Abstract

The limited optimization of village land utilization is one of the challenges faced by communities in increasing economic productivity based on local potential. This community service activity aims to assist in the implementation of the muzara'ah contract as a model of agricultural cooperation between Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) and farmers in optimizing village land management based on Islamic economics. The activity implementation method uses a participatory action research (PAR) approach through the stages of problem identification, development of a cooperation model, assistance in contract implementation, and program evaluation. The results of the activity indicate that the implementation of the muzara'ah contract can improve village land utilization, strengthen cooperative relationships between BUMDes and farmers, and provide community understanding of profit-sharing mechanisms in accordance with sharia principles. This program also has a positive impact on increasing productivity and economic empowerment of village communities. Thus, the muzara'ah model can be an alternative strategy for village asset management that is oriented towards economic justice and sustainability.

Abstract

The development of digital technology encourages micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to utilize various digital platforms to develop their businesses. However, some businesses still lack a Business Identification Number (NIP) as their legal business identity, have not utilized Google Maps to increase their business visibility, and have not used Canva as a digital promotional medium. This community service activity aims to optimize digital marketing through outreach and assistance in creating a Business Identification Number (NIP), registering business locations on Google Maps, and training in using Canva. The methods used included outreach, demonstrations, practice, and direct assistance to business owners. The results of the activity showed that participants understood the importance of a Business Identification Number (NIP) as a legal business identity, were able to register their business locations on Google Maps, and were able to create digital promotional media using Canva. Utilizing these three aspects increases customer trust, expands marketing reach, and strengthens the business image. This activity demonstrates that assistance with business legality and the use of digital platforms increases the readiness of MSMEs to face business competition and supports sustainable business development

Abstract

Tolerance is a value upheld in various religions, which is manifested as an open attitude to respect and accept differences. However, the phenomenon of disagreement and lack of understanding of differences still often occurs among young people. This study aims to explain how tolerance socialization is implemented for mosque youth in Gedangan Village, Sidayu District, and to assess the extent to which their understanding improves after being involved in the activity. This study uses a quantitative approach with a one-group pretest-posttest design involving 23 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire and analyzed using the Shapiro-Wilk normality test and the Paired Samples T-Test. The results of the normality test showed that the data were normally distributed (Sig. pre-test = 0.416; Sig. post-test = 0.055). Furthermore, the results of the Paired Samples T-Test showed a significant difference with a calculated t value of -4.354 and a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 < 0.05. It can be concluded that the socialization activities had a significant influence on increasing the understanding of tolerance among mosque youth in Gedangan Village.
