Abstract

This study aims to examine the development of Islamic education policies based on local wisdom values. Islamic education, which has traditionally been normative, often overlooks local socio-cultural aspects. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach through literature review and document analysis. The findings indicate that integrating local wisdom into Islamic education policies can strengthen students' character, develop contextual Islamic identities, and foster a more holistic educational system. Therefore, the development of Islamic education policies based on local wisdom is crucial for creating an education system that is relevant to the community context.

Abstract

Strategic management plays a crucial role in improving the efficiency of Islamic education amid various challenges, such as limited resources, low management efficiency, and suboptimal learning strategies. This study aims to analyze the implementation of strategic management in enhancing the efficiency of Islamic education. Using a qualitative descriptive research method, this study examines the applied strategies, supporting and inhibiting factors, and the impact of strategy implementation on the efficiency of Islamic educational institutions. The findings indicate that effective strategic management implementation can enhance learning quality, optimize budget utilization, and strengthen the competitiveness of Islamic educational institutions. The adoption of digital administration systems, improvement of educators' competencies, diversification of funding sources, and collaboration with various stakeholders are required to achieve optimal efficiency.

Abstract

The Job Training Center is a public sector organization that has certain characteristics that are not inherent in the private sector, namely it is not oriented towards profit but towards the interests of the community. This Job Training Center functions to carry out training activities to improve and develop skills, productivity, discipline and readiness for work where the implementation prioritizes practice over theory. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the job training program and to see how the supporting and inhibiting factors are in implementing training at the Pasuruan Job Training Center UPT. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The analysis was carried out based on 4 indicators according to Donald L Kirkpatrick, namely reactions, learning processes, behavioral changes, results and also supporting and inhibiting factors using 3 measures according to Duncan in Sa'diyah, 2020:21), namely Goal Achievement, Integrity, Adaptation. The results of the study showed that the training was quite effective in improving skills and work readiness. The facilities provided such as a) stationery b) consumption c) uniforms and d) pocket money provided by the government also support the smooth running of the training.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran ekstrakurikuler qiroah dalam menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri siswa di SD Masyithoh Ngoro. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek siswa peserta qiroah, guru pembina, dan wali kelas. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles & Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan qiroah yang rutin dilaksanakan setiap Sabtu tidak hanya meningkatkan kemampuan teknis membaca Al-Qur’an, tetapi juga membantu membangun rasa percaya diri siswa melalui pengalaman tampil, dorongan guru, dan suasana latihan yang mendukung. Guru berperan penting melalui pemberian pujian, latihan kelompok kecil, dan komunikasi dengan orang tua. Temuan ini mendukung teori self-efficacy Bandura (1995) dan teori perkembangan Erikson (1963), yang menekankan pentingnya pengalaman keberhasilan dan dukungan lingkungan dalam pembentukan rasa percaya diri.

Abstract

This research aims to empirically determine work stress and communication on the work productivity of service employees in Kudus Regency. The participants involved were 174 service employees using purposive sampling. The measuring instruments used to obtain data are the work productivity scale, work stress scale and communication scale. The results of the major hypothesis test show that there is a very significant positive relationship between work stress and communication on work productivity in Kudus Regency service employees (significance 0.000 (p<0.1); the correlation coefficient for the three variables is 0.628; with an effective contribution of the major hypothesis of 39.4%). The results of the minor hypothesis test on the work stress variable and work productivity of service department employees in Kudus Regency show that there is a very significant positive relationship between the two, (significance 0.000 (p<0.05); correlation analysis between the two variables is 0.499. These results are the same as the results of the minor hypothesis on the communication variable with work productivity of service department employees in Kudus Regency (significance 0.000 (p<0.05); the correlation between the two variables is 0.407. This research concludes that work stress and Communication is influential and has a positive and significant relationship with the work productivity of service employees in Kudus Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how Javanese women's beauty is represented in the TikTok content of @darasarasvati and to analyze how local cultural symbols are reinterpreted within the context of digital aesthetics using Roland Barthes' semiotic approach. Through the analysis of signs consisting of signifiers and signifieds including denotative, connotative, and mythological meanings this study reveals how local cultural symbols such as kebaya, skin tone, traditional music, and captions are reinterpreted through digital visual aesthetics. The findings show that TikTok functions as a space for identity negotiation, where tradition is blended with global trends in an aesthetic and viral format. The kebaya is no longer seen merely as traditional attire but as a symbol of the modern, elegant woman. Bright skin tones, visual filters, and transition effects also reflect the dominance of global beauty standards over local values. This research concludes that social media is not a neutral platform but a site of ideological production that constructs new myths about the ideal Javanese woman: beautiful, cultured, and modern.

Abstract

The increasing population movement in Musi Rawas Utara in line with the progress and growth of residential areas in the district has an impact on the high demand for the provision of adequate transportation facilities and infrastructure. In order to meet the demand for transportation facilities and infrastructure, a policy was taken to develop road infrastructure. One of the road infrastructure development policies is data on road conditions in Musi Rawas Utara Regency. Updating data on district road conditions in Karang Jaya District uses the Surface Distress Index (SDI) Method and by sorting the stable condition of road sections in Karang Jaya District, Musi Rawas Utara Regency. The results of the district road survey in Karang Jaya District in 2024 are good conditions along 5,400 km or 6.944%, moderate conditions along 21,650 km or 27.842%, lightly damaged conditions 4,300 km or 5.530% and severely damaged 46,410 km or 59.684% with road stability of 34.787% and unstable conditions of 66.213%..

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of financial characteristics, such as Growth Opportunity, Return on Equity, Sales Growth, Return on Assets, Capital Intensity, Investment Opportunity Set, Financial Distress, Financial Leverage, Global Diversification, and Uncertainty Environment on accounting conservatism. The population in this study were 64 LQ45 companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2023. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, with 25 companies that met the criteria. The data used are secondary data obtained from the company's annual report. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results show that Growth Opportunity and Return on Equity have an effect on accounting conservatism. Meanwhile, Sales Growth, Return on Assets, Capital Intensity, Investment Opportunity Set, Financial Distress, Financial Leverage, Global Diversification, and Uncertainty Environment do not have an effect on accounting conservatism.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of green accounting, environmental responsibility, gender diversity, media exposure, and slack resources on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure in food and beverage sector companies listed on the (IDX) for the period 2019–2023. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method and obtained 15 companies. With a total final sample of 55. The research method used is quantitative, with secondary data obtained from the company's annual report. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS 25 program. The results of the study showed that only media exposure had a significant positive effect on CSR disclosure, while green accounting, environmental responsibility, gender diversity, and slack resources did not have a significant effect on CSR disclosure.

Abstract

The increasing competition in the marketing world in various aspects, makes the convection industry must be smart in attracting consumers. The convection industry is required not only to rely on product quality alone, but also requires an effective marketing strategy to build public trust and loyalty. This study focuses on the digital marketing communication strategy of Simple Cloth Industry. The problem that arises in this study is the need for uniforms, sashes, work shirts and other convections that require a trusted convection. Simple Cloth Industry has a great opportunity to market its convection business by providing direct offers and making Instagram the best portfolio in its business. This research method uses qualitative descriptive with the marketing mix theory from Kotler & Keller. Data collection techniques are obtained from the results of observations and interviews with Simple Cloth Industry. This study shows that Simple Cloth Industry has used Instagram in accordance with the theory of Kotler & Keller regarding the marketing mix, namely product optimization, price, location and promotion. Thus Simple Cloth Industry can develop until now because of the digital promotion that continues to grow. This study also found that Simple Cloth Industry has succeeded in creating strong relationships with customers through the use of structured and consistent social media so that relationships are well established.
