, the influence of price on consumer preferences is not significant. Although important, price is not the primary factor in purchasing decisions, as other factors such as product quality, service, and halal labeling have a greater influence. Halal certification is also an important consideration for consumers, as it reflects values of halalness and cleanliness that are deemed important. This study provides valuable insights for businesses in understanding the impact of digital disruption on consumer behavior and implementing appropriate marketing strategies to enhance consumer preferences.

Abstract

In this era of intense competition, laundry businesses do their best to satisfy their customers so that they are not disappointed and meet their expectations. The urgency of this research aims to analyze the influence of service quality, price and business location on customer satisfaction. The population of this research is customers of Kurnia Laundry Sleman, using the Slovin method, the sample in the study was 100 people. The analysis method uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The research results found that service quality, price and business location together had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Partially, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Location has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The contribution of the results of this research is that Kurnia Laundry Sleman should re-evaluate its pricing policy considering that price variables have no influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy used by managers to face competition in coffee shops in Sidoarjo using the Blue Ocean Strategy Approach. In this study, the method used was a qualitative descriptive approach. Qualitative descriptive research has the objective of describing, illustrating, and explaining in greater depth the problem being observed. In qualitative research, the main subject of research is human beings, and the results of this research are manifested in the form of words appropriate to the field situation. The results of this research through the E-R-R-C scheme set for Labuda Kopi are as follows: First, in the step to eliminate, the menu of Honey Spices Lime and Honey Spices Flower Tea is abolished. Then, in the subtract step, the price of the product that has been set will be reduced. Furthermore, in the step of upgrading, Labuda Kopi will add stands with shade, improve marketing strategies, and increase the facilities provided. Finally, in the creation step, Labuda Kopi will create new distinctive coffee variants and also create a new set menu.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to see the influence of celebrity endorsers and product advertising on Scarlett Whitening brand awareness. The selected population is Scarlett Whitening users in Surabaya and have purchased and used Scarlett whitening products. The sample was taken from 100 respondents who were consumers of Scarlett whitening products in Surabaya. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach. The type of research is associative research with a quantitative approach. Hypothesis testing includes Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, t Test, f Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The research results show that celebrity endorsers and product advertisements simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on brand awareness by obtaining a fcount of 19.866. Meanwhile, partially, the two independent variables have a positive and significant effect on brand awareness by obtaining Celebrity Endorser tcount of 4.546 and product advertising tcount of 4.431.

Abstract

After in-depth study, it can be concluded that Taqiyuddin an-Nabhani put forward several regulations regarding the rental of agricultural land. It requires every agricultural land owner to manage the land optimally and prohibits renting out agricultural land for rent in the form of food or produce from the land. Apart from that, he also prohibits renting out land for a third or a quarter of the proceeds. On the other hand, Yusuf al-Qaradawi also has a similar view. According to him, every land owner should manage his own land. He prohibits renting out land for money, dirhams or dinars, both in the long and short term. In terms of differences between the two opinions, the aspect of renting agricultural land lies in the muzara'ah contract. Taqiyuddin an-Nabhani is legally prohibited from renting agricultural land with a muzara'ah agreement. Meanwhile, Yusuf al-Qaradawi rented agricultural land with a muzara'ah agreement, which was permitted with the encouragement of ta'awun. These two figures have their own special features in exploring these thoughts. The hadith used by each figure has strengths and weaknesses. Taqiyuddin an-Nabhani is based on the istinban method carried out by Taqiyuddin an-Nabhani using the arguments of the Al-Qur'an, As-Sunnah, ijma friends and Qiyas as one of his ijtihad methods. On the other hand, Yusuf al-Qaradawi also used hadith, but he also used qiyas as his method. It can be concluded that these two scholars expressed their opinions in the context of leasing agricultural land which is relevant for farming communities in Indonesia. It is hoped that the implementation of this law can create justice in the rental system, avoid chaos, and pay attention to the benefit of the Indonesian people from a political perspective. However, from the perspective of other scholars, they actually allow rental transactions for agricultural land based on the quality of the strength of this argument.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze work discipline and work motivation at the Regional Revenue Management Center of Karawang Regency. This research method uses qualitative methods with descriptive explanations. The data analysis techniques in this research are collecting information, reducing data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research prove that there are still many employees who are still late when they are absent due to a lot of work, so those who are absent from going home through the application are forgotten and the application does not yet have a notification feature. Enforcing discipline is an effort to improve employee performance. Meanwhile, the motivation is quite good, given enthusiasm and always carried out evaluations every morning before starting work by the leadership, however there are still some employees who are still less motivated. However, according to Mr. Rian as the head of the center, every employee needs time to be motivated.

Abstract

The increasing development of MSMEs in Karawang Regency is a challenge in business competition. Roti Bakar Family, founded in 2016, was faced with the need to formulate an effective marketing strategy. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods with a focus on the implementation of digital marketing in the UMKM Roti Bakar Family Branch in Puseur Jaya Village, Karawang, using questionnaires, interviews and observations. This research uses SWOT analysis with primary and secondary data to identify business strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The analysis results show that Roti Bakar Family is in Quadrant I, supporting an aggressive strategy with environmental opportunities and external forces. Companies can leverage social media, online promotions, and technological innovations to increase customer visibility and engagement. Therefore, an effective digital marketing strategy will be the key to strengthening Roti Bakar Family's position in the competitive Karawang Regency MSME market.

Abstract

This study's objective was to investigate effects of competency and instruction in worker accomplishment, particularly at Dewi Sri Karawang Hospital. Using a sample of 79 respondents, quantitative approaches were used to conduct this study. To determine training, competency, and its effect on performance, a The data was collected using the survey approach . After that, the survey data were examined using the multiple linear analysis approach, with employee performance (Y) serving as the dependent variable and training (X1) and competency (X2) serving as the independent variables. According to the study's findings, competency and training significantly affect how well employees work at Dewi Sri Karawang Hospital. Competency, however, has a stronger effect than training, since training scored 3.181 with an average of 318 on good criteria; Competency obtained a score of 3.352 with an average of 325 on good criteria; and performance obtained a score of 3.175 with an average of 317 on good criteria. This research also has implications for how Dewi Sri Karawang Hospital must pay more attention to the level of training and competency to improve and enhance the quality of performance, especially in terms of community services.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate the influence of compensation and workload on employee turnover intention at the antique sports center. This type of study applies quantitative with a population consisting of all employees of the Antic Sport Center, namely forty-five and a sample consisting of all employees of the Antic Sport Center, namely forty-five. The technique of sampling in this research uses a saturated sample, namely, all members of the population are sampled. Saturated sampling is often carried out when the population is relatively small, namely less than thirty people. The data collection technique used was questionnaires and observations of Antic Sport Center employees. In this study, the data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis, the data analysis of which is performed using the SPSS application program. Referring to the study results, the variable of compensation indivdiually has a negative and insignificant affect on turnover intention at the antique sports center, meaning that when compensation is low, employee turnover intention will increase. The partial workload variable on turnover intention at the Antic Sport Center has a significant positive influence. This means that when the workload is high, the level of employee turnover intention increases, and simultaneously the compensation and workload variables on turnover intention at the Antic Sport Center have a significantly positive influence, meaning this reveals that the compensation and workload variables simultaneously will increase employee turnover intention.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the marketing mix, which consists of price, location, product and promotion, on boycott decisions. Researchers used primary and secondary data collected through questionnaires and journal reference literature studies. A descriptive verification approach was used for data collection. To test the validity of 30 respondents from the total Gen Z population in the Karawang area, totaling 662,460 people, a sampling technique of 100 respondents was used using the Slovin method. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis, which was carried out with the SPSS 25 program. The results obtained were that the boycott decision was not influenced by product variables, the boycott decision was not influenced by price variables, the boycott decision was not influenced by place variables and the boycott decision was influenced by promotion variables. From the results of the simultaneous test analysis, the marketing mix (place, promotion, product, price) influences the boycott decision by 4.5%.
