Abstract

Wage disputes constitute the most prevalent category of industrial relations conflicts in Indonesia, emerging from discrepancies between minimum wage compliance, interpretation of wage structures and scales, elimination or reduction of wage components, and violations of the equal pay for equal work principle. This normative legal research employs statutory and conceptual approaches to examine the regulatory frameworks governing wage protection and dispute resolution mechanisms established under Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Labor and Law No. 6 of 2023 concerning Job Creation. The research analyzes the conceptual foundations of wages within Indonesian legal jurisprudence, encompassing definitions, components, and minimum wage determinations, as well as the legal protections afforded to workers. The findings demonstrate that although both statutory instruments establish comprehensive mechanisms for wage protection including minimum wage provisions, payment procedures, wage components, and sanctions for employer violations implementation remains significantly challenged by employer non-compliance, insufficient enforcement oversight, divergent interpretations of new regulatory provisions between workers and employers, and worker ignorance regarding wage-related rights. The research concludes that achieving effective wage dispute resolution and industrial relations harmony requires strengthening mediation mechanisms, enhancing wage-setting transparency, ensuring consistent law enforcement, intensifying government labor supervision, and fostering active participation of labor unions to ultimately secure sustainable protection of workers' wage rights in Indonesia's industrial relations landscape.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of a psychoeducation program in improving awareness and anxiety management skills among elderly Prolanis participants at the Posyandu Keluarga community in Kelurahan R and to implement a psychoeducational intervention to reduce anxiety and improve emotional coping. This community-based psychological service aimed to identify mental health issues related to chronic illness and aging, while enhancing participants’ self-awareness and resilience through preventive education at the primary health care level. Materials and Methods. The study employed an experimental method with a Single Group Pretest–Posttest design and a descriptive qualitative approach. Involving interviews, observations, and psychological screening using the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS). Participants consisted of ten older adults aged over 60 years with chronic conditions such as hypertension and diabetes. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and paired sample t-tests to assess intervention effectiveness. Results. The findings revealed that most participants experienced anxiety ranging from mild to severe levels. Four participants (40%) demonstrated severe anxiety, primarily related to fears of illness progression and becoming a burden to their families. The psychoeducation sessions which included anxiety awareness, emotional expression, and relaxation techniques such as breathing exercises and the butterfly hug led to a significant improvement in participants’ knowledge and coping abilities. Statistical analysis showed a significant increase in post-test scores (M = 85.00) compared to pre-test scores (M = 69.00; t = -3.361, p = 0.008), confirming the intervention’s effectiveness. Conclusions. Psychoeducational interventions focusing on anxiety management and relaxation skills effectively reduced anxiety symptoms among elderly participants. Strengthening family involvement, empowering community health cadres, and integrating psychological education within Prolanis activities are essential strategies for sustainable mental health care among older adults in community health settings. Abstract

Perkembangan media sosial di era digital telah mengubah pola komunikasi politik masyarakat, termasuk dalam memobilisasi opini publik dan partisipasi politik. Fenomena demonstrasi 17+8 pada Agustus 2025 di Indonesia menjadi bukti peran strategis media sosial dalam menyebarkan isu kebijakan DPR dan meningkatkan kesadaran publik, khususnya di kalangan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian metode survei. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa Program Studi Administrasi Negara semester 5 di Palangka Raya sebanyak 108 orang yang diambil dari tabel penentuan sampel Krejcie dan Morgan (1970). Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner skala Likert yang disusun berdasarkan indikator peran media sosial (teori Agenda Setting) dan kesadaran publik (teori Issue-Attention Cycle). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,633 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Temuan ini menegaskan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara peran media sosial dengan kesadaran publik mahasiswa, sehingga hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima dan hipotesis nol (H₀) ditolak. Media sosial berperan signifikan dalam membangun kesadaran publik mahasiswa administrasi negara mengenai isu demonstrasi 17+8. Semakin besar peran media sosial dalam menonjolkan isu publik, semakin tinggi pula tingkat kesadaran mahasiswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui atau melihat pengaruh kualitas konten Instagram @tempodotco terhadap perspektif mahasiswa dalam memahami informasi politik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas konten memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan, namun dengan arah negatif terhadap perspektif mahasiswa. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa meskipun konten yang disajikan dianggap akurat dan informatif, penyampaiannya belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan kebutuhan, gaya konsumsi media, serta preferensi mahasiswa sebagai pengguna media sosial. Adapun besaran kontribusi pengaruh kualitas konten terhadap perspektif mahasiswa mencapai 38,3%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya menyesuaikan bentuk dan gaya penyajian konten politik agar lebih efektif menjangkau audiens muda.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kebiasaan konsumsi kafein dengan gejala psikosomatis pada pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 40 orang pegawai yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner frekuensi konsumsi kafein dan Psychosomatic Symptom Scale (PSSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden berusia 25-34 tahun (85%) dan berjenis kelamin perempuan (75%). Sebanyak 57,5% responden memiliki kebiasaan konsumsi kafein kategori sedang dan 62,5% mengalami gejala psikosomatis. Analisis tabulasi silang menunjukkan tren peningkatan proporsi gejala psikosomatis seiring dengan meningkatnya tingkat konsumsi kafein. Uji statistik Chi-Square menghasilkan nilai p = 0,020, yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan secara statistik antara kebiasaan konsumsi kafein dengan gejala psikosomatis. Disimpulkan bahwa konsumsi kafein, terutama dalam tingkat sedang hingga berat, berasosiasi dengan prevalensi gejala psikosomatis yang lebih tinggi pada pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran akun Instagram @PonPes Assanadiyah Palembang dalam menyosialisasikan kegiatan pesantren serta mengklasifikasikan jenis konten yang digunakan dalam proses sosialisasi tersebut. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari fenomena meningkatnya penggunaan media sosial di kalangan lembaga pendidikan Islam sebagai sarana dakwah dan komunikasi publik. Pesantren, sebagai lembaga pendidikan tradisional, kini turut memanfaatkan media digital untuk memperluas jangkauan informasi dan membangun citra positif di ruang publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan netnografi, di mana peneliti mengamati aktivitas digital akun Instagram @Ponpes Assanadiyah serta melakukan wawancara mendalam dengan informan yaitu pemimpin pondok pesantren, pengelolal akun instagram dam beberapa santri yang terlibat. Data yang terkumpul akan dianalisis menggunakan teknik triangulasi data Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akun Instagram berperan sebagai sarana sosialisasi kegiatan, dokumentasi, dan representasi pesantren di ruang digital. Meskipun pengelolaan akun masih dilakukan secara mandiri oleh satu orang dan menghadapi kendala sumber daya manusia serta waktu, pesantren menunjukkan kesadaran tinggi untuk beradaptasi dengan perkembangan media. Konten yang diunggah terbagi menjadi tiga kategori utama: kegiatan santri, konten kreatif bernuansa religi, dan informasi kelembagaan. Penggunaan media sosial ini menunjukkan pergeseran pola komunikasi pesantren dari model tradisional menuju komunikasi partisipatif berbasis digital.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation process of Digital Storytelling (DST) and examine its effects on the higher-order thinking skills (HOTS) of secondary school students in Surabaya. Using a quasi-experimental design, the research integrates quantitative data (HOTS tests, N-gain) and qualitative data (observations, interviews, and DST product analysis). The findings indicate a significant improvement in students’ HOTS scores, increasing from an average of 61.25 (medium–low) to 78.75 (medium–high), with an N-gain of 0.46 (medium–high). The rubric-based analysis of DST products revealed students’ abilities to generate original ideas, integrate multimedia, construct logical narratives, analyze information, and reflect on their thinking processes. The most substantial improvement occurred in the creating dimension, followed by analyzing and evaluating—aligned with the nature of DST as a creative production activity. This study highlights that DST functions not only as an instructional medium but also as a pedagogical instrument that fosters HOTS development through project-based learning, collaboration, and multimedia integration. The findings provide empirical insights for enhancing 21st-century learning strategies in Indonesia and offer an adaptable DST implementation model for teachers to support students’ creativity, analytical skills, and critical reflection.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of multimedia integration in improving the speaking competence of junior high school students. Four types of media were systematically implemented video modeling, pronunciation animation, AI-based applications, and digital storytelling within an instructional sequence consisting of input, guided practice, independent practice, and oral production. A mixed-methods approach was employed through pre–post test analysis, as well as student interviews and classroom observations. Quantitative results indicated significant improvement in fluency, accuracy, pronunciation, and confidence. The qualitative findings supported these results, revealing that multimedia enhanced students’ motivation, engagement, and self-confidence in speaking. This study demonstrates that multimedia-based learning is an effective and relevant strategy for teaching speaking at the junior high school level, emphasizing the importance of teacher readiness and digital facility support. The findings provide practical implications for instructional design and open avenues for further research within the context of Indonesian education.

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of education in the view of the Qur'an and Hadith using a literature study method, which involves searching various sources such as tafsir books, hadith, and Islamic books. From the results of the study, it is known that education in Islam occupies a very important position, because it is the main way for humans to know Allah, develop their intellect, and form good character. The Qur'an provides the basis for educational teachings, for example through Surah Al-'Alaq [96]: 1-5, which commands us to read and learn, and Surah Al-Mujādilah [58]: 11, which explains that Allah raises the status of those who have knowledge. Meanwhile, the hadith of the Prophet ﷺ emphasizes the obligation to seek knowledge and explains its great importance for every Muslim. Exegetes such as Al-Jalalain, Al-Qurṭubi, Ibn Kathir, and Wahbah az-Zuhaili explain that education is not only about increasing knowledge, but also about drawing closer to Allah and improving morals. Therefore, the values of education in the Qur'an and Hadith need to be revived in today's education system in order to produce a generation that is intelligent, faithful, and of noble character.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas permasalahan hukum dalam penerbitan Keputusan Tata Usaha Negara (KTUN) berdasarkan studi terhadap Putusan Nomor 404 K/TUN/2016. Kasus tersebut menyoroti sengketa pertanahan yang berujung pada penerbitan sertifikat hak milik oleh Kantor Pertanahan Kota Malang sebagai pelaksanaan putusan pengadilan yang telah berkekuatan hukum tetap. Namun, penerbitan sertifikat tersebut kemudian digugat karena dianggap cacat hukum. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi kecacatan hukum dalam proses penerbitan KTUN serta mengkaji konsistensi penerapan asas dan ketentuan hukum administrasi pertanahan dalam penyelesaian sengketa. Metode yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan kasus (case approach) melalui analisis terhadap putusan 404 K/TUN/2016 dan putusan sejenis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya ketidaksesuaian antara hukum lelang dan hukum pertanahan, potensi sertifikat ganda, hambatan eksekusi putusan PTUN oleh BPN, serta lemahnya due diligence dalam administrasi pertanahan. Temuan ini menegaskan masih adanya celah hukum dalam sistem pertanahan Indonesia yang berdampak pada kepastian hak dan efektivitas putusan peradilan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya penguatan mekanisme administratif dan yudisial untuk memastikan konsistensi serta kepastian hukum dalam penerbitan KTUN.
