Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that relies on the four studies mentioned above as the main material to be studied so as to produce novelty and new hypotheses that are slightly different from previous studies. The data used in this study are primary data that researchers obtained from Hokben employees spread throughout Indonesia. The data obtained were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The conclusion in this article show that all hypotheses used in this study, both the first and second, can be accepted and proven. The first hypothesis in this study is that the Brand Ambassador variable can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on Brand Image. This hypothesis can be accepted because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.007. These results indicate that the better the Brand Ambassador used by a company in marketing its products, the better the company's Brand Image will be. The second hypothesis used in this study is that the Online Customer Review variable can moderate the influence of the Brand Ambassador variable on the Brand Image variable. From the results of the third table above, it can be shown that the hypothesis can be accepted because the P-Values are positive and are below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000, which is more significant than direct testing of 0.007. Thus, it can be concluded that the first and second hypotheses in this study can be accepted and proven

The data used in this study are secondary data that researchers obtain from each source that is most often used in qualitative research including scientific articles, books, magazines, and credible websites. The sources mentioned above are analyzed with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data selection, and drawing conclusions. The result in this article show that Byon Combat is currently the combat sport event with the largest exposure in Indonesia. In Byon Combat Showbiz 3, Byon broke the record of more than three hundred thousand pay per view sales, the most in Indonesia and even in Asia and had more than 23 million viewers on YouTube. In Byon Combat Showbiz 4, Byon had a slightly larger number of pay per views than Byon Combat Showbiz 3, namely more than 400 thousand Pay Per Views and more than 24 million viewers on YouTube. Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including in the field of Islamic preaching. The reality of virtual preaching is currently a phenomenon that cannot be ignored, because it has become the main means for preachers to convey Islamic teachings to the wider community through various social media platforms and digital spaces. This study examines the effectiveness and ethics of preaching in cyberspace by emphasizing how technological innovation can blend with the tradition of Islamic preaching that has long been rooted in society. Cyberspace allows for the expansion of the reach of preaching that was previously limited by space and time. With this progress, new challenges arise, especially in terms of delivering messages that must still maintain the principles of Islamic ethics, content accuracy, and social responsibility of preachers. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. Literature studies were conducted to examine relevant literature related to digital preaching, Islamic communication, and the development of modern communication technology. The results of this study indicate that virtual preaching has a high level of effectiveness in reaching a wider audience, especially young people who are more responsive to digital content that is communicative, concise, and visually appealing. Preachers who are able to combine traditional Islamic values with creative approaches through digital media tend to get positive responses from the audience.

Abstract

Islamic education in Indonesia plays a strategic role in shaping national character and developing human resources. As times change, Islamic education is required to be more adaptive to global challenges while maintaining its foundational Islamic values. This study aims to analyze the formulation and integration of Indonesian government policies in advancing Islamic education, as well as to identify the obstacles and solutions in their implementation. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method based on literature review of government policies and their practical applications. The findings show that policy formulation follows a systematic process involving various stakeholders, and focuses on curriculum reform, teacher competency development, digitalization of madrasahs, and strengthening of international networks. However, implementation faces several challenges, including regional disparities, limited infrastructure, and uneven human resource capacity. To address these issues, strategic solutions are proposed, such as expanding affirmative programs for underdeveloped regions (3T), providing technology-based teacher training, fostering public-private partnerships, and reforming bureaucratic processes in budget management. In conclusion, cross-sector synergy and policy continuity are essential to realizing an inclusive, high-quality, and globally competitive Islamic education system ABSTRAK.

Abstract

This study analyzes Germany's public diplomacy strategy in organizing UEFA EURO 2024 as a Mega Sporting Event (MSE) to build a positive image in the eyes of the international community. Using Mark Leonard's (2002) public diplomacy theory, this study highlights three main dimensions: News Management, Strategic Communications, and Relationship Building. A qualitative approach is used with secondary data from UEFA's official website, media, and relevant literature. In the News Management aspect, Germany utilizes the International Broadcast Center (IBC) in Leipzig to control the global narrative. IBC broadcasts matches to more than 200 countries and promotes German culture and tourism through UEFA's official platforms and broadcasting partners. In Strategic Communications, Germany builds a national identity through the slogan Vereint im Herzen Europas, the official song Fire, colorful logos representing the 24 participating countries, the #LightYourFire campaign, and the Albärt mascot depicting inclusivity and tolerance. Meanwhile, Relationship Building was realized through the recruitment of 16,000 volunteers from 124 countries, the holding of FAN Festivals in 10 cities that attracted 5.8 million visitors, and the Instagram account @unitedbyfootball2024 as a medium of interaction. These efforts strengthened international relations through direct interaction, training, cultural exchange, and media involvement. This study concluded that Germany successfully utilized EURO 2024 as a means of public diplomacy by synergistically integrating the three dimensions to create a positive national image on the global stage.
