Abstract

The purpose of the research conducted was to find out the Influence of Inherent Supervision on Employee Work Discipline in the Land Sector in the Housing Office, Settlement And Land Area of Sumedang Regency and to know how much influence between inherent supervision and employee work discipline in the Housing Office, Residential Area and Land Of Sumedang Regency. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method that is used in research based on the philosophy of positivism with the aim of testing established hypotheses. In this study, researchers used an inferential descriptive data analysis technique that describes or describes data that has been collected as is by making conclusions that apply to the public. The technique used in this study is a saturated sampling technique, with a population of 66 people, and a sample of 18 people due to variables taken by researchers, namelyemployee discipline variables that focus on one of the fields, namely in the field of Land. Based on the results of the research, the implementation of Inherent Supervision conducted by the Housing Office, Settlement And Land Area of Sumedang Regency has reached 84.32% and the figure is categorized very well, as well as the level of Employee Work Discipline in the Housing Office, Residential Area and Land of Sumedang Regency. It reached 81.0535% and the figure is categorized as good. The relationship of Supervision Attached to Employee Work Discipline in the Housing Office, Settlement and Land Area of Sumedang Regency with a correlation coefficient value of 0.680 is in a strong category. From the Determination Coefficient Analysis it is known that the inherent supervisory variables have an influence on the discipline of work The remaining 46% by 54% is influenced by factors other than supervision.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of Akademi Keluarga Jabar Juara (AKJJ) program in children stunting in the Sumedang District Population Control and Family Planning Agency, the obstacles to its implementation, and efforts to overcome these obstacles. The method used in the preparation of this research report is a qualitative research method with a descriptive type. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with research informants: Head of Family Welfare Division, Staff of Family Welfare Division, and Head of Adolescent Reproductive Health Section (Family Planning). Data collection techniques through library research and field studies. In analyzing the data, the Miles and Huberman model used the following steps: data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing/verification, and triangulation. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the implementation of Akademi Keluarga Jabar Juara (AKJJ) program in children stunting at the Population Control and Family Planning Office of Sumedang Regency had been carried out in accordance with the provisions set out with a structured implementation flow through the formation of a family companion team made by DPPKB . However, in its implementation, currently experiencing several obstacles, including the lack of human resources in the program and some of the contents of the policy are not yet known by several target groups. In addition, another obstacle is that there are budget resources that are not yet available in every village where they still utilize the APBDes budget while the budget is limited. In overcoming these obstacles, several efforts were made, including holding clarifications or coordination meetings for policy clarity accompanied by training and information for both employees and target groups. And utilize the budget that will be used according to needs. Suggestions in connection with this research is to allocate people who focus on implementing the Akademi Keluarga Jabar Juara (AKJJ) program in every village/kelurahan so that in terms of accountability and equity it is clear so that the objectives of this program can be achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to determine employee training, employee abilities, the relationship of training to employee abilities, and the effect of training on the abilities of employees of the Sumedang Regency Civil Service Police Unit.The method used in the preparation of Administrative Research Practice (PPA) is descriptive analysis method. The variables of this study used a variable to be measured from an independent variable training and a dependent variable employee ability. The population in this study was the Civil Service Police Unit of Sumedang Regency, which amounted to 118 employees and a sample of 54 people was taken. The method used is literature study, field study (observation, questionnaire).Based on the results of research on the effect of employee training on the effect of 77.6% (Good) from the ideal criteria with a total score of 4050, and the ability of employees to 84.32% (Very Good), from the ideal criteria with a total score of 4320, the relationship between training and employee abilities is at the highest level. very low correlation with a correlation coefficient of 0.173. Based on these results, it can be said that Hypothesis Ha is accepted, or there is an influence between the training variables on the ability of employees. It is necessary to maintain or develop employee training to be more responsive in assisting employees in their work, this will be beneficial in improving employee abilities.

Abstract

Utilization of information technology used in providing public services to the community, especially in food security using the internet through information networks. By utilizing this ICT, it can be used to analyze the condition of food in each region, help the public find out information about food security, and be used to manage the distribution of food products and display market information. This study aims to determine how the use of information technology in improving regional food security in the Department of Fisheries and Livestock, Sumedang Regency. This research was conducted using qualitative methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through library research and field studies which included: observation, interviews, documentation studies, and triangulation. Determination of samples/informants in this study was carried out using purposive sampling as many as 4 people. While the data processing procedures used data analysis model Miles and Huberman. The final result of this study concludes that the use of information technology in improving regional food security has been implemented well but not yet optimal. This can be seen from several things, namely the lack of maximum facilities and infrastructure provided to employees, no special application that regulates food, lack of knowledge and ability of employees in using ICT, limited social media accounts owned by the office in providing information about food to the public.

Abstract

This research study focuses on the problem of population administration services through the Healthy Ananda Service application for issuing birth certificates. Among them are complaints from the public regarding errors in inputting birth certificate data, socialization that has not been optimal, infrastructure that is still lacking, completeness of documents that are not on time or not in accordance with existing SOPs, and the lack of responsiveness of service staff. The theory used in this study is the theory put forward by Zeithaml, et al (1988:23) with 5 dimensions, namely (1) tangibles, (2) reliability, (3) responsiveness, (4) assurance, (5) empathy. This study aims to determine the Quality of Public Services Using the Healthy Ananda Service Application at the Population and Civil Registry Office of the City of Sukabumi in 2021-2022, as well as to find out what the inhibiting and supporting factors are. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that based on the five dimensions, namely the first, the tangibles aspect is quite good because there are still deficiencies in terms of infrastructure, such as leaky waiting rooms and narrow parking lots. Then the aspects of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy show good results.

Abstract

Public services are all activities in the framework of fulfilling basic needs in accordance with the basic rights of every citizen and resident over an item, in this article describes the effectiveness of public services in the Application for making identity cards at the Sukabumi City population and civil registration service, e-KTP is a government product that must be owned by all Indonesian people in accordance with Article 63 of this Law confirms, residents of Indonesian Citizens and Foreigners who have a Permanent Stay Permit who are 17 (seventeen) years old or have been married or have been married are required to have Electronic KTP (e-KTP), of course, at a free price and also excellent service provided by the local Population and Civil Registration Service. The presence of the concept of e-government (electronic government) is an answer in facing the current era of digitalization. various kinds of problem phenomena such as (1) Timeliness of service (2) It is still unclear about socialization of the community about the application Kado Terindah (3) Facilities and Infrastructure.

Abstract

The purpose of this study, among other things, is to find out Coordination in the Preparation of Regional Government Work Plans at BAPPPPEDA in Sumedang Regency. The research method used in this study is the qualitative method. Purchasing technique for research informants, namely Purposive Sampling. With research informants, namely the Head of PPEPD and six staff. The data collection technique used was library research and field studies consisting of observation, interviews and documentation. While the data management procedures in this study, namely Data Reduction, Data Display, Data Conclucion Drawing/Verification and Triangulation. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that employee coordination is seen from the leadership's responsibility, there is a process, regular arrangement of group efforts, the concept of unity of action, the purpose of coordination is quite good. - inhibiting factors inhibiting coordination: differences in orientation towards specific goals, differences in time orientation, differences in interpersonal orientation, differences in structural formality, which becomes difficult to unite and lack of facilities that inhibit differences of opinion used to support collaborative activities. Efforts to overcome coordination barriers : Basic management techniques , improve coordination potential , reduce the need for coordination.

Abstract

Public relations is a form of optimizing work whose job is to create, build, improve, maintain the image and publish all forms of agency work programs. Public Relations aims to establish good cooperation with all the public so that they get direct reciprocity from the community as a form of participation and convince the public to believe in the advantages possessed by each agency. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of public relations services at the Sumedang District Council Secretariat. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques used library research, field studies (observations, interviews, and documentation), and triangulation. Informants were determined by purposive sampling technique so that this study consisted of 4 people. Meanwhile, data processing procedures use data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study conclude that the effectiveness of public relations services at the Secretariat of the Sumedang Regency Council has been carried out well although there are still a number of things that need to be improved such as increasing the number of employees who have the ability and knowledge about public relations and protocol, and equipping facilities and infrastructure to support more public relations services. good again. But there are a number of things that support such as public relations services that are ready to serve, especially leaders 24 hours a day and serve wholeheartedly whatever the conditions are, making public relations services good. There are several suggestions, namely the importance of having supporting facilities and infrastructure for public relations in carrying out services, especially services in providing information to the community

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of the death certificate program at the Population and Civil Registry Service in Sumedang district, the obstacles to its implementation, and the efforts to overcome these obstacles. The method used in preparing this research report is a qualitative research method with a descriptive type. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with informants: Office Secretary, Functional Position in Civil Registration, Staff 1 in Civil Registration and Staff 2 in Civil Registration. Data collection techniques through library research and field studies. In analyzing the data used the Miles and Huberman model with the steps: data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing/validation and triangulation. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the death certificate program at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sumedang Regency is optimal if services are in the office but not optimal if services are carried out to the field. Obstacles in implementing the program include the low mindset of the people, the media used is still very simple and limited, the use of official cars is not optimal. In overcoming these obstacles, several efforts were made including employees still trying to do various ways to be able to change people's mindsets, in the process of government services trying to minimize the cost of making death certificates with brokers and no death certificates were falsified. Suggestions in implementing the program are to improve the quality of socialization, increase the equity of information distribution to all regions, improve the quality of human resources, must be able to budget for the

Abstract

An abstranct is a brief summary of a research article, thesis, review, conference proceeding or any-depth analysis of a particular subject or disipline, and is often used to help the reader quickly ascertain the paper purposes. When used, an abstract always appears at the beginning of a manuscript or typescript, acting as the point-of-entry for any given academic paper or patent application. Absatrcting and indexing services for various academic discipline are aimed at compiling a body of literature for that particular subject. Abstract length varies by discipline and publisher requirements. Abstracts are typically sectioned logically as an overview of what appears in the paper. Information technology really helps a person, business entity or legal entity in carrying out their work and duties more quickly and easily. One legal entity that uses information technology to support the needs of carrying out its duties is Bidang Koperasi in Dinas Koperasi, UKM, Perdagangan dan Perindustrian of Sumedang Regency by creating an application called SIKOPROL. The implementation of the Sikoprol application can affect Cooperative supervision so that the process of achieving Organizational goals can be achieved properly. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the SIKOPROL application and controlling of Koperasi, to determine the relationship between the Implementation of the SIKOPROL Application and Controlling of Cooperatives and to determine the effect of the Implementation of the SIKOPROL Application on Supervision of Cooperatives in Bidang Koperasi in Dinas Koperasi, UKM, Perdagangan dan Perindustrian of Sumedang Regency. This research uses descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach and the types of statistics used are descriptive statistics with saturated sampling techniques. The number of samples studied were 15 respondents. The analysis used includes validity test, reliability test, normality test, percentage calculation, correlation coefficient test, significance test and coefficient of determination test. Based on the research results, it is known that the implementation of the SIKOPROL application. Dinas Koperasi, UKM, Perdagangan dan Perindustrian iniSumedang Regency is already in good criteria with analysis results reaching 90.67%. Likewise, Controlling of Koperasi is in good criteria with the results of the analysis reaching 86.67%. From the correlation analysis, it was obtained a correlation value of 0.676 which indicates a positive and significant relationship between the implementation of the SIKOPROL application and Controlling of Koperasi. From the analysis of the coefficient of determination it is known that the SIKOPROL Implementation variable has an influence on Cooperative controlling of 48.5%. The remaining 52.5% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
