Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of infrastructure such as roads, sanitation, electricity, education, and information technology on economic growth in Eastern Indonesia. Using quantitative methods and panel data analysis, this study found that these infrastructure factors have a significant influence on economic growth. While road and sanitation infrastructure show a positive and significant effect, electricity has a negative and significant impact. Education infrastructure shows no significant effect, and information technology has a positive but insignificant impact on economic growth. This study suggests recommendations for the government to focus on improving electricity infrastructure and ensuring equal access to education and information technology facilities.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and reiterate the arguments used by Islamic scholars regarding the existence of God, by incorporating contemporary evidence supporting the validity of these arguments. Simultaneously, it aims to refute the atheist's assumption that the existence of God is impossible to scientifically prove. This study employs qualitative, descriptive, and analytical methods, along with a philosophical approach to the arguments presented in revelation and those used by Islamic scholars regarding the existence of God. The research is categorized as library research, drawing from classical and contemporary books, relevant scientific journals, or articles related to the study. Islamic scholars, based on the Quran and Sunnah, have put forth various rational arguments for the existence of God. However, in the modern era, atheistic and agnostic groups are increasing, and their movements are extensive and structured in advocating their ideologies. Hence, there is a need to reexamine the arguments of the scholars, presenting them more explicitly with updates and additional contemporary facts, both from scientific perspectives and the testimonies of atheists or agnostics who affirm the existence of God. The results of this research indicate that the existence of God is a truth easily provable through reason and logic that is inherently certain.

Abstract

The pias 6 skirt is a type of pias that has 6 pieces or pias. Pias skirt has several types such as skirt pias 2, skirt pias 5, skirt pias 6, skirt pias 7, and skirt pias 8. Students still feel difficulties in making pias skirt patterns 6 such as when measuring pattern sizes systematically, less skilled in the use of reading pattern signs such as the direction of pattern signs, pattern lines, use of various wrong pattern lines. In tracing the pias skirt pattern 6, the students were less capable in understanding pattern images. In placing the pattern on the material design it is still not precise and still does not match the fabric fiber, and is not correct in making the seam according to the instructions given. This research aims to determine the ability to make skirt patterns for 6 class X students Fashion Design at SMK Negeri 1 Beringin. This research was conducted in June 2018. The research location was at SMK Negeri 1 Banyan. The research is descriptive research. The population in this study was 48 students consists of 2 classes X. The sampling technique uses random sampling, namely 30 students in class X students. The data collection tool used was an observation sheet carried out by 5 observer whose grid consists of 19 indicators, scoring is determined with a value range of 4-1. Level the ability to make pias skirt patterns 6 in class X Fashion Design students at SMK Negeri 1 Beringin is at 79.80 and a standard deviation of 12.5 with the highest value of 93.5 and the lowest value of 56.5. from 30 samples. The research found that there were no very good results, 27 students (90%) obtained good results good, 2 students (310%) students got sufficient results and 1 student (3.33%) got poor results. This, it can be concluded that the students' ability to make pias skirt patterns is 6 in class X Fashion Design SMK Negeri 1 Beringin tends to be good.

Abstract

As one of the main courts of the United Nations, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) has the authority to resolve disputes between UN member states or other international institutions. In resolving these international disputes, the ICJ can issue a legal decision in the form of an opinion known as an advisory opinion or legal opinion. Based on this, the author is then interested in formulating a problem regarding the position and nature of legal opinions (advisory opinion) in the process of resolving international disputes. Using the literature study research method, it can be concluded that the legal opinion issued by the ICJ is advisory in nature which does not have binding force and its implementation cannot be enforced.

Abstract

The "Tangerang Live" application presents a public service innovation that provides practical solutions for the residents of Tangerang City. This application is an example of how technology can assist in optimising effective and efficient public services. The "Tangerang Live" application has the advantage of providing practical solutions for residents seeking information or services. In the context of e-gov, the use of an application like this can be considered as an example of e-government implementation that facilitates access to information and services for the community. the use of this application can also help in realising the concept of public services that are more transparent, accountable and responsive. This is in line with the theory put forward by Lenvinne et al (2011) related to the elements of public service quality, such as Responsiveness, Responsibility, and Accountability. The method used in this research is qualitative method by conducting interviews with related agencies, observation, documentation and literature study. The advantage of the "Tangerang Live" application is that it can facilitate the parties involved in the service process, such as government agencies and the community, to connect and collaborate in providing effective and efficient public services.

Abstract

Advances in information technology have had a significant impact on students in the learning process, especially through the use of social media which is an important part of the current digital era. The younger generation, especially those who are still pursuing formal education, feel very helped by this development. One very beneficial aspect of the digital era is the ability to use search engines to quickly and efficiently obtain the latest information, knowledge and news related to the world of education. The use of internet technology and social media has also penetrated the teaching and learning process in schools. Intensive use of social media influences student development, which can have positive or negative effects, depending on the individual's awareness in using it. It is important for students to use social media wisely, perhaps with parental supervision, as not all content available on social media is useful or accurate. This research is based on a literature study and methodology that involves collecting sources from currently relevant scientific journals. This approach involves analyzing various previous studies regarding the influence of social media phenomena on students' interest in learning. This phenomenon shows that social media can provide a positive boost to students' interest in learning by making access to information easier. However, the influence of social media can also have negative impacts, such as addiction, exposure to pornographic content, and access to information that is not filtered wisely among students.

Abstract

One of the international crimes under the authority of the International Criminal Court is genocide. The conflict between Israel and Palestine has been going on for decades and is increasingly leading to acts of genocide from the Israeli side to the Palestinians. Many efforts have been made by the world community as an act of solidarity and siding with Palestine. Efforts are also made by the International Criminal Court to stop the prolonged Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The role of the International Criminal Court is vital in ending the genocide committed by Israel against Palestine, which is increasingly showing its ferocity.

Abstract

Technological advancements and social changes necessitate innovation in Indonesia's education system, including madrasas. This study focuses on the branding strategies employed by MA NU Sunan Giri Prigen in Pasuruan Regency to enhance its competitiveness. Utilizing qualitative methods through literature review and interviews, the research explores how MA NU Sunan Giri Prigen develops a strong identity, emphasizes core values, builds community relationships, and leverages social media and technology to strengthen its school brand.The findings indicate that MA NU Sunan Giri Prigen successfully establishes a strong brand identity through consistent use of logos, slogans, and school colors, while highlighting academic and non-academic excellence. The school actively participates in social activities and collaborates with the local community to reinforce its image as a quality educational institution relevant to the job market. This effective branding strategy has proven to enhance the school's reputation, attract new students, and strengthen alumni loyalty, enabling MA NU Sunan Giri Prigen to remain competitive in the increasingly challenging educational landscape.

Abstract

Until now, the process of adopting a child or transferring guardianship of a child is still rarely carried out by most people, especially if the child adopted is the child of a sibling or family member, even though legally the application for guardianship of a child is very important in fulfilling the applicable legal provisions. both in court and outside of court. So this research needs to be carried out in order to find out the process for applying for guardianship over children from siblings by studying Decision Number 375/PDT. P/2003/PA. SGM. This research is qualitative research with a normative juridical type of research, using two approaches, namely the statutory approach and the Conceptual Approach. The results of this research prove that legally the petition submitted by the applicant in Decision Number 375/PDT. P/2003/PA. SGM, has fulfilled the applicable legal provisions regarding guardianship applications in religious courts, and the applicant has also fulfilled the 4 (four) conditions that must be met by a guardian, namely, that he is mature and sensible, can be trusted with the child's welfare and is fair, and is able to carry out his duties as a guardian and also a believer.

Abstract

This research explains the role of Business Process Excellence (BPE) in creating alignment of business processes at PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk to improve company performance. BPE functions as the primary driver to ensure that all processes run as planned, are well-coordinated, and comply with established guidelines. Through a systematic and structured approach, BPE helps enhance efficiency, inter-departmental coordination, and standardization of business processes. With the implementation of BPE, PT Semen Indonesia successfully reduces operational errors, improves product quality, and achieves better performance. Despite facing challenges in employee and management adaptation to changes, full support from upper management and active involvement of employees help ensure the successful implementation of BPE. This research provides practical guidance for other companies interested in implementing BPE to enhance the alignment and efficiency of their business processes.
