Abstract

This study aims to observe the effect of Inflation, BI-7 Day (Reverse) Repo Rate, and Rupiah Exchange Rate (IDR/USD) on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) Stock Price Index simultaneously and partially. This type of research is associative research with a quantitative approach. The data used in this study are secondary in nature obtained from official sources online in the form of monthly summary reports. The research population consists of monthly time series data totaling 60 samples from the period July 2018 to June 2023. The analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with the F test and t test. The research findings show that simultaneously, the three variables have a significant impact on the Share Price Index in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) with the F test value revealing findings that exceed the critical value of Ftabel by 30.860 ≥ 2.77. Partially, the Inflation variable (X1) has a positive and significant impact with a t-test value that exceeds the critical value of t table of 3.021 ≥ 2.003, the BI-7 Day (Reverse) Repo Rate variable (X2) also shows a positive and significant impact with a t-test value that exceeds the critical value of t table of 4, 791 ≥ 2.003, while the Rupiah Exchange Rate (IDR/USD) (X3) variable has a negative and significant impact on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) Stock Price Index (Y) with a t-test value that exceeds the critical value of the t table of -6.760 ≤ -2.003.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of halal labels, price and service quality on drug purchasing decisions among students at the Tazkia Bogor Islamic Institute. Considering that the majority of Indonesia's population is Muslim, the halal label is an important factor in product purchasing decisions, including medicines. This research uses quantitative methods by collecting primary data through questionnaires distributed to 125 students. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. The research results show that the three variables, namely halal label, price, and service quality, have a significant influence on drug purchasing decisions. The halal label gives consumers confidence that the product is safe and in accordance with Islamic law, competitive prices influence consumer perceptions of product value, and good service quality increases consumer satisfaction and trust. Based on these findings, it is recommended that drug manufacturers increase halal certification, set competitive prices, and improve service quality to meet the needs and preferences of Muslim consumers, so as to increase competitiveness in the drug market

Abstract

Currently, technology & information is experiencing rapid development due to the technology-aware behavior of society. With the development of technology today, all aspects of life require assistance from technology. This includes businesses in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to determine whether content marketing and brand awareness in the city of Surabaya influence the purchase decision of Freshchubs perfume products. The sample in this study consisted of people in the city of Surabaya aged 17 years and above who have purchased Freshchubs products, totaling 78 respondents, using the purposive sampling method. The questionnaire method was used as the data collection method in this study. From the 78 respondents, it is shown that content marketing and brand awareness have a positive influence and significant on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Although an increase in investments can have an impact on a nation's economic growth, it is impossible to forecast a nation's future economic circumstances or obstacles. This research examines how the Indonesia Stock currency Composite Index (IHSG) is affected by foreign currency rates, inflation, and the BI Rate (Bank Indonesia Rate) between 2018 and 2022. Saturated sampling is used to select a sample size of 60 data points for each variable from the 60 monthly closing price data of IHSG collected over the last five years, using secondary data from official online business and financial portals. To assess how these macroeconomic factors affect the IHSG, the study uses1multiple linear1regression1analysis. The1findings show1that the IHSG is impacted by all three variables at the same time. However, the foreign exchange rate has no discernible effect1on the IHSG, but inflation and the BI Rate alone have a large impact. The1relationship between1macroeconomic variables1and Indonesia's stock1market performance is better understood thanks to these findings.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and describe the implementation of the E-Peken Application in the City of Surabaya in an effort to empower MSMEs after the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This research data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this study consisted of 6 informants, namely 2 related agencies, 2 MSMEs and 2 ASN. Data validation was carried out through triangulation of sources, techniques and time and then analyzed through data analysis techniques, namely data collection, data presentation, drawing conclusions and data condensation. To find out the extent of the implementation of the E-Peken application in the city of Surabaya, this research uses the results of studies and research from the Harvard JFK School of Government, namely elements of success which include support, capacity and value. The results of observations and interviews with several informants show that the implementation of the E-Peken Application in the City of Surabaya in an effort to empower MSMEs is going well. In its implementation, there are still several problems with the infrastructure where several features in the E-Peken Application still need to be added and developed further. The Surabaya City Government, especially Diskominfo and Dinkopdag, as those responsible for the E-Peken Application, need to improve and develop the E-Peken Application so that it can run more effectively and efficiently so that users, especially MSMEs who use the E-Peken Application, get significant benefits.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of halal literacy, religiosity, and awareness of halal on consumer buying interest in halal certified restaurants in the Jabodetabek area, with a focus on Generation Z. Data was collected through a survey targeting 162 respondents using a scale of 1 to 6. Testing was carried out using the Smart PLS V.3 analysis tool and the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis approach. The results of the analysis show that halal literacy has a positive but not significant influence on consumer buying interest, while religiosity and halal awareness will have a positive and significant influence on consumer buying interest. These findings indicate that religious understanding and awareness of halal play an important role in influencing consumer shopping behavior, especially in the context of halal certification. The implications of these findings can help halal food and beverage industry stakeholders in developing more effective marketing strategies to attract and retain their potential customers amidst increasingly fierce competition in the industry.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of production quantity, labor, and working hours on productivity at CV. XYZ, a chemical manufacturing company that operates as a sole supplier. This research uses a quantitative approach and is an associative research. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling technique with a total sample size of 24 monthly production reports from 2020-2021. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results showed that simultaneously the amount of production, labor and working hours had a significant effect on productivity. Partially, the amount of production has a significant positive effect while labor, and working hours have a significant negative effect on productivity at CV. XYZ.

Abstract

Cash waqf is a philanthropic concept that aims to collect funds from the community through donations which are then invested in building social, educational, health and economic infrastructure. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the cash waqf program in overcoming poverty in Indonesia. The research method used is literature study and analysis of secondary data related to the implementation of the cash waqf program in Indonesia, as well as its impact on improving community welfare. The research results show that the implementation of the cash waqf program has made a positive contribution in reducing poverty levels in Indonesia. These programs include the establishment of education centers, development of health infrastructure, business capital assistance for underprivileged communities, and local economic empowerment programs. However, there are still challenges in optimizing and managing waqf funds as well as developing sustainable programs to increase their wider impact. In conclusion, the implementation of the cash waqf program has great potential in overcoming poverty in Indonesia, but good coordination is needed between the government, sharia financial institutions and the community to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of the program. This research provides useful insights for stakeholders in developing strategies and policies that support the growth of cash waqf as an effective instrument in alleviating poverty.

Abstract

This study to determine the influence of the independent commisioners, board of directory, and audit committee on the profitability of manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data uses secondary data with a population of 113 companies listed in the consumer goods sector on the IDX. The sampling applies purposive sampling totaling 52 companies. The data analysis uses classical assumption test, hypothesis testing, and linear regression test. The results show that: 1) The independent commissioners partially does not influence the company’s profitability, 2) Partially, the board of directors does not influence the company’s profitability, 3) Partially, the audit committee influence the company’s profitability, 4) while the independent commissioners, board of directors, and audit committee simultaneously influence the company’s profitability.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of optimizing emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and perceived behavioral control on ethical knowledge in preparing MSME financial reports using a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 109 MSMEs. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. Data analysis uses SmartPLS, with the outer model stage containing the convergent validation test, discriminant validity test, reliability test, and the inner model which contains path coefficient significance testing, R2 coefficient of determination testing, Q2 relapse predictive testing, Goodness of Fit or GoF testing. The results of this research show that emotional intelligence has a significant effect on ethical knowledge in preparing MSME financial reports, while spiritual intelligence has no effect on ethical knowledge in preparing MSME financial reports, and perceived behavioral control has a significant effect on ethical knowledge in preparing MSME financial reports.
