Turnover Intention is a person's desire to leave their current job to get a better job than their previous workplace High turnover rate can result in problems for the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Job Insecurity and Work Stress on Turnover Intention with Job Satisfaction as a Mediation Variable at PT Garment Semarang. This study was conducted at PT Garment Semarang, with a sample taken as many as 50 people using the saturated sample method, where this saturated sample method used the entire population as respondents in the study. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The results of the study show that there is a positive influence of job insecurity on turnover intention. There is a positive influence of work stress on turnover intention There is a negative influence on job insecurity on job satisfaction. There is an influence of work stress on job satisfaction. There is an influence of job satisfaction on turnover intention. There is an effect of job insecurity on turnover intention mediated by job satisfaction. There is an effect of work stress on turnover intention mediated by job satisfaction. . Employees who have feelings of insecurity at their jobs and feel high work stress do not directly have the intention to leave the company. This is because one of the most important factors that affect the decision is work performance. This study is expected to be a reference and supporting evidence regarding the influence of each variable discussed in this study. This research aims to explore the relationship between sustainability and good corporate governance (GCG) on the financial performance of energy and basic materials sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2020 to 2022. In this research there are 21 companies that have been selected using purposive sampling criteria with a total of 63 data populations studied during the research period. The data used uses secondary data in the form of financial reports and sustainability reports obtained from the official websites of each company as well as on the website www.ojk.co.id. To analyze the data, use descriptive analysis, with classic assumption tests such as data normality tests, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity and hypothesis tests such as the simultaneous/f test to the partial/t test with multiple linear regression analysis methods which are used to see the influence of the independent variable sustainability and corporate governance. The research found that there is a positive and significant relationship between sustainability disclosure and company financial performance, either simultaneously or partially. Companies that are more active in disclosing sustainability-related information tend to have better financial performance, as this attracts more attention from stakeholders, including investors and customers. Using stakeholder theory and agency theory approaches, this research investigates how the implementation of sustainability and good corporate governance (GCG) affects company profitability.

This research aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, investment knowledge, and motivation on interest in investing in sharia shares among students of the Sharia Business Management Study Program, Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra. The method used is quantitative, using data obtained from questionnaires filled out by 71 respondents. The research results show that investment knowledge and motivation significantly influence interest in investing in sharia shares, with regression coefficient values of 0.480 and 0.521 respectively. In cont. Financial literacy did not show a significant impact. These findings indicate that focusing on increasing investment knowledge and motivation can increase students' interest in investing in Islamic shares.

Performance has a very important role because performance is the final result of the employee's process of completing their tasks. Employees who complete their tasks well and correctly will have high performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of performance appraisal and performance allowances on employee performance through work discipline as an intervening variable. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with a descriptive causality design. In this study, data collection used a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires. The population of the study was 204 employees, and the sample was taken using a simple random sampling technique of 67 ASN PUPR employees of Banten Province. The analysis method used in this study used the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method and testing was carried out with the Partial Least Square (PLS) program using the assistance of SmartPLS v.3.2.9 software.The results of the study indicate that H1: there is a positive and significant influence of performance appraisal on employee performance, H2: there is a positive and significant influence of performance allowances on employee performance, H3: there is a positive and significant influence of performance appraisal on work discipline, H4: there is a positive and significant influence of performance allowances on work discipline, H5: there is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on employee performance, H6: there is a positive and significant influence of performance appraisal on employee performance through work discipline, H7: there is a positive and significant influence of performance allowances on employee performance through work discipline.

This research tests and analyzes personal identity, social identity, influencer credibility on green purchasing behavior. And knowing which variables are the most dominant in influencing green purchasing behavior. The research uses a quantitative approach that uses causal relationships. The sample selection criteria in this study were aged 12 years to 43 years who had purchased and used Tisoo brand tissue and were in the Jabodetabek area. Questionnaires were collected from 100 respondens, the data was then processed using the multiple linear regression method. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the personal identity variable partially has a positive effect on green purchasing behavior. Meanwhile, the social identity variable and the influencer credibility variable partially have a negative effect on green purchasing behavior. Simultaneous hypothesis testing states that personal identity, social identity and influencer credibility have a positive effect on green purchasing behavior. and the most dominant variable in influencing green purchasing decisions is the personal identity variable. The implication is that companies like Tisoo should emphasize environmental values in their marketing and select influencers who understand eco-friendly products to encourage green purchasing.

This research aims to determine the influence of regional original income (PAD), expenditure on goods/services, and capital expenditure on the budget surplus in the province of Bengkulu from 2017 to 2021. The population of this study includes 10 regencies/cities in the Bengkulu province. The research employed a saturated sampling method, resulting in 10 regencies/cities being selected as the research sample. The data used in this study were secondary data in the form of the Budget Realization Report of the provincial government in Bengkulu. Multiple regression analysis was used in this study, utilizing SPSS version 26 for data processing. The results of this study indicate that: (1) expenditure on goods/services has an influence on the budget surplus, while regional original income and capital expenditure do not affect the budget surplus. (2) Regional original income, expenditure on goods/services, and capital expenditure have an influence on the budget surplus.

This research on plans to take a gander at monetary reports with respect to the improvement of exhibition of agribusiness organizations recorded on the Indonesia Stock Trade throughout recent years from 2018 to 2022 utilizing Current Ratio (CR), Quick Ratio (CR), Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Assets (ROA),, Return On Equity (ROE), Total Assets Turnover (TATO) Fixed Assets Turnover (FATO),. Overall, the research reveals that agricultural companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange have varying financial ratios, with some having very high ratios and others having very low ratios.

The purpose of this study is to examine how situational leadership styles and job satisfaction impact employee performance at TB. Santia Jaya Karawang. The research method employed a quantitative approach involving 60 employees from TB. Santia Jaya Karawang as the study sample, utilizing a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with F and t-tests, with a significance level of 5%. The research findings indicate that situational leadership style (X1) significantly influences employee performance at TB. Santia Jaya Karawang, with a t-table value (2.735 > 2.002) or t-statistic > t-table. Additionally, it was revealed that job satisfaction (X2) partially affects employee performance at TB. Santia Jaya Karawang, with a t-table value (3.956 > 2.002) or t-statistic > t-table. Overall, situational leadership styles and job satisfaction collectively impact employee performance (Y), as indicated by an F-value of 21.509 > 3.16. Therefore, the combined effect of situational leadership styles and job satisfaction on employee performance at TB. Santia Jaya Karawang is 43%, while the remaining 57% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

The implication for Mahalona Kopi is that it needs to design more competitive marketing strategies and offer products or services to potential markets. This research aims to formulate a marketing strategy for Mahalona Kopi and take advantage of opportunities and overcome challenges so that the coffee shop business can continue to operate and generate profits. The data processing method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, with the analysis process using SWOT analysis. Data sources include primary data and secondary data, obtained through direct observation and in-depth interviews related to opportunities and challenges in the coffee shop business. The matrix results show that Mahalona Kopi is in cell IV (Grow and Build). The appropriate strategy for this cell position at Mahalona Kopi is an intensive strategy, such as market penetration, product development, and market development.

Es Teh Tali Pinggir is a beverage business that is quite popular with many people, because the price is affordable and refreshing when drunk. This business venture already has many branches, one of which is located in Teluk Jambe Karawang. The aim of this research is to understand the influence of taste and service quality on customer satisfaction. The analytical method used includes a quantitative approach. The target sample is customers who are buying products from Es Teh Tali Pinggir. The samples collected were 96 people and the samples were determined using the lemeshow sampling technique. The data collection technique for this research is to use questionnaire data collection which is filled out by Es Teh Tali Pinggir customers. Based on research findings, research on taste has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, while research on service quality also has a positive and significant influence. In addition, research on the combined influence of taste and service quality has been proven to have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. This research shows that customer satisfaction with Es Teh Tali Pinggir is more influenced by taste.
