Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji Pemanfaatan Ampas Tahu Sebagai Substitusi Pakan Komersial Terhadap Nilai Ekonomi Ayam Broiler Fase Finisher. Penelitian ini menggunakan 100 ekor DOC strain CP 707. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan empat perlakuan dan lima ulangan, dan setiap ulangan terdapat 5 ekor ayam sehingga terdapat 20 unit percobaan. Perlakuan yang diberikan yaitu P0: 0% ampas tahu (100% pakan komersial), substitusi pakan komersial dengan P1 10% ampas tahu ditambah 90% pakan komersial ,P2 20% ampas tahu ditambah 80% pakan komersial,dan P3 30% ampas tahu ditambah 70% pakan komersial.Parameter yang diamati yaitu biaya total, penerimaan, pendapatan, IOFC (Income Over Feed Cost),dan nilai R/C. Data dianalisis menggunakan Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) dan dilanjutkan dengan uji lanjut Duncan untuk melihat perbedaan setiap sampel perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian ampas tahu sebagai pengganti pakan komersial terhadap kinerja ekonomi ayam broiler fase finisher umur 4-6 minggu berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap biaya, sedangkan penerimaan, pendapatan, IOFC,dan R/C tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) . Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian ampas tahu sampai 30% sebagai pangganti pakan komersial dapat mengurangi biaya pakan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Operating Costs, Operating Income, and Net Interest Margin on Return on Assets at PT Bank Danamon Tbk for the 2014-2024 period. The method used is a quantitative method. The sample used in this study is the financial statements of PT Bank Danamon Tbk for the 2014-2024 period. Data analysis used is a classical assumption test, regression analysis, Coefficient of Determination that the Coefficient of Determination (R Square) is 0.754 or 75.4% and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are in the hypothesis test stating that BOPO has no effect on Return on Assets with a t count of 1.788 <t table 2.306 and a sig value of 0.112> 0.05. While on the Net Interest Margin variable, the hypothesis test shows that there is an influence on the Return on Assets variable with a t count of 2.452> t table 2.306. and the sig value is 0.040, and the simultaneous test results state that BOPO and NIM have a significant effect on ROA with the results of F count > F table, where the amount is (12.238 > 4.46) and the sig value is 0.004 < 0.05.

Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce has intensified competition among online platforms, particularly in the online travel agency (OTA) industry. In this context, website quality plays a crucial role in shaping customer experiences and determining electronic customer satisfaction. This study aims to examine the influence of website quality attributes—namely website design, website information, website interaction, and website usefulness—on electronic customer satisfaction in the context of an online travel platform. A quantitative research approach was employed using a survey method to collect data from users of the Tiket.com platform in Indonesia. The study involved 150 respondents who had conducted at least two transactions on the platform. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software to test the proposed relationships among variables. The results indicate that website design and website interaction have a positive and significant effect on electronic customer satisfaction, while website information and website usefulness do not show significant effects. Additionally, overall website quality significantly influences electronic customer satisfaction. These findings suggest that visual design and interactive capabilities play a more prominent role in shaping customer satisfaction in online travel services than informational or functional aspects alone. The study contributes to the literature on website quality and e-commerce by highlighting the differential effects of website attributes on customer satisfaction in digital service environments. The results also provide practical insights for online travel platform managers to prioritize improvements in website interface design and interactive features to enhance user experiences and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Village financial management that is transparent and accountable has become an important issue along with the increasing allocation of village funds. However, the implementation of Government Accounting Standards (SAP) at the village level still faces various challenges, making it necessary to be examined empirically. This study aims to analyze the implementation of SAP and its impact on the transparency and accountability of financial statements in the Government of Amplas Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with informants selected using purposive sampling, including the village head, village secretary, financial officer, general and planning officer, and community representatives. The study was conducted over a period of approximately three to five months. The results indicate that the Amplas Village government has implemented SAP principles in village financial management through systematic transaction recording, periodic preparation of financial reports, and dissemination of financial information to the community through village meetings and information media. The implementation of SAP contributes to improving the transparency and accountability of village financial reports, although it is not yet optimal due to limited human resources and technical understanding of village officials. The implications of this study highlight the importance of enhancing the capacity of village officials through training and the utilization of information technology in financial management to achieve more transparent and accountable governance.

Abstract

Marriage is something scared to society in Pamekasan, special for pious people. They don’t easily choose couple for their children. There are many aspects that is done by them to choose the best couple for their children, so that many pious people choose a couple from the same circel and it becomes a tradition, so that very diffucult to dissapear it. This reasearch is qualitative research that consist of field researc, this research has purpose to discribe and answer many problems related to marriage tradition in pious people circle, specially in Pamekasan, that it refers to the kafaah nasab and al-Qur’an perspective about kafaan nasab in wedding. In this research data collection use primer and sekunder data and then all of the data analyzed by describtive methode (analyzing-explanation). From the data of research that is got from informant an references, so the result of this research states that, the first is marriage tradition in pious people area, specially in Pamekasan is taken by some aspects: 1. Kafaah in dominant family. 2. Kafaah in social status. 3. Kafaah in religion. The second is based on al-Qur’an Persepective about kafaah nasab in marriage from the verse of al-Qur’an, there is no clear explanation. It means that there is no dissent from all of group because all of humanity have the same part in Allah perspective, except the level of piety. But based on the reality kafaah nasab in pious people area is still existence until now

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh customer experience terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare MS Glow melalui customer trust sebagai variabel mediasi di Jayapura. Fenomena meningkatnya persaingan industri skincare serta perubahan perilaku konsumen yang semakin selektif mendorong pentingnya pemahaman mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatori. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada konsumen MS Glow di Jayapura dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa customer experience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer trust. Selanjutnya, customer trust juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, customer trust terbukti berperan sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan antara customer experience dan keputusan pembelian. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pengalaman pelanggan yang baik akan meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen, yang pada akhirnya mendorong keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dalam memperkaya kajian perilaku konsumen, serta kontribusi praktis bagi perusahaan dalam merancang strategi pemasaran berbasis pengalaman dan kepercayaan pelanggan, khususnya dalam konteks produk skincare di wilayah Jayapura.

Abstract

Background: The Ngadiluwih Market Los construction project in Kediri is experiencing potential delays with a normal duration of 210 days and a RAB of Rp12.55 billion, requiring optimization of time and costs through crashing, overlapping, and a combination of these to meet the final target of 2025. Objective: To analyze the effectiveness of the crashing method (overtime and additional labor/equipment), overlapping, and their combination using Microsoft Project. Research Type and Method: Descriptive quantitative through literature studies, field observations, and critical path analysis. Population and Sample: All project activities (210 days); purposive sampling of critical paths such as excavation, foundation, and steel structure based on the RAB and schedule of consultant CV. DAWS Architects. Analysis Instruments and Techniques: Microsoft Project and Excel for cost slope, crashing (additional human resources/tools), overlapping (changing FS relationship to SS/FF with lag), and cost/duration comparison. Results: The combined crashing method added labor/equipment and overlapping was the most optimal with a duration of 137 days (saving 73 days) and cost efficiency of IDR 218 million (ratio 0.983). Conclusion: The combined crashing-overlapping approach is superior for accelerating traditional market construction projects, with recommendations for adoption in similar PUPR projects for maximum

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Petani padi memiliki risiko tinggi mengalami gangguan kesehatan akibat kerja, terutama keluhan muskuloskeletal disorder (MSDs) dan kelelahan kerja. Aktivitas pertanian yang dilakukan secara berulang, postur kerja yang tidak ergonomis, serta durasi kerja yang panjang dapat memicu kedua masalah tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan keluhan MSDs dan kelelahan kerja pada petani padi di Kelurahan Kayawu, Kecamatan Tomohon Utara. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh petani padi aktif di Kelurahan Kayawu yang berjumlah 145 orang. Sampel dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 10%, sehingga diperoleh 60 responden yang dipilih secara proportionate stratified random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner Nordic Body Map (NBM) untuk mengukur MSDs dan Fatigue Severity Scale (FSS) untuk mengukur kelelahan kerja. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat untuk melihat distribusi frekuensi setiap variabel. Hasil: Mayoritas responden berada pada rentang usia 41-51 tahun (54,1%) dan berjenis kelamin perempuan (56,7%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar petani padi mengalami keluhan MSDs dalam kategori sedang, yaitu sebanyak 51 responden (85%). Sisanya mengalami keluhan berat (10%) dan keluhan ringan (5%). Untuk variabel kelelahan kerja, mayoritas responden mengalami kelelahan kerja sedang, yaitu 37 responden (61,7%), sementara 23 responden (38,3%) mengalami kelelahan kerja berat. Kesimpulan: Keluhan muskuloskeletal disorder dan kelelahan kerja merupakan permasalahan kesehatan yang umum terjadi pada petani padi di Kelurahan Kayawu. Keduanya didominasi oleh tingkat keluhan sedang. Faktor usia dan jenis kelamin diduga turut mempengaruhi kejadian ini, di mana petani yang lebih tua dan berjenis kelamin perempuan menunjukkan kecenderungan lebih tinggi mengalami keluhan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini lahir dari konteks pemulihan sektor pariwisata Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin pascapandemi, yang ditandai dengan tren peningkatan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan sekaligus lonjakan penyelenggaraan event pariwisata daerah. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis tren pertumbuhan kunjungan wisatawan, menelaah hubungan deskriptif antara peningkatan event dengan kenaikan jumlah wisatawan, serta mengkaji kesiapan kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) sektor pariwisata dalam mendukung pembangunan ekonomi daerah. Penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian kombinasi deskriptif–analitis dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi mencakup seluruh data kunjungan wisatawan, jumlah event pariwisata, dan data tenaga kerja pariwisata di Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin periode 2022–2025 yang berasal dari Dinas Pemuda, Olahraga, dan Pariwisata, sehingga sampel berupa sensus terhadap setiap tahun pada periode tersebut. Instrumen penelitian berupa dokumentasi sekunder dari database Dinas Pariwisata, BPS Musi Banyuasin, dan laporan kinerja nasional, kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis tren, rasio deskriptif, dan interpretasi hubungan event–kunjungan–SDM dalam konteks koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah kunjungan wisatawan meningkat dari 49.314 orang (2022) menjadi 54.745 orang (2024), dengan total pertumbuhan sekitar 10,9%. Peningkatan jumlah event dari 4 kegiatan (2023) menjadi 8 kegiatan (2024) berkorelasi positif dengan konsistensi tren kenaikan kunjungan, meskipun peningkatan kuantitas event tidak sepenuhnya linier dengan laju pertumbuhan wisatawan. Tingkat sertifikasi SDM sektor pariwisata baru mencapai 13,2%, sehingga masih terdapat kesenjangan antara pertumbuhan kunjungan dan kesiapan layanan profesional. Kesimpulan penelitian menekankan bahwa peningkatan event dan pemulihan pariwisata telah mendorong kenaikan kunjungan wisatawan, akan tetapi keberlanjutan pertumbuhan tersebut bergantung pada peningkatan kualitas SDM dan promosi digital. Peran sinergi antara event, kinerja kunjungan, dan profesionalisme SDM menjadi kunci dalam membangun daya saing destinasi pariwisata di Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin
