Class Action Research aims to improve reading comprehension skills through the application of engineering scheme on MA students. Darut Tauhid Tanjungsari Krejengan. This study was conducted on 40 students MA. Darut Tauhid Tanjungsari Krejengan Probolinggo of the total amount to 78 students. Data collected malalui observation of teachers, students and study notes. The results showed the average value before the action research by 50%, and the average value of 73% after the action. This shows an increase in students’ reading comprehension skills MA. Darut Tauhid by 23%.

إن المادة التعليمية تؤدي دورا هاما في عملية التعليم ولها إسهامات الفردية في التعليم, وهذا له تأثير على الطلاب.ومشكلات ما وقعت في المدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية بمعهد نور الحسن فروبولينجا عدم وجود المواد الدراسية المناسبة بطبيعة الطلاب ومبادئ تعليم اللغة العربية وعدم استطاعتهم في القراءة ببرنامج تعليم اللغة العربية في هذا المعهد. إن الأهداف من هذا البحث هي معرفة تطوير المواد التعليمية المناسبة لترقية مهارة القراءة في الصف الحادي عشر بمدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية روضة المتعلمين في معهد نور الحسن فروبولينجا. استخدم الباحث منهج البحث والتطوير بالنموذج الذي اقترحه برج وغال, واستخدم الباحث الاختبار القبلي والاختبار البعدي في تطوير المواد التعليمية ولمعرفة فعالية المواد التعليمية.

اللغة هي الطريقة الإتفاقية في كل رمز الصوت المستعمل لتبادل الفكر والضعور بين أعضاء المجتمع الذين يستعملون نفس اللغة. واللغة هي الكلام ولا الكتابة وهي الوسيلة الوحيدة التي يستطيع بها الفرد يتصل بالثقافة الأخرى وأنها عنصر أساسي في تقوية الروابط الفردية والتفاهم بين الأمم. أساس اللغة هي الصوت، وقد تكلم الناس باللغة قبل ما يستعملون الكتابة، ومثال ذلك أن الصبي قد استطاع التكلم قبل الكتابة. وكذا لكثير من الناس أنهم قد استطاعوا بأن يقولوا قبل أن يكتبوا كتابة. واللغة العربية تدرس في المدرسة الثانوية الحكومية الإسلامية بسورابايا ولكن الباحث رأى أن هناك كتاب المحادثة بل لم يكن كاملا وعلى هذا أراد الباحث أن يطور الكتاب ويتمه ليكون كتابا كاملا مطابقا للطلاب والمدرس. وذلك الكتاب سيطوره الباحث بزيادة الموضوعات الجديدة المطابقة بشخصية الطلاب في أيامهم. ومنها الموضوع المتعلق بالمتفاعل والمتشائم والطعم والراضة.

Stress can lead teachers to teach teachers act uncontrol such as physical violence or verbal. This can cause stress teach inability in dealing with problems in learning, while the incapacity is due to the educational background of the teachers and the teaching of each teacher motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of educational background and motivation of teachers to teach to stress teaching in early childhood education (ECD), which is located in the city of Probolinggo. Contributions background of teacher education and teaching motivation was instrumental to the high stress of teaching the teachers, because by knowing the cause of the stress of teaching will be useful to reduce violence against students. This research is quantitative comparative, ex post facto with survey data retrieval at any early childhood teachers in Probolinggo in 2014. Data were analyzed using Anova 2 T test track and research design Treatment By Level 2 x 2. The results showed that teachers with early childhood education background and highly motivated graduates (= 37 and s = 5.12) lower stress than teachers with educational background in early childhood education graduates and non low motivation (= 51 and s = 6.8). so that the necessary background behind belakng ECD graduates to become early childhood teachers, but it is also necessary motivation to teach.

The issue of Islamic education in the present context, ranging from the nature of the foundational and operational, has not been resolved. From the aspect of the foundational, many people still question whether the substance of the management of Islamic education, where lies the difference between a scientific assessment of the management of public education, this paper briefly menjelsakan of the management of Islamic education as the conceptual framework of action for someone to make changes and updates in the field of education through role individuals on the values in Islam and become a positive energy towards social action in question. Management values of Islamic education, is a product of tension between energy-spiritual and the material or the spiritual-corporeal impulse can bring significant change of the dimensions of the material on the spiritual dimension (spirit, divinity) and internalize the nature of his action social.

The distinction of method and ways in teaching languange is influenced by the distinction of views on languange meaning and the distinction of ways of analysis and how to describe the langauage. There are two important perspectives in language theory –linguistics–, they are structural and transformative-generative. On the other hand, the language teaching is based on the phsychological theory and linguistics. The physichologist resulted two different views, they are behaviorism and cognitivism. Besides the two views, there is one more view which is called constructivism.

Embryos derived from religious education schools, which then evolved into the madrassa. Pesantren is the oldest religious educational institutions in Indonesia and is still showing its existence as one of the places to print the future generations who qualified in the field of religion. Do not want to fall behind in the field of further education schools and founded the madrassa as a container to complement the existing shortage of cargo lessons dipesantren. Madrasah can be a bridge between schools and formal schools are both located on two different poles. As the formal educational institutions madrasah carrying high ideals to prepare a generation that is not only intellectually clever but also capable of being the generation that ‘alim other words madrassa want to print a generation of intellectuals who’ alim. But unfortunately the trip madrasah into formal education institutions that ideal is not as smooth hopes and ideals of the beginning of the founding father. Problems began to emerge from the curriculum, lack of management until the status of madrassas in the Act. Besides the development paradigm that the madrasas are second-class schools triggered the public interest against the lack of education in madrasas. Starting in 1946 until now madrasas have undergone various phases in the Act. But the real contribution madrasas began to be recognized society, so that they begin to look madrasah as a place of education for their children. As proof that more and more madrasas that have quality similar or even better than formal schooling in general.
