Abstract

Sistem manajemen yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas, mempercepat pengambilan keputusan, serta mengoptimalkan keterlibatan karyawan harus dimiliki oleh organisasi untuk menghadapi persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat. Salah satu keunggulan utama dari MBO adalah kemampuan dalam mengarahkan dan menyelaraskan seluruh bagian organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Dengan menerapkan prinsip SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound), MBO membantu perusahaan untuk lebih fokus dalam menetapkan prioritas serta mengukur pencapaian kinerja secara objektif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan MBO dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Metode kuantitatif dengan alat bantu SPSS 25 digunakan pada peneltian ini melalui teknik pengumpulan data penyebaran e-kuesioner kepada 102 karyawan baik di level manajer, supervisor dan karyawan tetap bagian officer PT DEXT di Kabupaten Karawang. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah koefisien regresi dari MBO sebesar 0,391 artinya pengaruh penerapan MBO dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan adalah 39,1%, sedangkan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,391 artinya pengaruh penerapan MBO dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan adalah positif. Hasil uji secara parsial uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel dependen dengan nilai t sebesar 6,943 dan signifikansi 0,000.

Abstract

Technological advances in the transportation sector have driven economic growth in Indonesia, one of which is the presence of application-based transportation platforms such as Grab. This research aims to analyze the influence of work motivation on the retention of Grab Driver partners in Karawang Regency. Work motivation is the main factor that can influence the sustainability of the partnership between drivers and companies. Factors such as physical needs, security and safety needs, social needs, the need for recognition according to one's abilities and the need for self-actualization. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method of 96 respondents who are Grab Driver partners in Karawang Regency. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression techniques with the help of the SPSS version 30 program. The research results showed that work motivation had a positive and significant influence on partner retention. Partially, work motivation has a significant effect on the retention of grab driver partners in Karawang district. Simultaneously, work motivation and other supporting factors contribute to the retention of Grab Driver partners, with a significant influence based on the results of statistical analysis. The implications of this research theoretically reveal that there is a positive and significant relationship between work motivation and retention of Grab Driver partners in Karawang Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi e-learning dalam pengembangan karyawan. Pendekatan penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui studi literatur, yang melibatkan pembacaan literatur dari berbagai sumber termasuk buku, laporan, artikel, dan jurnal dengan menggunakan pendakatan kualitatif dan deduktif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah keberhasilan penerapan e-learning dalam pengembangan karyawan ditentukan oleh perencanaan yang matang melalui analisis kebutuhan, pemilihan platform yang tepat, penyusunan konten interaktif, pelatihan teknis, serta monitoring dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Meskipun menawarkan berbagai keuntungan seperti fleksibilitas, kemandirian belajar, kontinuitas pembelajaran, hingga jangkauan yang luas. Namun e-learning juga menghadapi sejumlah tantangan berupa resistensi karyawan, keterbatasan infrastruktur, kualitas konten, dan lemahnya monitoring. Untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut, perusahaan perlu melakukan upaya strategis termasuk peningkatan literasi digital, investasi infrastruktur teknologi, perancangan konten yang interaktif, serta pemberian reward untuk mendorong motivasi karyawan. Dengan pendekatan tersebut, e-learning dapat berfungsi optimal dalam mendukung peningkatan kompetensi karyawan sekaligus memperkuat daya saing perusahaan di era digital.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of social interaction and social support on employee performance with job satisfaction as moderation. The analysis used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population of this study was employees from several companies totaling 65 people. The data collection techniques used in this research were questionnaires, interviews and literature studies, and the analysis method used Smart PLS software. The findings in this research are that social interaction and social support influence employee performance. Job satisfaction as a moderating variable is able to moderate social interaction and social support on employee performance.

Abstract

With the development of the era, cosmetics have become an important need, especially for women. This is because women always want to look beautiful and attractive when doing activities and often meet many people. The use of cosmetics is done to support appearance. This study aims to determine the Influence of Brand Awareness, Brand Loyalty and Brand Image on Cosmetic Purchasing Decisions. By using quantitative descriptive research methods, sample determination using the lemeshow formula with 100 respondents, sampling using the Purposive Sampling Technique. The data collection technique uses a Questionnaire which is then processed using IBM SPSS 25. The findings in this study are Brand Awareness, Brand Loyalty and Brand Image have a positive and significant effect on cosmetic purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan perempuan memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, terutama di daerah yang memiliki potensi sumber daya lokal yang belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Namun, keterbatasan keterampilan dan akses terhadap teknologi serta pasar menjadi kendala bagi perempuan dalam mengembangkan potensi ekonomi mereka. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan kapasitas perempuan dalam mengelola dan memanfaatkan sumber daya lokal secara efektif. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR), yang melibatkan peserta secara aktif dalam seluruh proses, mulai dari identifikasi sumber daya, pelatihan keterampilan, hingga evaluasi bersama. Para peserta diberikan pelatihan mengenai kewirausahaan, pengelolaan produk lokal, serta pemasaran digital. Pendampingan dilakukan secara intensif untuk memastikan keberlanjutan usaha mereka. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa 80% peserta mengalami peningkatan keterampilan dalam mengolah produk lokal dan berhasil memasarkan produk mereka secara lebih luas melalui platform digital. Selain itu, pendapatan rata-rata peserta meningkat sebesar 30%, yang berdampak langsung pada kesejahteraan keluarga. Kesimpulannya, pemberdayaan perempuan melalui optimalisasi sumber daya lokal terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Namun, diperlukan pendampingan jangka panjang untuk memperkuat keterampilan digital dan mengatasi hambatan sosial-budaya yang masih membatasi peran perempuan di sektor ekonomi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of leadership and business innovation training in improving the quality of human resources (HR) in MSMEs. The implementation of the activities was carried out through several stages, including preparation, program socialization, training, mentoring, and evaluation. The results of this activity indicate that leadership and business innovation training has proven effective in improving the quality of human resources (HR) in MSMEs. Participants showed an increase in understanding of leadership concepts by up to 93% and successfully implemented more structured communication, data-driven decision-making, and more visionary business planning. In terms of innovation, participants became more proactive in trying out product, service, and digital marketing updates, which resulted in increased operational efficiency and business attractiveness. This indicates that the training can trigger real changes in business management and development in a more focused and sustainable manner.
