Abstract

This study examines the development of digital technology implementation in primary schools based on available literature from 2020 to 2024. The main focus of this research is to understand how digital technology implementation has evolved in primary schools. The research method used is qualitative content analysis with a systematic literature review (SLR) approach and article analysis using Vosviewer. The analysis method includes the examination of Scopus publication data based on year, author, country, and topic clusters, trending topics, and mapping. The results of the study show a significant increase in the number of publications related to digital technology in primary schools, especially from 2022 to 2024, influenced by the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic which accelerated the need for remote learning. Additionally, the dominance of leading authors and countries such as Indonesia, the United States, and Brazil highlights the concentration of intense research in countries that are more actively integrating technology into primary education. Topic mapping reveals that the main focus of research is on the impact of technology on teaching practices and students' learning experiences, as well as evaluating its effect on task performance and student motivation. This research contributes to enriching the discourse on digital technology in primary schools and emphasizes the importance of further evaluation regarding the effectiveness and practical applications of technology in enhancing the quality of education. The study also identifies the need for further research on the challenges of implementing technology in developing countries and more effective integration strategies.

Abstract

This report discusses a digital marketing project aimed at enhancing brand awareness for the SME Esmart Apparel through the implementation of social media and digital advertising. The main focus of this project is the use of Instagram and TikTok, which are two social media platforms with the largest number of active users in Indonesia. By employing a marketing strategy centered on visual content, particularly videos, it is expected to capture audience attention and increase interaction with the brand. Although Esmart Apparel has significant potential, there are several weaknesses, such as a lack of recognition outside of Tangerang Regency and budget constraints for marketing. Therefore, this report aims to provide insights and useful strategies for the development of digital marketing for SMEs in Indonesia, as well as to encourage brand growth in a broader market.

Abstract

Decent work has become a career goal for every individual and a priority for many employers and policy makers who want to promote social justice. This study aims to explore the relationship between decent work, work-life balance, job satisfaction, job autonomy and turnover intention specifically among employees in manufacturing companies who are married and have children. Furthermore, this study used purposive sampling method to determine respondents. This research was conducted on 200 manufacturing employees of the home appliance industry in Jabodetabek. The data obtained were analyzed using the structural equation model (SEM) method. The results of this study indicate a negative effect of decent work on turnover intention, job satisfaction on turnover intention, and decent work on work life balance has a positive effect, decent work on job satisfaction has a positive but insignificant effect, work life balance on job satisfaction has a positive but insignificant effect. While the moderating effect of job autonomy has no significant effect on decent work on job satisfaction and also decent work on turnover intention. The managerial implications of this research are to provide input to company management in the manufacturing industry in Jabodetabek in overcoming employee turnover rates, especially for employees who are married and have children by increasing employee turnover.

Abstract

In an era of increasing cross-border mobility, there is a significant impact on the security of a country and its people. The rise of transnational crimes such as human trafficking is a major threat to a country, as human trafficking involves forced recruitment, transportation, and exploitation, which are human rights violations. This research focuses on Thailand as a source, transit, and destination country for human trafficking, particularly with GMS countries such as Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the Thai government's policies and the actions taken to combat human trafficking in terms of Henry Willis’ theory of border security policy from 2018 to 2023. This study employs a qualitative descriptive methodology focusing on 2018–2023. The report demonstrates Thailand's growing dedication to technological use and legal reform. However, inadequate interagency collaboration, corruption, and a lack of human resources hinder field implementation.

Abstract

The Customer Operational Center (COC) information system at PT Telkom has a strategic role in supporting customer service operations, especially in the West Jakarta area. However, the existence of risks that can affect the performance of thisapplication is a challenge that must be managed properly. This research aims to analyze risk management in COC applications using the NIST SP 800-30 approach, a widely recognized method for information technology risk assessment. The research methodology includes asset identification, threats, vulnerabilities, and impact analysis on COC applications. Data was collected through interviews with the operational team, document review, and direct observation of the application work process. The analysis results show several main risks, including disruption to data integrity, the threat of cyber attacks, and the potential for application downtime that could disrupt customer service. Risk mitigation strategies are proposed based on the evaluation results, including implementation of technical controls, information security policies, and increased user awareness. Using the NIST SP 800-30 approach, this research provides systematic insights to increase the resilience of COC applications to risk, as well as supporting operational sustainability and customer service at PT Telkom West Jakarta. It is hoped that these findings can be a practical guide for companies in managing information technology risks on similar platforms.

Abstract

Brand Evangelism is an important role for companies or sellers because it can be a reason to give positive reviews and increase company sales. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of brand experience on brand loyalty, and assess its impact on brand relationship quality and brand evangelism. In addition, this study identifies the effect of brand image on brand loyalty and assesses the role of brand image as a mediator in the relationship between brand experience, brand relationship quality, and brand loyalty. The method used for sampling was purposive sampling involving 220 users of Apple products. Data analysis was carried out using the Principal Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with SmartPLS 4. The results of this study prove that brand experience has a positive effect on brand evangelism and brand relationship quality. Then, brand experience has a positive effect on brand image. Meanwhile, brand relationship quality has a negative effect on brand evangelism. Furthermore, brand relationship quality has a positive effect on brand loyalty and brand image. And brand image has a positive effect on brand loyalty. Finally, brand loyalty has a positive effect on brand evangelism. This research is expected to provide insight into the importance of brand experience in improving the quality of brand relationships, forming a positive brand image, and strengthening customer loyalty. In addition, this research will also provide strategic recommendations for companies in creating effective brand evangelism.

Abstract

Entering the modern era, at least changing the lifestyle of every human being, especially changes in appearance. Appearance is now a need that is considered important for society, including for men. A good appearance will make someone more confident in carrying out daily activities.[1]⁠ In appearance, hair is an important thing in appearance. In this modern era, hairstyles are increasingly diverse models. So, many teenage men have difficulty determining the right hairstyle.[2]⁠ Smart mirror is an interactive technology innovation that combines facial recognition system and artificial intelligence to provide a more personalized user experience. This study aims to develop a smart mirror system that is able to recommend hairstyles according to the user's face shape using machine learning methods. The system is designed by utilizing a camera as input for facial images, a facial shape classification module based on facial landmarks, and a hairstyle recommendation module. This simulation application is supported by a wide variety of hair model options that users can try.[3]⁠ The classification process is carried out by measuring the ratio of facial dimensions to determine the category of face shape, such as oval, round, oblong, square, and others. After classification, the system automatically displays the most appropriate hairstyle suggestions through the face shape that has been detected web-based. The test results show that the system can recognize faces and can provide hairstyle recommendations with a fairly good level of accuracy in limited environments.

Abstract

The digital transformation in education has extended into military institutions, including the Indonesian Navy’s (TNI AL) educational system, which consists of Kodiklatal, AAL, Seskoal, and STTAL. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in military education and to identify its benefits, challenges, and strategic development approaches. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method, data were collected through in-depth interviews, document analysis, and limited observations. The findings indicate that AI holds significant potential to enhance learning efficiency, personalize content delivery, and improve real-time evaluation. However, several ethical and technical challenges arise, particularly regarding data privacy, infrastructure readiness, and cultural resistance among educators. This study recommends the development of ethical guidelines based on the principles of transparency and privacy, the enhancement of digital literacy among instructors, and the adoption of hybrid learning approaches that balance technological innovation with the core values of military education. With the right strategies, AI can become a powerful tool to support the formation of TNI AL officers who are professional, intelligent, and morally grounded.

Abstract

The media plays a crucial role in shaping public opinion, including in reporting government policies. One of the widely discussed programs is Prabowo-Gibran’s free lunch initiative, which has garnered media attention. This study analyzes the framing of this program in the online media Kumparan during February 2024. Using a qualitative method with Pan & Kosicki’s framing analysis, it examines four framing structures in five selected news articles. The results show that Kumparan emphasizes the program’s urgency through government quotes (syntactic), applies the 5W+1H format focusing on benefits (script), frames it as a strategic policy (thematic), and reinforces a positive image with diction like "real solution" (rhetorical). This study highlights how media framing shapes public perception of government policies.

Abstract

Potential street food buyers can be interested in buying a product based on perceived quality, perceived value and convenience. So that the attitude of potential buyers to buy the product arises. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived value, perceived quality and convenience and attitudes on the interest in buying street food. The research plan is explanatory research using a sample of 130 respondents, namely potential street food buyers. This study is purposive sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis is assisted by the IBM SPSS statistic 25 application and model and hypothesis analysis with Smart SEM PLS. The results of data processing show that perceived quality has a positive effect on attitudes. Perception of value has a positive effect on attitudes. Convenience does not have a positive effect on attitudes. Attitude has a positive effect on the interest in buying street food in Tangerang.
