Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the effectiveness of the distribution of Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) in Sembakung District, Nunukan Regency as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the program. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research design (positivism) with a quasi-qualittaive format (quasi-qualitative or pseudo-qualitative design). In the data collection process, this research used interview methods and literature/documentary studies to obtain an overview regarding the implementation of the effectiveness of Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) distribution in Sembakung District, Nunukan Regency. This research uses the effectiveness theory proposed by Budiani to measure the extent of the effectiveness of this program using 4 (four) dimensions, namely target accuracy, socialization, goal achievement and program monitoring. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the effectiveness of the distribution of Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) in Sembakung District, Nunukan Regency is running effectively. However, in its implementation there are still several problems, especially in compliance and on target. For this reason, it is necessary to synchronize data and continue monitoring by the government in implementing the BLT-DD program.

Abstract

Achieving a level of satisfaction with the quality of services provided to patients, both the quality of health services and the health service system, will be the main choice for patients who come to the hospital. This study aims to analyze the level of satisfaction of inpatients with the quality of service at PKU 'Aisyiyah Kendal Hospital. This research uses the Service Quality (ServQual) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. Data was obtained from distributing questionnaires to 99 inpatients using purposive sampling techniques based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The overall average result of the level of reality and the level of expectations is that the conformity level is 99.4%, so it cannot be stated that it meets patient satisfaction or it can be stated that the quality of service provided by PKU 'Aisyiyah Kendal Hospital is not yet satisfactory because the conformity level is still below 100%. This indicates the need to improve services to meet patient expectations so as to achieve inpatient satisfaction. The priority attribute of PKU 'Aisyiyah Kendal Hospital is that the inpatient room is neatly arranged and clean, including the bathroom (quadrant I). It is hoped that the management of PKU 'Aisyiyah Kendal Hospital will be serious in dealing with these attributes or factors and make improvements because many patients feel dissatisfied.

Abstract

The task of a teacher is not only as an educator but the teacher also plays a role in changing the personality of students for the better. The relationship between the leadership style of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers and student academic achievement can be very significant. The formulation of the problem of this study is to see how the leadership style of PAI teachers in teaching in the classroom and its relationship with improving student academic achievement at school. The purpose of this study was to see how the relationship between the leadership style of PAI teachers and students' academic achievement at SMP Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan. This study used a quantitative approach of survey type by using questionnaires to collect information from respondents as a sample. In research with a quantitative approach, the analysis emphasizes numerical data processed by statistical methods. As for the use of sampling techniques, researchers use simple random sampling, namely by making a lottery number to be distributed to students and giving each member of the population the opportunity to be used as a research sample. The results of research related to the relationship between the leadership style of Islamic Religious Education teachers and student academic achievement at SMPN 1 Percut Sei Tuan, namely the leadership style of Islamic Religious Education teachers has a significant relationship with student academic achievement. Seen from the results of the study, researchers found a significant relationship between the leadership style of PAI teachers with students' academic achievement with a contribution of 65.6%.

Abstract

Immunization is the act of providing protection or immunity to a child's body by injecting a vaccine or serum from a disease that has been weakened into the body. According to Riskesdas data in 2018, the coverage of fully immunized children was 57.9%, incomplete 32.9% and did not get immunized 9.2%. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes and behavior of mothers with the provision of basic immunization in infants at Posyandu Mas Sirnagalih Tamansari, Bogor Regency. This research method is observational analytic with cross sectional approach. Data were collected using a special questionnaire to determine the knowledge, attitude and behavior of mothers. Data were analyzed by Fisher statistical test using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS version 27) program. The results showed that the distribution of subjects based on incomplete immunization coverage was 37.00%. The distribution of subjects based on poor knowledge of immunization was 8.70%; negative attitude towards immunization 4.30% and poor behavior towards immunization 17.40%. There is a significant relationship between negative attitudes and bad behavior of mothers with incomplete basic immunization (CI 90%; p < 0.1).

Abstract

This research focuses on the micro scope, namely examining the effect of financing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of Sharia Rural Banks (BPRS) on economic growth in Banten Province. This research has the novelty of comparing MSME and non-MSME financing and the financing model used and its effect on economic growth in Banten Province. This study uses secondary data, namely time series data from 8 BPRS in Banten Province. The data in this study used quarterly data from December 2015 to December 2022. The data was obtained from the financial statements of BPRS Statistics Indonesia (BPS) Banten Province. Meanwhile, the model used in this study is the Error Correction Model (ECM). The results showed that in the long-term model, MSME and Non-MSME financing had a positive and significant effect on the GRDP of Banten Province, but on the contrary, in the short-term model, both variables had a negative influence. Meanwhile, in the short-term model, working capital and investment financing have a positive and significant effect on the GRDP of Banten Province, but in the long-term model, both variables have a negative effect. Simultaneously, financing of MSMEs, Non-MSMEs, working capital, and investment affect the GRDP of Banten Province.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of CSR and GCG on Earnings Management in oil and gas sector mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2018-2022. The results showed that CSR has a positive influence on earnings management, indicating the importance of social integrity and corpo- rate responsibility towards society and the environment. On the other side, unex- pected findings are related to GCG, which was previously assumed to have a neg- ative influence on earnings management. However, the results showed that GCG also has a positive influence on Earnings Management, contrary to the previous hypothesis. This study used a sample of 7 companies or 35 company data that met the criteria over a span of 5 years (2018-2022), with the sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. However, this research only examines one com- pany sector. Further research is needed by adding data variables and expanding the company sample, so as to provide a more comprehensive understanding of CSR, GCG and earnings management. Abstract

Globalization has brought significant changes to various aspects of life, including culture. Amid the influx of foreign cultures, local products such as the Anjat Dayak bag from the Dayak tribe face the threat of extinction. This research aims to preserve and promote the Anjat Dayak bag through training in visual communication skills to enhance the product's competitiveness and marketing. The study was conducted in Samarinda City, East Kalimantan, focusing on the Jessie Samarinda Home Business. This research employs a quantitative method (survey) and involves training the owner and employees of the home business in various aspects of visual communication skills. The training aims to improve digital marketing skills to boost sales and introduce the Anjat Dayak bag to the wider community. The research results show an 81.10% increase in the partners' knowledge and digital marketing skills. Thus, the competitiveness and sales of the Anjat Dayak bag are expected to increase, ensuring the preservation of Dayak culture.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of perceived credibility, information quality, brand involvement, and trust on purchase intentions with attitudes towards UGC as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative approach, questionnaires were distributed to 150 YouTube application users in Indonesia who knew the GadgetIn channel and were interested in buying a smartphone. Data analysis was carried out with PLS-SEM using SmartPLS 4.1.0.6 software. The findings show that information quality and trustworthiness have a positive and significant influence on attitudes towards UGC, while perceived credibility and brand engagement do not show a significant influence. In addition, attitudes towards UGC have a positive and significant effect on purchase intentions.

Abstract

Endometriosis is characterized by the presence of tissue resembling endometrial glands that grows outside the uterus. This condition triggers a chronic inflammatory reaction which results in pain and adhesions. Pain in endometriosis patients is the most common complaint experienced and has an impact on quality of life. Hormonal therapy to treat pain in endometriosis patients, one of which can use progesterone. The Levonorgestrel implant is a long-term contraceptive method that contains the hormone progesterone with high effectiveness. The aim of the study was to assess the efficacy of levonogestrel implants in improving pain and quality of life in endometriosis patients. This research is descriptive qualitative. A total of 10 subjects who met the inclusion criteria had implants installed and were followed for 6 months after LNG implant insertion. Pain improvement was assessed using VAS scores and quality of life with the EHP-30 questionnaie.

Abstract

Change process curriculum appear on base diverse needs​ and on the main thing is leads on need public as user product school. Current curriculum​ this used is curriculum independent that is system focused curriculum​ on realm interest And talent student. Interesting see implementation of the CIPP evaluation model in curriculum independent because of this model own components consisting​ from four aspect that is context, input, process, and product. Study This use type approach literature review which is a process of searching, evaluating, and linkages between relevant references​ or in accordance with topic study related. Results study this is Evaluation curriculum independent using the CIPP model started from aspect evaluation context, input, process, up to product. Evaluation context as material identification related conditions, issues, etc possible obstacles​ there is in environment an educational program implemented, evaluated input become answer on difficulties experienced​ related strategy and method utilise source power, process evaluation has objective as material evaluation implementation curriculum independent as well as interaction student and teachers in the learning process, and evaluation product refer on intended result​ from application curriculum independent.
