Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of reliability, responsiveness, guarantee, empathy, physical evidence, flexibility and price factors on satisfaction with tax consultant services. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and questionnaire techniques distributed to MSME taxpayers in Indonesia who have used tax consultants. Data were collected using convenience sampling techniques, the sample obtained was 330 respondents who were analyzed using SEM-PLS with SmartPLS 3. Based on hypothesis testing, the research results showed that reliability, responsiveness, guarantee, empathy, physical evidence, flexibility and price had a positive and significant effect on satisfaction with tax consultant services. This research uniquely combines both the SERVQUAL model framework and the marketing mix to evaluate and provide a comprehensive analysis of the dimensions of service quality and marketing strategies on MSME taxpayer satisfaction in using tax consultants.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of village funds and village fund allocations on poverty between regencies in Southeast Sulawesi Province. This study is a quantitative study using secondary data. The secondary data used in this study is panel data. Panel data is obtained from a combination of time series data and data from several objects at one time (cross section). The panel data in this study are Village Fund data, Village Fund Allocation and Poverty, using 15 regencies in Southeast Sulawesi Province and in the last 5 years from 2019 - 2023. The results of the study show that Village Funds and Village Fund Allocations have a negative and significant effect on the Poverty variable between regencies in Southeast Sulawesi Province. In this case, the Government is expected to continue the Village Fund and Village Fund Allocation programs to eradicate poverty and strive so that people do not experience poverty again.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether financial inclusion has an effect on the stability of sharia banking in Indonesia using the Generalized Least Square (GLS) method. To measure the financial stability of Islamic banking, the inclusion variable contains MSMEs and Deposits, while the stability variable used is NPF. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive with the help of the Generalized Least Square (GLS) method which corrects problems in the classical assumption test, which is tested based on Eviews 12 with panel time series data. The research results show that the independent variable MSMEs has a significant effect on NPF. The independent variable Deposits has a significant effect on NPF. Reliability UI results using the F test for the MSME and Deposit variables together have an effect on NPF.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of inflation on consumer purchasing power in Indonesia, focusing on low-income communities and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through in-depth interviews and field observations. The results show that inflation has a significant effect on daily consumption patterns and the quality of life, particularly in meeting basic needs. Moreover, the increase in essential goods prices has triggered social instability in several regions. This study also evaluates government policies in mitigating the impact of inflation and provides recommendations to protect the most vulnerable groups from rising prices. The findings suggest that although fiscal and monetary policies have short-term positive effects, more comprehensive measures are needed for the long term.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak dampak sosial dan ekonomi serta perbedaan tingkat sosial ekonomi sebelum dan sesudah pembangunan pabrik PLTA di desa Batang Toru, Tapanuli Selatan. Jenis analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kondisi sosial yang meliputi tingkat pendidikan, kesehatan dan keselamatan serta kondisi ekonomi yang mencakup tingkat pendapatan, tingkat pekerjaan dan tingkat kesejahteraan. Dengan demikian, sosial dan ekonomi memiliki dampak tingkat sosial dan ekonomi penduduk desa Sulapan setelah pembangunan tenaga air. PLTA yang dapat mendorong kegiatan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Batang Toru melalui perluasan lapangan kerja dan peningkatan pendapatan dan pendidikan.sektor atau lapangan usaha yang menjadi basis perekonomian Batang Toru , terdiri dari sektor yang masih mengandalkan kekuatan sumberdaya alam dan sektor-sektor jasa- jasa. Sektor yang mengandalakan kekuatan alam ,terdiri dari sektor pertanian tanaman pangan, perkebunan, kehutanan, dan perikanan. Sedangkan sektor yang termasuk dalam jasa-jasa terdiri dari jasa perusahaan, jasa kesehatan, kegiatan sosial dan jasa pendidikan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality and destination image on visitor satisfaction and loyalty of visitors to the Lon Malang Beach destination. This research uses a quantitative approach with analytical methods Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), which is processed using a statistical program SmartPLS version 4. The population in this study consisted of tourists who visited Lon Malang Beach, with a sample size of 100 respondents selected randomly. The main instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire prepared using a Likert scale to measure respondents' perceptions of the variables studied. The research results show that service quality has a significant influence on visitor loyalty, making it the main factor that plays an important role in increasing tourist loyalty at Lon Malang Beach. In addition, destination image was found to have a smaller influence on visitor satisfaction and loyalty compared to service quality. Visitor satisfaction has also been proven to be an important variable in building loyalty, meaning satisfied visitors are more likely to return to visit in the future. Thus, this research highlights that service quality is a key factor in creating visitor loyalty, while destination image makes a more limited contribution to visitor satisfaction and loyalty at Lon Malang Beach.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the economic welfare of used imported clothing traders (Thrift) in Medan City. A qualitative descriptive method was used. Information was obtained through observation and conversations with used imported clothing traders (thrift) in Medan City. The research findings show that the digitalization of trade through social media has had a positive impact on the economic welfare of used imported clothing traders in Medan City. With wider access through social media, traders can reach more potential customers, both within and outside the Medan area. This can increase sales and profits for traders.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Earnings Management, Ownership Structure, and Systematic Risk on Stock Returns. The research method used in this study is a descriptive statistical method. With verification testing using multiple regression (multiple regression). The data used is secondary data, namely the annual reports of companies that are used as samples in the study. The research sample is 12 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022 which were taken using the purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that Earnings Management, Ownership Structure and Systematic Risk have a positive and significant effect on Stock Returns.

Abstract

With the development of the era, cosmetics have become an important need, especially for women. This is because women always want to look beautiful and attractive when doing activities and often meet many people. The use of cosmetics is done to support appearance. This study aims to determine the Influence of Brand Awareness, Brand Loyalty and Brand Image on Cosmetic Purchasing Decisions. By using quantitative descriptive research methods, sample determination using the lemeshow formula with 100 respondents, sampling using the Purposive Sampling Technique. The data collection technique uses a Questionnaire which is then processed using IBM SPSS 25. The findings in this study are Brand Awareness, Brand Loyalty and Brand Image have a positive and significant effect on cosmetic purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an important part of the country and regions in increasing economic growth and reducing poverty. For countries with low per capita income, MSMEs are one of the indicators of successful development. Therefore, the government continues to strive so that MSMEs can continue to grow and develop. This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, financial attitudes, and personality on the financial behavior of MSMEs. This study is included in causal associative research. The respondents of this study were 96 wholesale and retail MSMEs. The primary data collection technique used a questionnaire instrument. Validity and reliability tests were carried out on the research data. The prerequisite analysis tests carried out included linearity tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests. The data analysis method in this study used multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy, financial attitudes, and personality have a positive and significant effect on the financial behavior of MSMEs.
