Abstract

This research is a library research, and the data collected was analysed with descriptive approach. This study explains the problems surrounding the fake hadis or maudhu' hadis. Hadis maudhu 'is a lie that is made and engineered by someone and then attributed to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. False hadis are as bad as weak hadis, even some scholars consider them a separate type outside of daif hadis. All scholars also agree that it is forbidden to narrate or convey the hadis maudhu 'except by explaining its essence, that it is a false hadis. However, this hadis has continued to circulate in the community so there needs to be education so that people know the law.

Abstract

It’s a good pride for some people if they get an excellent teaching carefully from their teachers, especially if the values are delivered in a good way as well. This research wants to explore more qualitatively and descriptively about the methods and words that the Prophet Muhammad PBUH chosed in giving this parable for the people who in the every single day at the morning goes to the mosque to read several verses from the Qur'an. Furthermore, the analysis will be viewed from suggestopedia's perspective. This discussion can conclude that a learning method that has been implemented well and effectively will be acceptable to the listener with maximum quality of understanding. The hope is that it will be practiced as best as possible as the output of the value transformation activity.

Abstract

Dalam memahami majas seringkali terjadi perdebatan dalam pemberian makna baik secara tekstual dan kontekstual. Bagi kaum tekstual hanya ingin memaknai kalimat dengan makna yang hakiki, sedangkan kaum kontekstualis lebih mengedepankan takwil agar tidak terjadi kesalahpahaman dalam pemberian makna. Penilitian ini menunjukkan dan menyebutkan beberapa contoh lafal dalam hadis nabawi yang tidak bisa diberikan makna secara hakiki, karena akan menimbulkan kesalahpahaman dalam memahami hadis tersebut. Seperti hadis yang mengangkat hadis tentang terputusnya salat karena anjing, keledai dan wanita, hadis tentang surga di bawah naungan pedang, hadis tentang perumpamaan wanita seperti kaca dan dan hadis yang menyebutkan tentang Allah tertawa. Hadis tersebut akan diulas tentang perbandingan antara makna hakiki dan makna majas. Penelitian ini pada hakikatnya mendukung pendapat Ibnu Qutaybah dan Yusuf Qardhawi yang menerima makna majas dalam hadis, dan juga menolak pendapat ulama’ yang menentang makna majas dalam hadis.

Abstract

The problem of understanding the hadith of the Prophet is a very serious issue to be studied and discussed. This is because hadith is the second source of data for Islamic teachings after the holy Qur'an. This research was conducted with an epistemological approach which is part of the study of philosophy. The research data collection technique was carried out by library research with the content analysis method, which is a study that aims to analyze the content, know and understand the mutawatir hadith and the ahad hadith. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive method, which is a characteristic of research that reveals more comprehensively about various social and natural phenomena found in people's lives. The conclusion of this paper is that the mutawatir hadith is a hadith narrated by many credible (trustworthy) narrators and it is impossible to lie in congregation/public, while the Sunday hadith is a hadith where the number of narrators does not reach a strong number for argumentation. as contained in the mutawair hadith or hadith categorized as famous hadith.

Abstract

Burde'en (recitation of salawat burdah around the hamlet every night) which was initiated by religious elites (ustaz, kiai) in Sapa'ah Hamlet, Bangkalan, Madura was carried out to deal with Covid-19. The implementation of this tradition is contrary to the provisions of the government's health protocol which is based on a medical approach even though it appears with the same goal: eradicating Covid-19. In fact, this tradition actually triggers crowds, not wearing masks, and so on. So, the question to be answered in this study is: "How do people interpret the burde'en tradition so that it is chosen as a way to deal with Covid-19?" In answering this question, the approach used is Phenomenology by adopting the functional theory of Thomas F. O'dea, to provide a clear explanation of the meaning of what is called religious behavior. As a result, this study shows that, there are three aspects that influence people to choose the burde'en tradition. First, the agency system, namely the existence of the clerical elite itself which is believed to be authoritative because it has cultural capital, including being believed to be authoritative in talking about Covid-19. Second, religious ideology which tends to be theological; In this case, Covid-19 is positioned as a disease brought by demons/jinns so that its handling must be based on religious texts that are considered legitimate (salawat burdah). Third, uncontrolled social media reporting, and often creating hoax news related to the handling of Covid-19 patients, which usually ends in death; This in turn eliminates public trust in state institutions.

Abstract

K.H. Aceng Zakaria became one of the prominent Indonesian ulama as well as Persis who continued to revive the writing tradition, including those related to the study of hadith. In this study, it will be discussed related to the method of understanding the hadith of K.H. Aceng Zakaria through his work, al-Hidāyah fī Masāil Fiqhiyyah Muta'āriḍah. The results of this study indicate that in the method of understanding hadith, K.H. Aceng Zakaria is very concerned about linguistic aspects and the use of uṣul rules in every understanding. Several things can be seen when K.H. Aceng Zakaria explains a hadith. First, understand the hadith according to the instructions of the Qur'anic verse. Second, understand the hadith based on other hadiths. Third, understand the hadith based on its terminology. The terminology can be seen from several expressions, namely expressions that are clear and do not contain other meanings, common lafaz expressions, expressions that contain several meanings (musytarak), and expressions that are concluded in general, deductive and analogical. Fourth, in the resolution of the conflicting hadith in this case K.H. Aceng Zakaria uses one of several methods, namely Jam’u, tarjih, Nasikh, and tawaqquf. Fifth, understanding the hadith based on historical facts, namely understanding the hadith by looking at the cause of the hadith (asbab al-wurūd).

Abstract

Ath-thibbun Nabawî, are the words and actions of Prophet related to overcome disease epidemic, diseases cure, and patient care. This method has been practiced by the Prophet Muhammad Saw. during his life, and the theologians recommend that we must do this method when we are indisposed. However, in reality, people often misunderstand it, among the causes of the error is the mixing of goals and objectives to be achieved by temporary means. Actually, what are local means are regarded as a goal. So that, we found those who recited the Prophet's medicine, claimed that modern medicine is not considered the sunnah, as a Muslim should be able to be cooperative in accepting the development of science, without the slightest reducing belief in Prophet’s medicine method, based on the science development has been faund the various forms of better and more effective treatment. Because of that we should be choose the better and effective one without denying the positive values ​​and wisdom contained in the Prophet Saw. tradition related to treatment using certain materials. It's just because the healing material in the Prophet's tradition is a tools, the emergence of the hadith cannot be separated from its historical, sociological, and anthropological influences. Even sometimes these problems come from the Prophet's idea and experiences as a human being (af'al jibiliyyah).

Abstract

Experts in the science of hadith have laid down the rules and conditions of authentic hadith both in terms of matan and sanad. A narrator of authentic hadith must meet the criteria of al-'is (justice) which is built from several characteristics including the nature of muruah, namely a narrator is safe from things that damage his muruah (khawarim al-muruah). The scholars of hadith put a muruah limit in the justice of a narrator, but there are also those who do not make it a limit so that it does not injure the justice of the narrator and does not cause his history to be rejected. This study aims to analyze muruah as a criterion of justice for a narrator. This research uses qualitative method through literature study. The results and discussion of this study include the definition and examples of muruah, limitations and examples of khawarim al-muruah according to hadith experts, as well as an explanation of the terms muruah in 'is a narrator with examples. The conclusion of the study shows that muruah becomes the limit and condition of justice for a narrator but does not become the reason for the rejection of a history.

Abstract

This article aims to find out how to understand women's leadership by using a sociological approach in this case the theory of social change. Because the hadith cannot be separated from the background of the emergence of hadith (ashbāb al-wurūd) and the social life of each place and time can be different and can change. In this case, the study used is qualitative and literature, and the method used is descriptive analysis, first describing the text about women's leadership, then describing the analysis using a social change theory approach. The result of the explanation obtained is that the social changes that occur make women the same opportunities as men in various fields such as politics and leadership. And female leaders have a leadership style that is lacking in men (and vice versa) which makes them complementary.

Abstract

Every Shari'a that Allah swt has set for his servants will certainly have an impact on his servants who do it perfectly. The impact is not only related to the reward he gets as a provision for the afterlife, but also has a positive impact that can be felt directly when in the world. However, some of us are still not fully aware of this. Therefore, through a scientific approach, scholars and researchers try to uncover the secrets contained in the practices prescribed by the Shari'a, including ablution. Wudu as part of Islamic law which is performed at least five times a day, is not only a requirement for the validity of a worship. Based on research conducted by people who are struggling in the world of health, it was found that ablution can have a very good effect on body health. By doing ablution, it means that someone has cleaned the open part of the body, where the part is the most contaminated place for bacteria, improves blood flow, and gives peace of mind. In the Islamic world, the compatibility between the news conveyed by the Qur'an or the Prophet's Hadith and scientific facts proven by modern science is called I'jaz Ilmi. Understanding wudu through the I'jaz Ilmi approach can lead to seriousness in its practice, improve the quality of faith because it sees scientific facts, and as a response to the thoughts of people who doubt the truth of the Prophet Muhammad's message
