Abstract

The aim of this article is to clarify the minimum requirements for regional head candidates referred to in the decision of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia No. 23 P/HUM/2024 and to find out the judge's considerations in resolving cases from the Fiqh Siyasah perspective. The writing method uses a normative approach and the data collection technique uses library research. This research is descriptive and aims at problem-solution. Based on the analysis of this article, it was found that the Supreme Court Decision No. 23 P/HUM/2024 has the potential for injustice and legal uncertainty in regional elections because it is likely not fulfilled at the time of nomination. Based on the legal implications, the decision has the potential to increase disputes in regional head elections.

Abstract

A business had a primary goal of gaining a competitive advantage by creating good customer value. The characteristics that influenced customer loyalty were explored in this study because they provided benefits to the company. This study aimed to explore the relationship between service quality, brand image, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty in the context of online purchases through the Gofood application. Using a descriptive causality design and quantitative methods, as well as purposive sampling techniques, data were collected from 145 Gofood user respondents and analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The analysis results show that service quality and brand image have a significant impact on customer satisfaction, which in turn significantly affects customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction also has a significant positive impact on customer loyalty in the GoFood application.

Abstract

This article aims to find out about the study of the koran regarding Sufism's morals, to find out about the aims and functions of Sufism's morals in education and to provide various explanations regarding the implementation of Sufism's moral education in Islamic religious education learning. So the results of the research conclude that the concept of morals-Sufism in learning Islamic education provides a study of approaches to behavior and feelings of doing good, all based on the manifestation of piety and goodness, for the sake of human progress in life. Thus, moral-sufism education in the realm of Islamic education learning provides the formation of spiritual and personality morals, as well as Islamic ethics then provides aspects of calm, peace and intuitive happiness but is then developed not only for individuals but also in the form of social piety in order to fulfill hablum minallah wa hablum minannas, which practically applies the morals of Sufism in the realm of Islamic education learning, namely: First, Habituation method (Ta'widiyah) can be interpreted as a way that can be used to familiarize students with thinking, behaving and acting in accordance with the guidance of Islamic teachings. Second, method it's okay (exemplary) which provides an example of good deeds so that other humans can follow in goodness. Third, method mau'izha a method or effort to give advice about the truth by reminding, reprimanding, inviting and directing accompanied by an explanation of the good and bad of something. Fourth, method tsawab and rewards. should be motivated in such a way with gifts or rewards.

Abstract

Social inclusion is a process in developing the capacity of individuals and groups to participate and play a role in society. This study aims to analyze how the strategy of fulfilling information needs in the Prof. Lafran Pane library is based on social inclusion. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study stated that the Lafran Pane Library's strategy was quite good even though there were some obstacles in terms of the lack of interest in reading among the South Tapanuli community.

Abstract

                This study aims to analyze youth participation in the preservation of Jaran Kepang art through the Rogo Samboyo Putro (RSP) Paguyuban in Kediri Regency, East Java, as well as its role in maintaining local cultural identity in the midst of globalization. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, research data were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The analysis was conducted by referring to Stuart Hall's cultural identity theory, which views cultural identity as a fixed form (identity as being) and an ever-evolving process (identity as becoming). The results showed that youth have a very important contribution to the preservation of Jaran Kepang through four types of participation, namely decision-making, activity implementation, evaluation, and benefit distribution. The RSP Association is a forum for passing on traditional arts while modernizing costumes and promotion through social media. A structured organizational structure, a culture of deliberation, and a sustainable work program strengthen the role of youth in developing Jaran Kepang art. Thus, the art of Jaran Kepang not only functions as a cultural heritage, but also transforms according to the times, so that it remains relevant as a reinforcement of the identity of the Kediri community.

Abstract

 With the publication of MUI Fatwa Number 83 of 2023 concerning the Law on Support for the Palestinian People, there have also been many calls to join in boycotting products affiliated with Israel. This causes quite serious problems for wholesale business actors who sell products that people need in their daily lives. This research aims to explain legal protection for business actors who experience losses due to the issuance of MUI Fatwa No. 83 of 2023 and how KHES regulates the protection itself. This research method was carried out using an empirical juridical method, so the method used was a field method, namely research carried out in the field which aims to obtain information and describe events, incidents with facts found in the field. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively, involving observation and in-depth study of the data obtained. The primary data used comes from the field, in this case there are interviews from wholesale business actors. Meanwhile, secondary data is data obtained from the literature. Research shows that many wholesale businesses suffer losses due to the boycott of products affiliated with Israel. From the perspective of the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law, wholesale business actors who experience losses are the risks they bear, the government should pay more attention to the impact on wholesale business actors who experience losses so that products affiliated with Israel are replaced with other brands.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between parental love and peer influence on juvenile delinquency at SMP Negeri 2 Pucakwangi. The method used in this research is quantitative with regression analysis techniques. The results of the study show that there is no very significant relationship between parental love and the influence of peers on juvenile delinquency, with an effective contribution of 19.1%. This means that these factors only influence juvenile delinquency in a small percentage, while the other 80.9% are influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Internal factors, such as lack of attention and love from parents, as well as external factors, such as the social environment, play a role in shaping adolescent behavior. Therefore, a holistic approach is needed from families, schools and communities in preventing and dealing with juvenile delinquency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic moderation in enhancing marriage services at the Religious Affairs Office (Kantor Urusan Agama/KUA) of Sungai Penuh District. Islamic moderation is a crucial principle in public services, including marriage services, to create a balance between Islamic values, compliance with state regulations, and social diversity. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach using a case study method, involving KUA officials, religious counselors, and prospective married couples as key informants. The findings indicate that Islamic moderation has been implemented in various aspects of marriage services, particularly through premarital counseling, inclusive administrative services, and tolerance-based religious guidance. However, several challenges hinder its implementation, such as a lack of public understanding of Islamic moderation, limited resources at KUA, and difficulties in addressing different religious interpretations. Despite these challenges, the application of Islamic moderation in marriage services has had a positive impact on improving service quality and raising awareness among prospective couples about the importance of building a harmonious household. To strengthen the implementation of Islamic moderation in marriage services, enhancing premarital counseling, improving KUA staff capacity, and utilizing technology in marriage services are necessary.

Abstract

Regarding tolerance, nowadays we often hear the expressions, "tolerance is abysmal" and "Muslims fight, but non-Muslims make out." Furthermore, they do not hesitate to claim that they are "infidels, heretics and experts in hell". These expressions and claims seem to be very easy to throw at the interactions of tolerance carried out by Muslims and non-Muslims. In this problem, the root is about faith and worship. The case of religious tolerance, which is not in the realm of faith, is linked to faith, so it is easy to claim infidelity. Casuistics which in essence do not include Mahdhah worship are dragged into accusations of Mahdhah worship, the accusation is also infidelity. Muslim and Hindu religious tolerance in Bali cannot simply be linked to random beliefs and worship. Thus, this study aims to 1) emphasize the realm of belief in Islamic teachings which cannot be arbitrarily claimed as infidel in cases that are not included in the belief, 2) classify worship, that worship in Islam is divided into mahdhah and ghairu mahdhah. These two parts have different legal consequences, 3) strengthening religious tolerance in Bali which has long been established and harmonious, as well as dispelling accusations that often misuse the basic domain, 4) contributing to fatwa in religious tolerance. Because in the author's search, no MUI fatwa regarding religious tolerance was found, especially in Bali.

Balaghah science is a discipline that studies the structure of beautiful Arabic sentences but has a clear meaning. Among the disciplines in balaghah science include: Bayan science, ma'ani and badi which we will discuss in more depth related to bayan science which consists of tasybih, majaz and kinayah The researcher will analyze tasybih based on the presence or absence of tasybih customs The researcher formulates the problems to be studied, namely: 1). What are the tasybih sentences based on the tasybih customs in the book Minhaju At-Tullab Fii Thalabil 'Ilmi Wa Fii Al-Adaab by Sheikh Ustman Muhammad Sa'id Tungkal 2). What are the types of tasybih based on the presence or absence of tasybih customs in the book Minhaju At-Tullab Fii Thalabil 'Ilmi Wa Fit Al-Adaab by Sheikh Ustman Muhammad Sa'id Tungkal 3). What are the objectives of tasybih based on the presence or absence of tasybih customs in the book Minhaju At-Tulliub Fi Thalabil 'Ilmi Wa Fii Al-Adaab by Sheikh Ustman Muhammad Sa'id Tungkal, The purpose of this research is to develop, explore and expand the knowledge of students and readers and make it easier to understand and analyze which are included in the tasybih category in the book Manhaju At-Tullab by Sheikh Ustman Muhammad Sa'id Tungkal The objectives of this research adalalı the book Minhaju At-Tullab by Sheikh Ustman Muhammad Sa'id Tungkal using books related to the science of bayan and tasybih. In the Minhajut Tullab Book, it explains good manners for students of knowledge as well as various histories and monotheism towards Allah and his messengers. In the book Minhaju At-Tullab by Sheikh Ustman Muhammad Sa'id Tungkal, there are several sentences that contain tasybih. The method used is qualitative or the Adapan Library method. This type of research is descriptive research. The results achieved in this research, researchers found 70 verses of poetry containing lasybih including 70 mursal mujmal, with 7 objectives including 26 kasyfu matters musyabah, 4 bayan miqdar matters musyabah, 10 ishol matters musyabah, 15 tazyiin musyabah, 6 tasywiyah musyabah, 2 ihtimam musyabah , and 3 tanwiyah musyabah.
