Abstract

Indonesia's raw material imports continue to increase from year to year, which shows the high dependence of the Indonesian industrial sector on raw materials from abroad. This study aims to analyze the influence of macroeconomic variables, namely inflation, money supply, interest rate, and exchange rate on raw material imports in Indonesia from January 2020 to December 2024. The data used is secondary data in the form of a monthly time series that comes from official publications of Bank Indonesia, the Central Statistics Agency, and the Ministry of Trade. The research analysis method uses the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) with the Newey-West HAC approach to overcome the problems of heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation. The results of the study show that inflation and the money supply have a positive and significant influence on raw material imports. Meanwhile, interest rates have a negative and significant influence on raw material imports. Meanwhile, in this study period, the exchange rate variable did not have a significant effect on the import of raw materials in Indonesia. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that raw material imports in Indonesia are influenced by domestic demand, economic liquidity, and interest rate policies compared to exchange rates.

Abstract

Digital transformation has driven significant changes in organizational work environments through the adoption of various digital technologies that support communication, collaboration, and flexible work practices. This transformation has led to the emergence of the digital workplace concept, which presents both opportunities and challenges for employee well-being. This study aims to systematically review previous research findings on employee well-being in digital workplaces and identify their implications for organizational performance and productivity. The study employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach based on the PRISMA 2020 guidelines. The literature search was conducted using various scholarly sources relevant to employee well-being, digital workplace, technostress, employee engagement, and work-life balance. Articles meeting the inclusion criteria were analyzed using a thematic analysis approach to identify the major themes emerging from the existing literature. The findings indicate that the success of digital transformation depends not only on technology adoption but also on an organization's ability to maintain and enhance employee well-being. Digital workplaces can improve flexibility, collaboration, and work efficiency; however, they may also create challenges such as technostress, digital fatigue, and blurred boundaries between work and personal life. Therefore, organizations should adopt a human-centered approach to create productive, healthy, and sustainable digital work environments that support both employee well-being and organizational outcomes.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has transformed the operational activities of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), while simultaneously increasing the risk of fraud. Therefore, effective internal control and adequate digital literacy are essential to mitigate fraud risks. This study aims to examine the influence of internal control and digital literacy on fraud prevention among MSMEs in Boyolali Regency, Indonesia. A quantitative research approach with a survey method was employed. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 MSME owners selected using purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The results indicate that internal control has a positive and significant effect on fraud prevention, with a significance value of 0.003 (p < 0.05). Digital literacy also has a positive and significant effect on fraud prevention, with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). Simultaneously, internal control and digital literacy significantly influence fraud prevention, as indicated by an F-test significance value of 0.000, and explain 63.0% of the variance in fraud prevention (R² = 0.630). These findings suggest that strengthening internal control systems, supported by improved digital literacy, is an effective strategy for enhancing fraud prevention among MSMEs in the era of digital transformation.

Abstract

The phenomenon of online gambling among adolescents in Ngawi Regency has shown an alarming increase. Field observations reveal that many teenagers desperately sell family assets and use their school allowance to obtain gambling deposit capital. This risky behavior is strongly driven by intense peer influence (the "word-of-mouth" system) and the ease of digital access amid economic pressure, coupled with a lack of financial literacy and healthy income management. This study aims to analyze the effect of peer influence, income management, and financial literacy, both partially and simultaneously, on the intensity of online gambling among adolescents in Ngawi Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal-associative design. The research population consists of male adolescents aged 13–19 residing in Ngawi Regency. The analyzed sample amounted to 98 respondents selected using a random sampling technique, with the inclusion criteria of having experience playing online gambling within the last six months. The source of data used is primary data collected through a survey method using a structured questionnaire with a 4-point Likert scale. Data analysis techniques include classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing (partial t-test, simultaneous F-test, and coefficient of determination) using SPSS version 24. The test results show that partially, peer influence has a positive and significant effect on the intensity of playing online gambling (Sig. 0.000 < 0.05). Conversely, income management (Sig. 0.898 > 0.05) and financial literacy (Sig. 0.698 > 0.05) proved to have no significant effect partially. Nevertheless, simultaneously, peer influence, income management, and financial literacy have a significant effect on the intensity of online gambling (Sig. 0.000 < 0.05). The coefficient of determination reached 92.4%, which means these three variables have a dominant contribution in explaining the variation in adolescent gambling intensity, while the remaining 7.6% is explained by factors outside the study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Environmental Performance on Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) disclosure in mining sector companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) during the 2019–2024 period. This research employed a quantitative approach with a causal associative design. The data used were secondary data obtained from annual reports, sustainability reports, and the Environmental Performance Rating Program (PROPER) issued by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry. The sample consisted of five mining companies selected using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using panel data regression with the Common Effect Model (CEM) through EViews 13, supported by descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results indicate that Good Corporate Governance has a positive and significant effect on Islamic Social Reporting disclosure. Likewise, Environmental Performance has a positive and significant effect on Islamic Social Reporting. Simultaneously, both independent variables significantly influence Islamic Social Reporting, with an Adjusted R² value of 82.44%, indicating that the model explains most of the variation in ISR disclosure. These findings imply that effective corporate governance and better environmental performance encourage companies to disclose social responsibility information based on Islamic principles more comprehensively, thereby strengthening corporate accountability and transparency toward stakeholders..

Abstract

This study aims to analyze workload as a basis for determining the optimal number of maintenance workers in sugarcane plantations at PT SGN Rayon Kebun Sei Semayang. Facing a decline in productivity and increasing production demands, the company must align the number of workers with actual workload to improve efficiency and effectiveness. The research applies the work sampling method to identify the proportion of time spent on productive, non-productive, and personal activities, and the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) method to categorize workload levels (underload, normal, overload) and determine the ideal number of workers required. Data were collected through direct observation, interviews, and documentation, involving 25 daily maintenance workers as research subjects. The findings are expected to provide empirical evidence for workforce planning based on actual workload conditions and serve as a strategic input for PT SGN’s human resource management. Furthermore, this study contributes to the development of labor management strategies, particularly in the sugarcane agribusiness sector, and offers a reference for optimizing organizational performance by realigning workload distribution and workforce size.
